Jul 21,2020The London Vision Clinic deserves its accolade for being one of the top three clinics in the world. Both my wife and I have had life changing laser eye surgery there, and their professional and friendly service was exceptional from the initial contact, the surgery itself and the aftercare. The whole team, headed up by the amazing surgeons made this process as stress free as possible, in a warm, friendly and caring environment. I can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you to all concerned.

Jul 21,2020Really fantastic. All the staff at London Vision Clinic are friendly and go out of their way to help. The opthalmologists who performed the initial testing were very good and explained everything. My surgeon Mr Carp again took the time to explain everything and made what could have been a stressful experience very relaxed on the day and after. It has been life changing to not need glasses or contact lenses at work or in sports.

The clinic itself is beautiful and calming, and the staff are lovely and always ready to answer questions you may have. My optometrist, Vimal, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, which put me at ease immediately and throughout my continuing aftercare. Mr Carp, my surgeon, was also fantastic. I can't recommend London Vision Clinic highly enough for the competence and individual care taken by every person who works there!

I was a complete novice with no idea what to expect, and over the sessions i came to understand exactly what was required, what would happen and how I would likely feel. Apart from some anxiety and claustrophobia, which is nothing to do with the clinic, it was great. They allowed me to take as much time as i needed. The after care is extremely well described. It was a great experience.

Jul 21,2020Having grown up with glasses playing sports and other activites has been a nuisance. I opted to get this fixed permanently and did a lot of research and LVC was the one that kept popping up. I'm quite shortsighted and most other clinics didnt offer the service but LVC could help correct my vision. From my initial call the whole process provided me with so much information about the procedure and answers to any concerns I had. Mostly around vision at night due to work. All the staff were helpful and friendly each time I needed to visit or had any queries. The actual procedure takes no time at all and I was constantly checked up on periodically afterwards to see if I was ok. You really are able to see after surgery and after a few days my vision felt great. I have no problems with vision at night as well. Highly recommend LVC.

Jul 21,2020From the reception team, to the surgeon Mr Glenn Carp, and the optometrists carrying out the post-op check ups, everyone has been absolutely professional and courteous. I understand that having laser eye surgery is a massive decision and one that is very daunting, but if you do decide to go ahead, I would recommend no other place but the London vision clinic. In fact a few people I know are already booked in following my glowing recommendations! Superb.

Once I got started researching the possibility of laser eye surgery, it became apparent that they were the experts and the best in London! From initial consultation through to the actual day of the surgery and post-op everyone was attentive, communicative and made me feel at ease. Dr Carp was spectacular and the procedure went great, and I was in and out in a flash. Results are brilliant and honestly can say that it’s the best thing I have ever done for myself - if lasering is something you’re considering then look no further than London Vision Clinic.

Jul 21,2020I cannot rate the service at London Vision Clinic enough, from my initial enquiry on the telephone to my follow up appointments, the staff and experience have been excellent. I had my corrective eye surgery in January 2020 and it was truly an amazing experience. To be able to open my eyes and to be able to see straight away was indescribable having a prescription of -10 previously. I had my one month check up which again was excellent and unfortunately due to Covid-19 I was unable to have my 3 month appointment in April. The clinic is now open again and I was contacted promptly to rebook my appointment. I cannot recommend highly enough the care I have received from this clinic and the joy of being able to see without glasses and lenses after 41 years!

Jul 21,2020I would recommend the LVC to anyone!! From the initial consultation I felt completely at ease and confident in the expertise of the LVC. The time take to explain all the procedures and answer questions was very reassuring as well as the amount of time spent examining the eyes prior to any surgery taking place. I was assured the procedure was pain free and from my experience it was exactly this...completely pain free. I would go as far to say that I didn't even know it was happening. I had my long vision corrected and now have better than 20/20 meaning no more glasses for driving, cycling, tv etc. Genuinely can't fault anything about the clinic, the staff, surgeons or the procedure. Results were better than I could have expected and were pretty much immediate. Having worn glasses for around 20 years the results of the procedure having given me a better quality of life now being glasses free.

Jul 21,2020London Vision Clinic was originally recommended by a friend but I chose another company recommended by another friend. Fortunately and thankfully it did not work out. London Vision Clinic was a much more thorough and pleasant experience. The difference in experience is clear and although it was more financially. I feel it was money well worth spending. I would recommend using them or at least having a consultation to find out for yourselves

Jul 21,2020Professional and effective from start to finish, everything was explained to me and all made sense before the operation. The op was smooth and they really surround you well guide you through it. The follow-up was detailed although covid has of course affected the later follow-ups.
