The customer journey from start to end is well thought out and they are always there when you need them. The staff are so friendly and smiling. They really care for you and keep their promises. The treatment itself was really smooth and painless and the after care is simply amazing. They will meet with you as often as you like and you can ask them anything.

Feb 04,2020I had the Laser Blended treatment in October 2019 at the age of 58. I was anxious beforehand about having this treatment because I have a low pain threshold and the thought of having surgery to my eyes felt daunting. Having undergone the surgery, I can't praise them enough. I didn't feel any pain and had I known it was going to be that straightforward, I would have had it done earlier in my life. They are leaders in their field and in my opinion, the best. The surgeon, supporting specialists and clinic staff are outstanding, providing the highest standard of care, advice and support. It's so liberating not wearing glasses, not looking for my glasses, not switching glasses, not keeping spares everywhere...!

Jan 28,2020I had the smile laser eye surgery 8 months ago. I have received excellent care throughout, from initial consultation to follow up appointments. Every member of staff I have encountered has been empathic and genuine. The procedure itself was simple and pain-free, quite incredible. Being able to see straight after surgery is an amazing experience. I wish I had it done sooner! I've been recommending London Vision Clinic to all my family and friends.

Jan 24,2020Waited far too long to have my eyes lasered. Care before, during and after has been excellent. I'm 45 and had blended vision surgery (one eye is perfect for long distance and the other is great for up close). It takes a few months to get used to this but I don't even realise it now. Would definitely recommend it to others. Also totally painless and simple.

Jan 21,2020Great service with brilliant staff who not only know their stuff but can explain it to you in an easy way despite how many questions you may have. The services Levels are simple fantastic but of course this comes at the cost of the price which is dear. However they are upfront and honest about this and given my large pupils and strong prescription that's to be expected. Recovery was smooth and the checkups have been going well so far and I'm very happy with the results and these match my expectations set beforehand.

All the staff, from receptionists to optometrists and Mr. Carp, my surgeon, have been extremely professional and friendly. The surgery was pain-free with only mild discomfort for 1-2 days, something that was easily managed with drops, and I had an immediate improvement in my vision. My vision is now perfect and I am loving the freedom from glasses and contact lenses! Thank you so much London Vision Clinic!

Jan 19,2020Great service and a really good clinic. The staff are amazing. Everyone was very thorough and happy to answer any questions. I never felt rushed at any appointment. I had the SMILE laser for short sightedness (around -6 in both eyes) about 5 months ago. My vision has since been perfect. The after care has been brilliant. The whole experience was completely different (for the better) to what I was expecting. As many people are, I was also scared to have laser eye surgery but I really do wish I had done it sooner! I am really glad that I had it done with LVC.

Jan 11,2020I had LASIK laser eye surgery in October 2019 to improve my eyesight for reading and I must say that the results have been excellent. I can now read the smallest paragraph of text on the standard eye test card and the smallest font on my Kindle without glasses. The staff have all been exceptional and I would highly recommend the London Vision Clinic if you are considering having corrective eye surgery. The surgery itself was quick and painless and although my eyes stung for a short time afterwards, I followed the instructions I was given and within a couple of hours, I was virtually pain free and able to read without glasses for the first time in many years. It takes a few months for your eyesight to adjust and my distance vision has been slightly compromised, however, I have been given glasses to wear on a temporary basis whilst driving, if required. All in all, I'm delighted with my experience!

Jan 10,20205 stars simply doesn’t quite cut the way in which my laser eye treatment was handled, it was superb. In my first consultation I had all manor of tests, more than any opticians I had been to before to make sure the suitability of the treatment and they made fully aware of the facts about laser eye surgery. The surgery itself was fast, surprisingly so and the change in my vision was obvious the next day, let alone the months following when my vision continues to get better. The whole experience was fantastic and I wonder why I didn’t do it earlier.

Jan 10,2020From start to finish I cannot fault the service I received. Every member of staff was professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had researched laser eye clinics thoroughly and London Vision Clinic stood out from the rest. It is true that you get what you pay for, yes it is more expensive than some but this is your vision that you are spending your money on and you could not get better value for money than here.
