I love Love2laundry because the service is very efficient and has a quick turnaround. In addition to this customer support is really good. However, I have used the wash and fold service a few times and the clothes aren’t always neatly folded. I believe there’s room for improvement in this area.

My first laundry job was returned to me today. The work was excellent. Much better than I could have done it myself - and I am no novice. The linen was beautifully ironed and carefully folded. The return delivery came at the negotiated time and, as before, with care, courtesy and good cheer. I am a convert!

After have cleared my diary to receive back my clothes and duvets, the company sent an email within the delivery window, informing that they wouldn't be able to deliver. Wouldn't have been possible to inform before? After that, we have agreed another slot and no one shown up. Again, once more I had to be at home just for them. Now, I have no more time available before the trip I was counting on 15 shirts have sent to them (yes, 15!!). Impressive! Who pays for that? And when I will have the 15 shirts + 2 duvets back? God knows!!

Bought a bundle from them and they have refused to honour this. They have offered a small adjustment with the wording "we expect your understanding and cooperation in this regard". They have apparently deleted the terms from the website and cant evidence what they have sent me.
Quick delivery
This is 2nd order in a row where the collected the shirts for dry cleaning , had them for 3 days and needed an extra day. It is meant to be next day delivery. Also last time, i order folder shirts, came in hanger, then when i returned them, they just very scruffily put them together and delivered them late. Their customer service is the most appalling i have ever had to deal with. So, far also ruined an expensive £60 shirt and offered no compensation, my expensive silver metal collar plates were removed and never returned. if you have a shred of decency, stop mugging people off with this terrible service. It doesn't work, can't be trusted, and your customer service should be dismissed.

Feb 16,2025We requested that non-bio, unscented products only be used, for health reasons. I wasn’t reassured at all by the live chat person who took the request, and I didn’t get any confirmation of this request via email or anything. The laundry was late being picked up, and when it was delivered it definitely wasn’t unscented. The company insisted that they had used unscented and non-bio detergent, but they clearly hadn’t. My partner reacted to the products as soon as it was delivered, and then had to air out their property by keeping windows open even though it was very cold. It was lucky they did not suffer a more serious allergic reaction. They didn’t offer a refund, they only offered to collect the laundry back from us and re-wash it, and for us to provide our own detergent. By this time we did not trust the service anymore so did not want them taking our laundry again. I also found the app to be poor quality. Links to view order status didn’t work and kept loading, links to the live map were expired, and it was just hard to navigate.
