Oct 10,2023Overall good laundry service, a slight delay in delivery, but these things can happen. BUT BE VERY CAREFUL. What's terribly unfair is that a few days after delivery, I see a charge directly on my credit card of an additional £5, and only a few minutes later I get an email with a completely unjustified invoice correction, where in the invoice they refer to services not requested and not performed. I send a complaint and they reply correcting the invoice and saying that within 5-10 days I will receive a refund, but you even took the money in advance of sending the invoice. I find this behaviour unspeakable, as if they had tried and if I had not noticed they would have cheated me out of money. You won 1 star and lost a customer. Goodbye!

Oct 10,2023Due to having major building works, I need a reliable laundry service. Having searched the internet, I tried two companies: Company X and Love2laundry. Company X was unreliable (arrived 2 days late for pick up and another 2 days late for drop off) and it was difficult to contact them. In contrast, Love2laundry arrived within their time slots, gave me advanced warning of when they were close to my house, sent a friendly driver to pick and drop off the laundry and all my laundry came back clean and folded. From now on, I will always use Love2laundry because I feel confident with their service.

Oct 08,2023Excellent response for an urgent laundry order that I couldn't give too much notice of. Both pick and return were on time and efficiently handled by the agent. Clothes were returned in a perfectly clean and neatly folded condition. No complaints at all really.

Oct 04,2023Pickup of items was very good, even a bit ahead of time (which served me but might be less favored by others). However, the return was not cool. First, the driver marked my items as delivered while they were not; his phone was switched off when I called him. Then, after contacting the customer support (which is based in the UK, with UK phone number, which is rather expensive to call from the UAE), it turned out that they missed my delivery and would do so the following day only. No drama again, even though missing the promise of 24 hours TAT, as it was weekend and I could wait until Sunday. However, during weekdays or if timed for an event, that would not be cool. However, the real pain for me was that one of my suits still has the stain from the oil/vinegar salad dressing (really bad) and another one had its collar pressed/ironed wrongly, making the felt visible. Bad. Overall, the experience was not good and I do not recommend this service

Oct 12,2023My item has not been delivered but I have received an email stating my item was delivered. What kind of service is this? Please check again and deliver my item at the earliest. Your promised date was Tuesday (10th October). I didn’t receive any call or text message on my registered number but when I checked my email today I see a mail stating it’s delivered. I don’t expect this kind of service from such reputed agency.
