Sep 30,2023Liked the speed of collection. Website pretty easy to use although didnt work for me as well on my mobile compared to the web. Kept in contact with me with text and email updates. Only criticism is that the return of my items was delayed by an extra day because it turns out that feather pillows take longer to dry. I didn't get told this until after I'd received a text saying they were on their way back to me. Maybe should say this on the website to manage expectations. Otherwise a good experience and I have sent them some more duvets/pillows

Sep 29,2023Two loads of laundry done to a very high standard - delivered nicely folded and smelling great. My order was picked up about an hour late (with an email later apologising) and dropped off three hours early. I will continue to use but probably only on days when I will be home all day.

Driver was supposed to pick up the laundry from 2-5pm but never came and we had waited wasting precious time. I had to call and rearrange the next day. Not a great experience for a very busy person like me.

They are now trying to challenge it and I have noticed a lot of suspicious fake/looking reviews on Trustpilot immediately below. They are just trying to swamp out negative reviews. I have supplied copy emails to both the company (who were being disingenuous) and to Trustpilot. Some of these five star reviews below look very suspicious. I now use another company which is more expensive but better.
