I needed some information about the call diverts . Created a ticket, they responded very promptly, a tech Dave asked if he could call to explain the issue. Called back within a few mins and fully explained my query. Dave isnt alone in providing greate service but this was my most recent dealing with the great support team at M247
We have had numerous outages over the past 6 months which have not been resolved. We cannot run our business with this level of service. I have been trying to close our account for some time now but they are deliberately making it impossible to do so. Apparently I have to sign up to the portal but my request to sign up is being ignored. Not great

So we moved into M24/7 Data Centre over the weekend and had an issue with the connectivity, Spoke to the service desk (Alex & Cade) who logged the ticket for me and put me in touch with Rob. To my surprise (on a Sunday) Curtis one of the engineers turned up to the DC to look at the issue, Between Rob & Curtis the problem was resolved. I canβt fault the level of service from the above staff who are a credit to M24/7 A++ guys thanks for all your help.
Excellent response from M247, especially Lee Hibbert. Contractors had cut through our internet & we had lost all our coms and gate access. Lee reacted very quickly and very professionally. All back on with a minimum of downtime. Brilliant job Lee, many thanks!
Every service has issues, but what matters is how they solved. M247 did a great job solving mine. After new Leased Line instillation we realised that speed wasn't what it supposed to be. With "wires only" installation it can be tricky. Many people with other Internet Service providers end up surfing the web trying to connect their routers or solve their issues. M247 sent engineer on site next day. He took care of everything, truly hands off experience for me. Now my connection is good as gold. Definitely would recommend.
Ryan and Joe done our install of a radio link in Birkenhead just before Christmas and despite time restraints on access to parts of the building they managed to install this same day so we could get the office up and running before the Christmas period.
Moved IPs with ease and confidence. We needed an IP Address space moved from an old service to a new service. M247 communicated well and where very helpful when we made the changes. got though to an engineer to is always helpful.
Flood Damage Engineer was prompt took a while to get parts, but otherwise excelent service and the blown companents replace quickly as could expect.
