Always kind and fast and amazing. Best pharmacy and staff
Doctor Bradley Noon is truly an amazing person. He listens to all your needs and helps you as best as possible. My anxiety has been pretty rough and through his expertise was able to prescribe me something for it. Highly recommend!
I used MedVidi for approximately three months and sought out treatment due to the quick availability of appointments and accessible price for psychiatric care. While this is true, the customer support, online platform, professionalism and interim availability of providers is incredibly irregular, sporadic, and quite frankly, reprehensible. My initial appointment was with a NP licensed in the state I was working in at the time, things went very pleasantly and I asked if I could follow up with any concerns regarding medications in advance of the next appointment, to which she noted that I would be able to “contact her through the patient portal”. My medical records from MedVidi confirm this; stating, “I informed the patient that she may call me back AT ANY Time with ANY Questions or issues which may arise regarding what we discussed.” There is NO option to call, email, or message providers with questions or concerns in between appointments. For a program that provides 100% virtual psychiatric care, this is incredibly dangerous, especially considering that they prescribe ALL psychiatric medications (including controlled substances II-IV). Follow up appointment went okay but I felt that I was not informed on medications to the degree I would have hoped. For example, when I asked for additional information regarding the mechanism of action for one of my medications, she suggested that I “review PubMed articles”. I was appalled, given that with her medical training she should be able to provide a patient with this answer. Given this concern, and the fact that I would be in another state for a few months, I requested to change my provider to an MD licensed in both states to ensure continuity of care. The appointment went very well and I went to the patient portal to book my appointment for next month, but received an error message. Upon calling the team, I discovered that the Dr. I had met with the day before had left the practice. The team did not send me any notice of this via official text or email communication or inform me of his departure prior to scheduling an appointment. I have since seen multiple online reviews confirming that other patients were also not informed of his departure. This is NOT STANDARD MEDICAL PRACTICE. After looking up the NPI numbers of the providers I worked with and was offered for follow-up appointments, I discovered that NONE OF THEM WERE ARE BOARD CERTIFIED IN PSYCHIATRY OR PSYCHIATRIC NUSING, yet their website explicitly states “Our medical team is made up of board-certified clinicians with extensive experience in mental health treatment”. Upon requesting my medical records, which included my psychiatric evaluation and progress notes they were INCREDIBLY disorganized and lacked consistent formatting and sufficient detail. While I understand MedVidi’s mission in providing accessible psychiatric healthcare, the execution of their services is deeply concerning and I would not be surprised if serious legal ramifications come their way very soon. Please avoid.
Wonderful customer service.
**UPDATE** Customer service did reach out to me and refunded me my consultantation fee. Thank you for correcting the issue. I made an appointment for weight management and was seen for mental health. For 2 weeks I called, emailed, and I left messages through Facebook messenger. I talked one time to 1 person who told me they'd review and get back with me because I wanted my money back. The person never got back to me. How are you going to take my money when I asked to see a certain type of doctor, and then you set me up with a mental health doctor, who I would never want to see again because in my opinion she was rude and had a chip on her shoulder. I would stay on hold for more than an hour and finally give up. Their customer service is complete trash. Nobody EVER responds to emails or messages or answers a phone. I would not recommend this place. **update-they have reached out to me so hopefully they will make this right.
Excellent communication even after my appointment very resourceful very helpful. I just cannot thank you enough.
The company only has doctors to service NY, TX, FL and PA. They take your money and don't tell you till after the app time passes. Illegal
Very good, a little difaculty getting used to the app but overall very good
I had an excellent experience with ez care clinic and Dr Pamela Binns-Gibson. I paid for an appt and was scheduled the next day for the following week. It can take a moment to get in with a provider in your state. They send you a link to join a video call at your appt time. My provider was right on time! She was compassionate, kind, and overall excellent. She explained everything really well and listened to all of my concerns and issues. My prescription was at the pharmacy within moments of the call completion and I picked it up an hour later. I’m very happy with Dr. Binns-Gibson she really put me at ease!
Amy was by far the best, I couldn’t get one person to stay with me through the whole process but she took her time with me and got me the care I’m looking for. Thank you Amy
I’ve never had an easier experience with adhd treatment. You do have to be patient. The first two appointment times I requested were not confirmed. It took a couple days to hear from them with an appointment time. But the appointment was easy, I felt like she listened to me and didn’t blow me off (which has been a common experience as an adult with adhd). I do suggest calling your pharmacy before your appointment to make sure they’ll be able to fill a prescription if you have one, especially for stimulants. I had to change the pharmacy which ended up taking an extra day, but that was my bad for not checking ahead. I called the help line for that and they were very helpful and got my prescription sent to a different pharmacy by the next morning. Overall great experience and super easy!
They are quickly really available by phone and will even put. a rush on the response time and scripts and notes to doctor if you need it their very willing to accommodate and try to provide better service only complaint is how pricey they are but their in the works of a made list of insurance they’ll be accepting so hopefully they will take mines but if not it’s still worth it as telemedicine is a rarity and luxury to some extent when their are certain meds that require in person doctor visits etc and one a month having to pay $170 or every few months isn’t the worst thing when your being tended to and cared for and they do try to really move quickly which is great for people like me . It’s convenient that they offer calls texts chat and email to contact help desk every day and someone typically answers within the first two minutes and yoj tell them what ya need fixed done etc they type it in their system and typically same day or a few hours or less later you can get issues resolved. the only way I wouldn’t stay here is if it ends up being they don’t accept my insurance I couldn’t permantly stay paying that rate every month and I’d settle in again with a more likely than not regular physician in my hometown if the laws are about to change up again with telehealth so we’ll see but I say give it a try for sure their very very easy going compared to many doctors in general and telemedicine it will be an easy process and their patient and kind even when I’m stressed and and rushing them so that’s cool too if money ain’t a thang for you and they don’t end up taking your insurance I think this is a great company to give a chance to.
Amazing experience all around, had an amazing doctor ( dr. Linda May ) who really took the time to get to know my medical history and was able to help me continue on my regimen so that I can live a better and healthier quality of life. I also can’t say enough good things about the entire Ezcare sign up process and Ezcare team, everyone was polite and helped me get all set up with my doctor and even sent texts and emails to help me through the process. Ezcare clinic is a godsend and I will always hold them in the highest regard as medical professionals who are really here to help. Thank you Ezcare and dr. May!
My doctor was attentive and a
Easy to book an appointment, the video call went very smooth, doctors was on time and very friendly. After a few general questions my perscription was filled as needed. Thank you!
Medvidi changed my life! I've always suffered with mental health problems and the stigma attached to them kept me from getting help. I didn't want to deal with sitting in waiting rooms, feeling judged, branded, explaining my story face to face in person with someone...maybe it was my mind playing tricks on me, but it kept me from getting help. Telehealth made me feel safer, being able to talk to a doctor from the comfort of my home. Thankfully, we now live in a technological world and people realize that telehealth for mental illness is something that benefits the patients immensely! Medvidi is paving the way to open many doors for people suffering with mental disorders. I'm coming up on one year of treatment with Medvidi and I could not be happier. My mental state is healthier, I'm in a better place with my career and family and everything seems brighter. I couldn't have gotten to this place without help. I just hope and pray that the "powers that be" recognize this and don't try to interfere( we need people lobbying for US in Washington) Regardless, my treatment has been very successful and I owe it all to the Medvidi, their amazing doctors and high level patient centric staff
I spent 195 dollars and my time looking to secure an easy Ambien script as I’m in between GPs as I’ve recently moved. I was scripted 4 pills. Complete waste of time and money. Will never use again. No recourse
Booked an appointment in the morning expecting a same day appointment. I selected 3:30pm but there were many more options. They want your money just to schedule the appointment and all you get in return is a text saying thank you for your money we will reach out to you shortly. 3:30 came and there was no communication from this company. I tried calling their phone number and a automated line picks up and gives you options to choose from. I chose every option they had, the second you choose an option it hangs up automatically. If you wait on the line for help it hangs up. Huge red flag. At this point its feeling like a scam and that my money is gone, I saw they had a chat service on their website so I went to that. The chat service responded but they just gave me the run around saying they will be reviewing my file and a doctor will see me shortly. Another by 530 I asked them what is going on, they said they will get back to me in 24 hours. Another red flag in my book. I am now waiting for a refund which they say will take two weeks. I might just have to charge back the payment. Please think twice before giving them money. Update: I responded to the automated bot response asking me to reach out to them. I know its shocking but they literally have a automated email response also.... Zero thought, or response to my email, just a copy + paste response talking about issues they will be working on that I didn't even talk about. Now they are trying to take my review down, asking me for a reference number... How could I have one when all you did was take my money and never contact me? No refund yet.
I’m in between doctors and was terrified thinking I wasn’t going to be able to get my adhd medication. The medication I’ve been on 10 years and is the only reason I was able to get my masters degree and hold my job for 7 years. MEDvidi relieved my anxiety by making this process extremely easy. The appointment with the doctor was quick and simple and they sent over my prescription right then. I filled it the next day with no issues. To say that I had a great experience would be an understatement, for sure. Im still mind blown at how easy this was! Thank you so much!!

Oct 21,2023horrible. Scheduling has been a nightmare recently. I tried to schedule a follow up appointment for anxiety medication management online. I chose “any provider” and then the time slots showed availability as soon as the next day. I clicked on one that worked for me. Then I received a text and email that they made the appointment for 1 1/2 hours later than the time slot I chose. I wouldn’t be available then so I immediately responded that the time doesn’t work for me and it needs to be rescheduled. I did this through text, call, and email. No response, no way to leave a voicemail. I finally got ahold of someone the next day and I could barely hear her, she was speaking very fast along with an accent making it almost impossible hear or understand. I finally was able to communicate that I’m not available at the time THEY gave me (which why is that even a thing? don’t show open time slots if they aren’t actually open). She said she would note my day/time change and that someone would contact me with an updated time confirmation . Never happened. I then received a bunch of missed calls, message, and emails from a provider trying to continue with the appointment that I had rescheduled. so obviously whoever runs the phone did not communicate this to provider or input in the system. I couldn’t answer to let the provider know because I was on another important video appointment. once I was able to call, I again told the helpline that I have yet to receive an updated appointment. they scheduled me for the next day at 3pm with a different provider. I received the appointment link in text and email, I joined on time, I waited over 20 minutes. No provider. So I tried the email link…waited again, no provider. I joined the text link again, waited, nothing. I waited an hour in total, never received a response through text or email, or had anyone answer the phone. A day later and I still have not received any response from anyone. I’m already overdue for my medication refill…I use this service because I’m waiting for my emergency insurance application to be approved. Only then can I get assigned a new primary doctor who will have to refer me to psychiatry specialist. which can be a long process. Unless this is a last resort, I do not recommend
