No one EVER listen's, understands, and truly wants what's best for their patients it feels like anymore. Jennifer Beltran is a true blessing and I am so grateful that I met her today. Jan 10,2024First of all, I was approved for a refund that I have not yet received. I've reached out to support numerous times and they have not been back in contact with me. It is not my bank holding it up because they have confirmed with me that there is nothing pending from the company. I have a refund because the Dr. sent my prescriptions to another state, TWICE. I need the refund to be processed so I can go to another Dr to actually get my life saving medication.

Jan 10,2024I've only had one appointment so far, but based on that experience I do plan to continue. The practitioner was very professional and provided excellent customer service. My only complaint is the video software malfunctioned and the practitioner and I were able to see each other, but there was no audio on either side.

Jan 07,2024Update: they did refund me my money, so at least they do that. Their costumer service is nice as well. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars because they did the bare minimum/the right thing. They will take your money before even knowing if there's a provider in your state. That was a lot of money to me. They say they'll refund, but I'm pretty concerned right now. So, if you live in a state in which they don't have a provider, you're out $200 until they can get around to refunding you. Terrible customer service in that regard.

Jan 03,2024The process was very straightforward and easy. The wait to be seen was 2 days, but to be fair, it was New Years Eve and New years day. The video call came at exactly the time it was scheduled and the doctor was very professional and helpful. My prescription was sent immediately after and I had no issues getting it filled at my local pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Dec 30,2023Dr. Romero was lovely, and patient even while I was having some Technical issues with my phone during my initial visit. I was a bit apprehensive to do a televisit, but I was home, comfortable, and not rushed. Dr. Romeo was very informative, knowledgeable, and I’m so relieved to have found a stellar physician who took a long detailed History, listened, and tailored a plan to help me with my medical issues and quality of Life. I look forward to my next visit to see the changes with this new plan from my previous two providers. Thank you! I’m so grateful to have found a caring and exceptional doctor who I feel comfortable with, and I feel confident with his understanding of my complex medical history.
