I requested my money back after they didnt honor the first appt instead they kept assigning me other appt and cancelling them and wasting my time This organization is very shady

Jul 05,2023Made an appointment which cost around 200$. I felt like my doctor wasn’t listening to me and ended up prescribing medication that did not help. Then, she requests that I spend another 200$ to make another appointment so we can change the medication. Edit: I have contacted their help clinic as they have requested but still nothing has been resolved. Do not get scammed like I did and stay away from this company.

The only communication I’ve had with them us repeatedly asking me to send in my ID and then telling me it’s black and white when it clearly show the color coding in the ID in the photo. The lack of competence and intelligence on this company’s part is insane. I would never ever use them again.

May 31,2023Yeah, rating on easy care the online Tele med doctors that are doing the right thing, so if you see middle, Vidi affiliated with them don’t worry because they’re the same company. Your privacy is respected, your doctors trust you and less you give them a reason not to, and they will not over medicate you. They will make sure you have the medication that you tell them works for you. Set an off is killing everyone. Everyone is doing fit in all because doctors in this country. Do not care about anything other than money, and their name not being affiliated with certain medication’s that were once miracle drugs now are considered the devils poison. Why? BECAUSE OF THE GOVERNMENTS CONTROL OVER THIS COUNTRY AND THE INSURANCE COMPANIES, DOCTORS, AND THE pharmaceutical companies making numerical drugs 10 times more expensive and 100 times less effective. Suboxone is a safe way to get off opiates but it’s also addictive. There is no generic but pharmacies prescribe generics point being read the label, look at the address, and understand what’s in the medication! Suboxone made too much money too fast so the government had a cover of their selves by exploiting them at the same time giving them the greenlight to change the label. Not like another company is making the medicine when it’s made in the same warehouse by the same people with the same intent. Now doctors want to tell a 75-year-old woman that takes a Vicodin for pain. Yeah she can’t have no more but there’s this new miracle pain medicine called Suboxone but if I said I was on Suboxone for pain nine out of 10 people call me a lieing drug addict. It helps for pain just like Motrin,  and if a doctors treating me for pain, that is so severe and says, here’s some Suboxone, then I’m a fool that will stay in pain and develop an addiction to a drug that was made to prevent addiction! Point being look into medvii/ez care-once a month five minutes virtual appointment I think it’s worth giving a shot and they’re available 24-7! We want to see lives not keep burning kids as long as a doctor doesn’t read the prescription that they need then off to the streets they go to get the homemade medicines that if not next correctly will kill you. I know a lot of people who got caught up in that lifestyle, they didn’t pass chemistry in high school, so I don’t think they’re qualified to be making pharmaceuticals in their basement but as long as the government controls, everything our kids are gonna continue to die

May 30,2023I am very satisfied with the service I received, from the signing up to scheduling and seeing the doctor everyone was very helpful and kind and my doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful and able to answer my questions it was a lot easier than going to a doctors office bc of my anxiety being so bad and my doctor was able to notice I was nervous about the appointment and was able to calm me down a little bit I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that can benefit from your services thank you all again!!

They also take the time to give you a call to ensure you have received your prescription. The Drs are amazing as well, and they take time to listen to you and make you feel heard.

My doctor was professional, efficient, and actually listened to me and answered my questions, which is so refreshing after some of the in-person visits I've had over the last couple of years. Lastly, I had no issues getting my prescription filled. I'm grateful to have found such a convenient way to get the healthcare I need.

Aug 01,2023Scheduled visit for anxiety told her I used pyscibian once a month and she said she didn't feel comfortable prescribing me what she was initially was going to. Called to get a refund and they said they would"contact" me even though there refund policy states that you can't get a refund after they scam you for a 200$ consultation fee that they don't help you with anything. Edit, they also contacted me to try and corce me to change it with no help getting the Care I need
