My dr was very pleasant, understanding and thought carefully before making a decision as to treatment. She maintained direct eye contact when speaking with me. Her ideas and alternate treatment plans were helpful. At first glance she gave off an appearance. That showed capability and in control without being overbearing. I will follow up with my dr in the future and recommend Medvidi to others

Doctor wrote prescriptions over 24 hours ago but staff had not sent to pharmacy, and gave me a run around all day yesterday. Have no idea where I stand today and now have to seek alternative providers. Update in response to owner reply: It's interesting the owner would advise I email them to look into the issue, because I've literally been emailing the customer service team and the referenced address begging for information, and they have refused to provide it. Additional details bulleted below: - Prescriptions written Saturday AM 11/18 following appointment, but remained in "preparing prescription" status and were not sent to pharmacy all day. Typically this happens promptly and from the patient's (my) perspective it is unclear why there would be a delay. - Repeatedly throughout 11/18 afternoon and evening I tried via email, phone, and text to work with the customer service team to understand the reason for the delay and ultimately when I could expect the prescriptions to be processed. I emphasized this was because I was planning to travel starting Saturday evening and would not be available locally to pick them up if they were not sent to the pharmacy on 11/18. I also explained that if they would not be submitted by 11/18, this was fine so long as they would be able to submit them to a different pharmacy located where I would be traveling. The customer service team was untimely in their replies and ultimately provided no meaningful information regarding 1) when Rx would be submitted or 2) if need be could they be transferred. Therefore I had to cancel traveling on Saturday and continue into Sunday trying to get information from the team. - On Sunday 11/19, I again repeatedly inquired about when the Rx would be submitted and if it could be transferred if needed, simply so I could decide if I could depart for my travels or should stay locally and wait. Again, I received no meaningful information to aid in this decision. At this point, I decided to depart for my travels and prior to doing so emphasized with the customer service team that if/when the prescriptions are processed, they CANNOT be sent to the original pharmacy in 19341 and MUST be sent to the Giant in 18201. - About 30 minutes into traveling, I receive a text saying that the Rx's were finally submitted but to the incorrect pharmacy in 19341. At this point, I had received no other communication indicating whether they could be transferred. So, I turned around and drove 30 minutes backwards to pick them up. Then, several hours too late after this occurred, I received an email asking about transferring the prescription. It seems this willingness to help was only prompted in response to this original trustpilot review, or else I'd still be waiting. To summarize, the issue has been resolved by me, with no help from customer service, and only after I delayed travel plans for over a day and spent much of that time begging the customer service team for any meaningful insight into what was occurring. And had I not been so diligent, this easily could have resulted in a larger delay in trying to receive the medication. And so, while I'm very happy with my interactions with my doctor, I doubt I'll use EZ Care going forward because their customer service - in particular their ability to communicate promptly and effectively - is so poor.

It took a week to schedule a follow up appointment, and it wasn’t for an additional 2.5 weeks away. My doctor was no longer available, with no warning, and my new doctor would not work with me on my existing treatment plan. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled.

Revised review: While I did have a bad experience and my appointment was canceled after waiting on my video call, I understand emergencies happen with Drs as well. Medvidi immediately made every effort to resolve my issue and made a prompt refund for my cancelled appointment. The customer service was excellent. I appreciate they are making an effort to resolve future issues like this. I will try again.

I have had a great experience! The scheduling is very convenient and always works out when I'm available. No issues getting the medication everything goes smoothly no problems at all. The doctors are great and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using them for online care.

I was treated with such kindness and respect, I would give them 10 Stars if I could. I received my prescription within a couple of hours which was important as I was feeling ill from not having the medication (not an opioid). I will go back to them in a heartbeat and feel fortunate to have found them. Thank you for taking care of me.

Dr Romero is an excellent doctor and person. Very professional and nice. Listens to you and makes suggestions for the best outcome. This place is amazing. Love it! The one negative is it showed an appointment for the same day but once I payed it said I couldn’t be seen for 3 days.

Nightmare. Don't come here. I called. They said i would have an appt the same day. I paid. I made an appointment 11/12/23 for 3:30pm. Nobody called. I called back. They said i would not be getting an appt for weeks.Nobody ever got in touch with me I'm suffering. My anxiety is through the roof. I'm pacing. And can't sleep. In tears. I feel like I wasted 195 dollars. This is unacceptable. What a nightmare. I don't want a PA. I need an appointment this morning if anyone reads this. Sincerely, Nathan Doden

What is going on with this company I don’t understand!!!! I paid for my appointment and now they are telling me that theirs no open slots for the next month. My medication is due now and they can’t seem to find me anyone to see! This is so upsetting and causing me so much distress when I thought this website was all about Mental Health well being?? I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed I paid my money all I want to do is see a provider so I can continue to be well.I was contacted tonite and was told they just had some doctors leave and it was there first priority to get me scheduled! So hopefully it will happen within the next few days! So today I get on the website and my second appointment has been canceled this is unreal and so wrong they kept both of my payments and I am still without an appointment and my medication!! How can they treat people this way I don’t understand!

Affordable and convenient with my schedule. Dr Binns-Gibson is amazing. Such compassion and her understanding of my experience in life struggling with ADHD. She has validated me, took her time to hear me and reasurre me how medication is helping. Thank you Dr Binns Gibson. I also love the convinience of the scheduling system and the reminders and reach outs to verify I received my prescriptions on time by my pharmacy. I appreciate the reminders and the reach outs. Makes me feel cared for.

Review update! I put a previous review on here appox oct 28th with 1 star i had sooo many problems from my account not being correct to dr missing appointment when i had been waiting for several days to get an appt all documents had to be done manually it was.insane really it was the customer service that was difficult. The texting the phone line was crazy however the dr must have realized he missed my appt because he tried through the system to call it gave him trouble to. He ended up getting ahold of me ..my original appt was at 9pm he called 1245 am he was wonderful and very apologetic listened to me and my issues took care of my refill needs im trying to find my original review the 28th of October but i think its been removed he made it all worth while the dr was great ! I cant give a 5 star just because the company made it so hard to communicate over anything everything was always we will. Tell the team kindly wait it was tough frustrating then after i talked to the dr they tried to have another dr call they didnt realize my dr went above and beyond and had seen me already the communication was difficult. But this dr because of how nice he was i would do it again im very satisfied once i got to talk to my dr so just based on him calling it was almost 1am showed me he truly cared so again update since original appt i was able get meds at pharmacy dr made sure communication after we spoke was perfect he won me over !

I travel for work. I am rarely in one location for more than a few months. I was skeptical at MEDvidi at first but the delivered as advertised. It's nice for a guy who travels continuously that there is a network of medical professionals like Medvidi that can help me maintain a mentally healthy lifestyle.

I found Medvidi in June and have had 3 appointments in that time. I've never had an issue with prescriptions being sent in or anything alike. The site has been buggy and a bit of a pain to reschedule, but nothing I can't handle, it has been frustrating through. My main issue today however, is that I'm attempting to schedule a follow-up with my doctor, but I'm greeted by a notification saying service is not offered in my state. After some research it seems that my doctor has left the practice, and I was never notified of this. Despite having dozens and dozens of doctors on the service, only one was licensed in my state? Now I'm left without a way to receive my medication all by surprise. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating, I saw other posts mentioning this doctor has left from 15+ days ago, and I was never notified at all. Now I have no idea what to do, and know of no alternatives. For the price of the service, and how many doctors are available, I'd expect atleast 2 or more to be licensed in my state in the event that one left. I'm extremely aggravated and frustrated, and don't really know what to do now as I've been put in a bad spot. Up until this point I've had a pretty positive experience with Medvidi, but this has really messed things up and makes the service feel unreliable, if they do find a replacement how do I know I won't be left in this spot again?

I originally scheduled an appointment with them and they never confirmed it. Then they schedule it for next day... ok. Then the appointment is rescheduled again to some random day and time. They then rescheduled for the fourth time due to a provider issue... this time another 10 days out and again without any proper warning or communication to me. They schedule their appointments at random days and times without concern or input from the patients. I work during the day and am often in meetings, I cant just randomly take time off without warning. Forget trying to get Medvidi to live up to any promises they make. I've been promised return calls from supervisors, never happens. I feel that I have been FAR MORE PATIENT with them than I should. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. We are now closing in on more than 3 weeks of delays without even getting my first appointment handled. I would seriously AVOID this company and find a better one!

If I could give them negative stars I would. I had an appointment with them on 10/11/2023 and I still do not have my prescription. They are very quick to take your money for the appointment, but WILL NOT help or refund your money even though it has been their fault and they admit to it being their fault. I have talked to them every day sometimes twice a day and all I get is we are sorry I am sending this over to the doctor and you will have your prescription. Well its day 11 now and another phone call and NOOOOOOO prescription. If I could reply to your review comment I would. You say to reach out to you and I have several times and you will not do anything, but say I am sorry we will forward your concern to our team and you will get a text message. Just give me my refund for the doctors visit. That is all I ask!!! I have heard all the apologies I care to hear from you

Terrible overall experience and a waste of money. The doctor "listened" enough to tell me what needed to be treated first but then prescribed something that failed to address the issue and actually has risks of what she was allegedly trying to avoid by prescribing it. When I brought this up with customer service and asked for a replacement appointment with another provider or refund, they danced around the issue and never followed up to deliver any resolution. They then have the gall to continue sending marketing messages espousing how important mental health care is when clearly they don't care to actually help and just want to take your money. Avoid at all costs.
