What a gift to call me to tell me that there’s an alternative to the medicine that I was taking and my pharmacy had run out of. She took the time to call my pharmacy and ask them what they had and called me to tell me that they have different dose that they can make Two pills into one dose. I have never had a doctor go this length to help me. And I didn’t have the pharmacy go to this link when I called them to ask them if or when they would have my prescription in stock. I have been using Medvidi for 2 years now with no issues. I will admit this time around has been a little bit of an issue so I don't know what's changed or if maybe they're just much busier. Either way Scarlett was very patient and understanding as I described to her the issues. She did in fact resolve the problems pretty quickly. We need more people like her dealing with patients.

The most disorganized customer service experience I've had in a LONG time. My first provider appointment went well, and I was able to receive and fill my prescription. However, the follow-up appointment I scheduled after was canceled within the hour, and it looks like the provider is no longer there. I spent a full THREE WEEKS trying to get it rescheduled because I'd already paid for it. I spoke to FOUR different people via email, then one of the same via phone. Each time I emailed, I was asked to provide my details because they seemingly don't keep track of which person is helping a client -- all the emails are filtered through one generic MedVidi email. The first person, Roy, confirmed the appointment that had already been rescheduled, so he didn't seem to know what was going on. I spoke with only one provider more than once (Sarah) who told me to wait until the last couple days of December to schedule because the new schedule for 2025 hadn't been posted, which was odd because on their website, I could easily see the schedule. The only reason I didn't schedule it myself was because again, I'd already paid, and I'd have to pay $160 again if I scheduled a new appointment. One week after I reached out on December 30th, I still hadn't heard back, and I emailed again to get yet ANOTHER person that I had to start over with. I never got past "We'll look at the schedule" with ANY of the people I e-mailed with before the process started over again. I decided that calling might be easier, so I did. Roy again, who told me he could get me in with a provider that evening. I asked if it was a confirmed appointment, and he said they would forward my info to the provider, who would make the appointment. As I'm sure you guessed, that never happened. The next day, I requested a refund. Fiya asked if I was sure they couldn't reschedule me instead. I don't know, CAN you? Because no one else seems to know how! I told her that the customer service didn't seem competent to do that and confirmed my desire for a refund. She replied that she could reschedule me ASAP. 😂 I threatened a chargeback if I couldn't get refunded, and I received a confirmation of refund within 24 hours. I know that the people who work here probably know that they work for a disorganized garbage company and are doing their best, but WOW. The hoops they have people jump through, it's just not worth it. I'll be taking my business to an in-person psychiatrist that I can regularly contact without interference from a customer service department who doesn't seem to have any communication amongst themselves or ability to help with a simple reschedule. I fully believe they would have tried to keep pushing me off until a chargeback was no longer an option if I were a more naive person. Looking forward to the canned copy and paste response from Janet! I'm glad to see that she's fulfilling another part of the high-quality customer service that MedVidi claims to provide!
It is February 3, 2025. My appointment was on January 6, 2025. I am not going to repeat the issue, as I have several times. I expect this complaint will get the same form reply, from “Janet,” explaining that due to privacy, she can’t help on this platform. Do not let that fool you into believing someone will actually do anything to help. They reply quickly on this platform, but they only leave you hanging if you have an issue. I have learned, I won’t get help on any platform. If you use medvidi, know that, if you run into a problem, you run the risk of throwing away what ever you pay them. I requested a refund due to the reason stated below, medvidi refused and promised to have the provider call me. While I explained I had lost confidence in the provider due to my experience, that was only option they offered. The last time I heard from them was on January 15, 2025, saying they sent a reminder to the provider to call me. I don’t trust them or their providers. End of second update. This update is to make clear that after nearly a month and minimum efforts by med-vidi, my problem is still unresolved. Again, my issue involves the provider prescribing Strattera for ADHD, and instructed me to take one pill only on days that I felt I needed it. I did extensive research on Strattera and discovered it is a second -line treatment for ADHD, prescribed only after, or in addition to, first-line treatments. Strattera has more side-effects, that include suicidal ideation and digestive discomfort. Worse than that, I read the FDA pdf on Strattera that clearly states to be effective, the drug needs to be taken everyday at the same time. So, instead of prescribing a first-line treatment that begins to work within in minutes, he prescribed a medication with more side effects, and if taken as directed would be virtually ineffective. But for some reason, medvidi thinks answering replying to my review , promising quality customer service allows them to keep my payment. If you are looking for real help with knowledgeable providers regarding adhd, do not use medvidi. I wish I hadn’t! Original review: Disappointed with the prescription and the doctor’s instructions that would render the drug ineffective, I asked for a refund. Although they hadn’t responded to my refund request for several days, Medvidi found time to reply to my last review on this platform the very day I wrote it. Their message made clear how they wanted to provide me with high quality customer care. So, excited to receive high quality customer care, I called the number they posted in their reply to my initial review. Unlike the number given to me as a client, where I have spent more than 4 hours on hold, one time for two hours straight, someone actually answered the call. They promised the provider would contact me regarding the problems with my prescription, but provided no information about when I could expect the call. Five days later I received a voicemail from the provider who called from an unknown number, he gave no number for me To reach him, and said he would try to call later that day. He didn’t. Two days later, while I was parallel parking, a call came in from an unknown number, so I answered. Having trouble focusing on parking, and answering the doctor’s questions, I asked if he could call back in 10 minutes, he said he would. He didn’t. I waited diligently for the call for 30 minutes before getting back in the car to make the drive from East Oakland to Sonoma county. An hour and a half later, at the most inconvenient time possible, the provider called and left at another voicemail. It has been almost two full weeks since medvidi promised me high quality customer service. And at this point, they am completely unsatisfied and seriously question their competency. Either way, what reputable company Refuses to refund your money after failing to resolve a client’s problem For more than two weeks. Mind you, I called these people for help. And while I understand things can go wrong, the fact that they think it’s is ok to keep my money or take this long to remedy that I am completely unsatisfied is absolutely ridiculous. It is truly criminal. I plan on taking steps to hold them responsible. No one else should be treated this way.

Feb 07,2025DO NOT order from this place. It is a rip off. They sent meds to wrong address, completely different state and then would not even acknowledge they messed up. Still had wrong address after 3 calls and they would not refund my money. I’ve filed a dispute with credit card company and cancelled my card. Save yourself…
