Florida resident here. My doctor really seemed to care and wasn't judgmental at all! I'm always anxious especially with new experiences. This was by far the easiest and most productive way for me to get help for my mental heath issues! Visit was less than 30 minutes and I am happy with my results. Thank you! I will be back next month!

(SECOND UPDATE 12-30-23) I have sent my details as asked and have not heard a word back from anyone. I even sent my own emails and have called an additional 6 times to no avail. (FIRST UPDATE 12-26-23) I received a call and we spoke about the few issues I was inquiry about. We were able to get the correct refund settled although I don’t have it yet it is apparently on its way. I tried to explain to him again again that the doctor I had with Nylah for my appointment which happened on December 7 of this year as it was my first appointment with them. I can’t put into words how much I liked this doctor and he said that his schedule gets quite full, so what he did was make a leak for me to click whatever I was ready to pay for next times visit, this would be for the January visit. So we agreed on a time of January 4 at 8 PM and he told me to click the link in my personal port portal and click pay whenever I was able to that way. I will have an appointment it won’t have to worry about not being able to get it again next month , he was doing something to avoid exactly what I’m going through right now and what he did should have avoided all of this. I do not want another doctor besides him, and I would like to ask for permission to be able to speak to him either via the med system or through a zoom call or something or even a phone call or email because he knows exactly what I’m talking about and I know that he’s the only one that’s going to take care of this. This is getting very ridiculous. I had my first appointment on December 7 with Dr. nihilist acre. He was very helpful and understanding and he helped me a lot after we were done with the appointment. He told me he would schedule me for next month for January 4 at 8 o’clock and all I would have to do is click on the link in the personal port portal and pay. So I did that and it’s now saying that I have a different doctor that is not him. He promised me that appointment on the fourth I do not want to see a different doctor. I made it very clear from the get-go I don’t like female doctors , also I tried to make another appointment to see if I could see if he scheduled any further time out and he wasn’t. So I called and talked to a customer rep today and asked her to have the scheduling department. Call me back which they have not yet and I asked her to refund , the second appointment I made not the one for the fourth. So now she put in a refund request for the wrong appointment. I can’t speak to anybody every time I call nobody answers.

My doctor on MEDvidi has been great! When something wasn’t working for me, he adjusted his recommendations. I have been able to improve with those recommendations and medications.

They make it sound so easy to get a useful rx but this was absolutely not my experience. I could not even get 1 months worth of lowest dose (30 tabs). Dr. said in this organization 20 pills the limit. I asked could I get 30 next month and he told me 20 is limit. Also, they advertise appts typically in 24 hours. 1st appt not scheduled for about 3 weeks after I paid. Then they cancelled me no specific reason given. Then a couple more weeks and I could not connect for 1 1/2 hours and no one called or texted back to help this low tech 77 year old to fix it simply in the app. Rescheduled again. This all went on for 2 months. I don't trust these people. This could be a mom and pop with a pretty web site and contracts with a bunch of doctors from all over the place they don't know but are willing to contract with them.

They always take care of me. I read a lot of the reviews and I hear a lot of bad experiences but I have not had one. They’ve seen me four times. Reading a lot of of the reviews I feel like there’s a lot of addicts that try to take advantage. This is not a place for addicts to try to get large refills. This is a place for people that have serious mental health issues and need help. I really appreciate what this place does for me. In the comfort and safety of my own home.

I've been going thru medvidi since the beginning of the year. There's been a few hiccups here and there but nothing major. My doctor is excellent and has been very helpful. My issue is after having an appt Sunday night 12-10-23 and finding out my regular pharmacy was out of stock, a customer service agent contacted me to let me know they canceled my original prescription and asked me if the pharmacy that did have them in stock worked for me and to confirm that I agreed with that decision. It seemed like all they needed was to confirm with me and then my prescription would get sent to the other pharmacy. Not the case! Ever since confirming where to send my prescription about 4 days ago, which makes 9 days and counting I've gone without my medication( I had to wait 5 days past the day i was supposed refill and now about 4+ days) and the only info I've been given every single time I ask if there's been an update, I'm told that they are waiting for the doctor to respond. So in the mean time my original pharmacy restocked and the new pharmacy who said they had them 4 days ago could possibly be out of stock now. I don't understand why it's taking so long for the doctor to respond to them reaching out to approve my request. I've never had this much of a delay sending my prescription from one location to another within the same pharmacy. I don't believe my doctor with all the experience and knowledge he has especially when it comes to patients stopping a medicine suddenly and letting them go without for 9 + days. I don't know what's going on but I hope it gets straighten out soon before this company loses a lot of their loyal patients not because of the doctors, they are great but because of the poor customer service representative and the lack of communication. **Update ** RESPONDING TO MEDVIDI My issue isn't that The wrong prescription was not sent, my issue is my prescription NOT being sent over to the pharmacy that I was told had it in stock. Since Monday I've been contacting your company hoping to hear an update other than "waiting on the doctor to respond" and whenever someone contacts me from your end they send the same message about expiditing my concern and then I won't hear nothing. I've literally spent the last 5 days torn between waiting to hear from you and needing to accomplish somethings but because I am waiting to hear from you I am htperfocused on the fact that I want to make sure I'm available so I don't do anything else. Anyone with ADHD can relate and can tell you how frustrating this is for me to wait and waste days just on the possibility of something happening. Trying to manage my mental health is becoming more aggravating to deal with then the aggravation I felt dealing with myself with ADHD and not being medicated. **UPDATE** STILL WAITING FOR MY PRESCRIPTION TO BE SENT TO THE PHARMACY.... IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR MENTAL HEALTH CARE ... UNLESS THEY GET IT TOGETHER, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE

I actually would chose no stars. This company is fraudulent and take advantage of people suffering with mental health issues. Need I say more? I guess so. I don’t know how you can’t find my profile when I have talked to every inadequate team member in your “company” Tracy Miller!!! You know the one you have been giving the runaround to for 3 days now over what should be a simple transaction.

I'm gonna say this in as short a comment as possible. There's so much I wanna say that I also think NEEDS to be said, in regards to not only MediVidi itself, but my Doctor, Dr.Ambrosio Romero M.D. of FLA. I've struggled so, so very much in the past with anxiety & depression. Anyone who has more than 1 "issue" knows they feed off each other & can become a monster, making life debilitating after a while. I'd had my run around w/sooo many different Doctors for my mental health. None wanted to take the time to talk to me seriously, unless it was of service to them, prescribing me w/some of the most dangerous & expensive drugs on the market (none of which would've worked for me, as I've been on this ride since childhood). For 7 yrs.i went almost totally uneducated for my mental problems because of this- up until approx.2 yrs.ago when I decided something has to change. The merry-go-round of doctors began all over again, & all it did was make my state of mind (& even my physical health) go downhill & fast! I won't even go into some of the humiliating rituals, & embarrassing (& illegal) things I experienced in seeing different doctors during those 2 yrs. It put me into a tail spin when all I wanted was general, basic help, to begin a journey of healing , sleeping better, & feeling better. I wanted to be spoken to w/respect,not treated like a lab rat , an insane person, or a criminal. The stories I have would make your toes curl. I was even given 7 prescriptions at once by a doctor, none of which were explained to me. The most dangerous was a mood stabilizer at 1700 dollars a mnth for 30 pills. Keep in mind, these are not what I needed. I've had enough experience w/my body & life to know which types of med.(& even which meds) work best for me. I'm all for discussing new , different alternatives, but this was NOT IT. Somehow as fate would have it, on my last nerve, & crying every day, my husband came across MediVidi Telehealth one day while looking for a solution for me... Even he was seriously worried for my health. We looked over reviews that night, & he helped me look through the credentials & information on each Dr. In my area , offered by The MediVidi Team. I found Dr. ROMERO M.D., & immediately had a good feeling about him, & apparently that was meant to be. I filled the forms out & made an appointment A.S.A.P!!! He actually confirmed my appointment that same day within an hour & I was really hopeful to speak with him for help! I had a couple rough patches using the system as I'd never done telehealth before, but I called the Team Line (on call),& they answered & explained what to do & how. My appointment was amazing. When we finally spoke, he was caring. He did not rush me. He asked as if he was genuinely concerned, & we discussed options. I told him what I'd taken that'd worked for me recently & what hadn't, & after a little discussion of symptoms & my life info., we came up w/a solution to which I'd need to try. I was told to give it a go, & use the medications for a time that wpuld allow us to see how well they worked & at what dosage. He's very knowledgeable about health, & mental health in general of course, & told me what to expect further. I completely agreed, knowing how the whole "mental issues thing" works. I took the meds. For a month, & they were amazing, just as I'd expected & hoped(having been on them previously). That was my 1st , initial experience, and since then I've seen him for follow ups & regular appointments over the last year ½. Mental issues don't always get "fixed" completely.. but you can totally keep them in check & I work so hard at that. Without this break through, I don't know where I'd be right now. I owe so much to him listening, & helping me. The great thing is, I've noticed that many MedVidi Drs.are totally willing to talk about alternatives for you if your current medical plan/prescriptions don't work. There's lots to try, & it's not an exact science. I know that from many yrs. Of trials. You just have to be patient, but most importantly, find a dr.wilLing to help you & listen. Don't settle for a hack who just wants to get u through the system & not listen to you. Also remember, telehealth isn't for everyone, but it helps soo many people. So it's up to you to see if it fits. I totally believe that MediVidi is a fitting solution compared to many other companies. They have all theirlicenses, & work in accordance to all laws within. I checked, trust me!! Lol. It's affordable, even w/o insurance, & their team is always reachable. You can text msg.them, call, or even use f.b messenger if any problems or questions arise (which can sometimes be unavoidable, but by far this is the most organized team I've personally gone to; I don't think some ppl realize how bad many doctor offices can be!). By far my longest review, but definitely my most important. I've to dramatically thank this team& my DR.!

Great customer support team, there have been a few times where the pharmacy is out of stock due to a medication shortage and the support team has been very helpful in contacting the doctor for alternative medication and pharmacies

I was with Medvidi for about 6 months. I started when they were still “Ezcare” before they merged with Medvidi. As soon as the merge happened, I believe it was in October, this place has been on a steady decline. The customer service people seem nice when they answer you on here, but they aren’t in private. They will hang up on you, and be rude in emails (I have pictures to Prove it) and they don’t care. They have no solution for me after I couldn’t schedule a follow up with my doctor and I was forced to find a different telehealth service. Thankfully I was able to do so. I suggest you keep your options open and do stay away from Medvidi. They’re unstable and unreliable and the customer service is just awful. Save yourself the headache and your time being wasted, I don’t think this sketchy scam of a company will be around much longer. *update 12/14/2023 they’re claiming I’m not in their system now and as far as Ican see, I’m not the only person they’re doing this to. Thanks for proving me and others right Medvidi you scam of a company

EDIT 09/14/2024: My AMAZING provider left and they rescheduled me. I received no appointment reminders or anything. After my appointment (prepaid for) passed without any contact by the provider, I was sent another bill for $50 for a n/s fee. It's only a matter of time before this operation gets shut down completely! Other than money, there's no reason to see medication management patients monthly if you're just sending in the same medication each time. The mental health office I work for sees patients once every 6 months unless the patient would like to change medication. Yeah, MedVidi provides controlled substances with little to no vetting but it's not worth it when they leave you in withdrawal because of greedy providers only looking out for themselves and their wallet. EDIT: After this review they contacted me. I spent another week going back and forth with their customer service that has little English comprehension, the tried saying that it was against DEA regulations to contact my doctor within 30 days of my appointment, basically trying to say I have to wait until I pay for another appointment to correspond with her. They kept blaming DEA guidelines and such. I sent them the DEA guidelines for review that say no such thing about not being able to contact your doctor until 30 days has passed for medication adjustments. I was really happy with my visit! The provider [who is no longer there because it's an awful company] was AMAZING. She was sweet and understanding. She told me to contact her if I needed her to adjust the meds before our next appointment. They don't let you contact your doctor directly. I contacted customer service over a week ago and they have yet to get my message to her. I've tried following up with no response since the initial generic "we'll forward your message to our request team." I had planned to continue my monthly service with this company but I guess they just want you to be a one and done type of patient.

my doctor was ahead of schedule, listened to all of my concerns and genuinely acted like he cared about me not just as a patient but as a human being as well. It’s super easy to make appointment and get access to my Rx’s. THANK YOU!

Dr Martinez rocks! He listens well & takes his caring time! I was expecting him to tell me how l felt but his kind bedside manner allowed him to be patient & find out all my details before jumping on it & taking care of business! I recommend him to anyone, except in the mornings, so he’s full & I don’t get follow-ups with him 🤠

The service from beginning to end was outstanding! I felt like I was buried and finding help is very frustrating, I had lost hope. Then I decided to give this a try I figure it couldn’t hurt. Not only did they help me understand what was going on, but they helped me find normalcy again! I can’t tell how incredible it is to have found this!

TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I called to get anxiety medicine and after a VERY few minutes, the Dr said a hard No as I wasn't seeing a therapist. Clearly if I was seeing a therapist, I would have gotten the prescription from them....unethical advertising as they promise what they don't deliver and I paid $195 up front for NOTHING and they would not reimburse me...be very careful.....regarding your reply…. Don’t advertise something you can’t deliver as making assumptions you aren’t all Dr.’s or you could prescribe Valium without me having seen a therapist!

Since late September, early October this service has been utterly atrocious - from the team assigned to work with you, punctuality, professionalism, technology ease of use, and being straightforward. Over and over and over and over and over again I continuously hear "we will give you a call back." And they NEVER do. This has been ongoing for two months now and each representative refuses to issue refunds until you make the absolute biggest outcry possible. It's tedious, annoying, and just awful business with zero show of empathy for people simply trying to understand what is going on with their appointments or medications THAT WE PAID FOR.
