Sep 23,2023This is the best online mental health company I’ve ever used scratch that is the best mental health clinic. I’ve used online or in person. They are very very quick to answer any questions and to get back with you on any prescription problems. The doctor listens to you and gives you valid Reasons for her decisions and allows for you to communicate your concerns rarely do I find it a company that I can’t say anything negative about and even more rarely is it a company that deals with healthcare if you were debating whether or not this is the company for you then I am for you to give them a try you will not be disappointed

Sep 12,2023Pleasantly surprised. Appointment was easily scheduled and everything went smoothly. Only comment I would have is for the doctors to gain and approach with a more psychiatric and/or psychological perspective rather than focus on just a medical perspective. This is just preference for me though. Overall great experience, medicine has been called in. Now waiting for pharmacy to call and tell me it’s ready. :)

Sep 09,2023I was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised. The doctor was a few minutes late but I didn’t mind as that would happen at an office as well. She didn’t make me feel weird about asking for my medication and was extremely nice and helpful. The whole experience was quick and efficient! Love this so much and will definitely keep using them!

I hung up on customer service after waiting 40 min and nobody answered the phone. Facebook messanger chat eventually answered. MedVidi called and apologized.

Aug 26,2023I’ll admit I was skeptical to try this program, but at some point when you need help you need help. I waited a few minutes for the doctor at our scheduled time, but this would be expected anywhere. She was professional, helpful and caring. She had my medical records and was able to diagnose my condition. I felt the doctor was prepared for the meeting. I had a question prior to the appointment, it was answered; and I found the company easy to reach. Only con is they cannot take insurance, but mine may not have covered anyway. I was given a prescription and was able to pick up the next day without issue, and insurance covered the medicine. I was surprised at how simple this process was and believe it will do wonders to help people who need help, but like me have little time to drive to the doctor’s office and wait. It feels safer to me to be in my home and not in an office when speaking in such an intimate level. I was very please with this service and will continue to use. I recommend this. I am not a bot or employee etc. I am a patient who has needed help for a long time and I finally took the first step, and encourage you to try as well if you believe telehealth is appropriate for you.

Aug 11,2023I started pulling my hair out in my sleep when I was 6 months old and it continued until I discovered the help from EZ Care Clinc. Pulling hair out uncontrollably is an Anxiety disorder known as Trichotillomania which I have done most of my life without being able to stop. I also have Bipolar Disorder. E Z Care Clinic doctors are the first and only doctors that I have seen in many years that treated me to address both my Anxiety & Bipolar Disorder. In my past doctors would only treat one or the other but never both and with ignoring one disorder the other only got worse. When I found EZ Care Clinic the doctors, providers and staff listened to me and all together I received individual care and they are the very first and only doctors to treat me for Anxiety & Bipolar at the same time and I can say that for the first time in my life , at age 53, I no longer pull my hair out while sleeping. Not even one night and I am so thankful forEZ Care Clinic . I would advise anyone with any kind of problem to make a appointment with them because no matter what you are dealing with they can handle it. Don't suffer any longer. Your not crazy. You just need a little help. Call EZ Care Clinic . You will be so grateful you did. Thank you to the doctors, providers and all staff at EZ Care Clinic. You all have changed my life and I could not be happier. You are the Best !!!

I got my meds the day after my appointment and it has improved my life drastically. I have been suffering with unmedicated ADHD for a very long time and wanted to go back to college. Now thanks to these doctors I can!!

Sep 23,2023If I could give 8000 stars, I would!!! I've been seeing Dr. Bradley noon For about 5 months now. since I was in my teens and have Experience severe Anxiety disorder. He Makes sure answer all your questions.He works with you to address your health concerns, rather than just telling you what to do. He wants to make sure you and him are on the same page and comfortable. And he goes out of his way to care for his patients. I also got a follow-up telephone call to make sure that my medication was strictly and right for working For me.
