Apr 20,2023Update. Medvidi reached out and resolved all the issues and was able to have my script filled with promise of resolving these issues moving forward. I have been a patient at MedVidi for almost a year now, and I know how to navigate their systems. With today’s supply chain being an issue and change of pharmacy, a timely matter to ensure your prescription gets filled. I try to stay ahead of things. Thus three days ago, I changed my pharmacy before my appointment today to ensure I would not have to do it after the fact and run the risk of not getting my prescription filled. The Medvidi team confirmed change of pharmacy, but after my appointment was completed, they sent it to the initial pharmacy, which could not fill my prescription. I am now being told that it will take up to 3 to 5 business days in order for the pharmacy change to be completed. By then, I imagine based off my experience, my prescription will not be able to be filled due to low stock. The customer success team does not seem to care, they actually hung up on me once, and pretended to not hear me a second time. Unless they can change this and have my prescription filled today, I will be going elsewhere with my next appointment. I would recommend a provider that you actually have contact you rather than a customer support team based in another country.

Medvidi is discreet, professional, and makes you feel like family instead of being a patient. I suffer from severe Anxiety/PTSD, and I can tell you that the Medvidi staff makes you feel like a first class patient from the start. The doctors are understanding and will put you on the best treatment plan which includes proper medications. Apr 19,2023I’ve struggled with anxiety and panic attacks most of my life , today was my 1st appointment and the doctor she was really nice and made sure I had medication sent to the pharmacy I’m really thankful for my experience with them today , now can’t wait to pick up my babies and eat dinner and watch movies until bedtime feeling truly blessed for the doctor today

At a time when I was experiencing physical and emotional distress, I was met with empathy, kindness, reliability, and efficiency. Dr Perrault was wonderful, so empathic and understanding and knowledgeable. I found the entire experience from first contact to receiving my medication seemless and helpful and as stress free as could be.

Apr 17,2023I originally had difficulty with their customer service, but once I received an updated email address they were extremely prompt in response. Dr. Snead has been very helpful in finding medication that will work for me. I have tried a few other mental health professionals and they have treated me like I was wasn't really having issues. Dr. Snead understood my needs and is very helpful. She even ordered me a blood test due to the high dose of antidepressants the prior provider had me on and found it was causing damage to my kidneys so I switched medications. If not for her concern and ordering the blood test, I could have been in big trouble with my kidneys down the road. The price is a bit expensive, but customer service has been helpful in getting the appropriate documentation to me so I can put it through for reimbursement with my insurance company. Even if I couldn't get reimbursed for expenses, I would still continue using EZCare; not having to wait months to get help - and getting the RIGHT help is so important; there isn't a price you can put on a healthy state of mind.

Apr 16,2023I overall enjoyed my experience with MedVidi. I really needed an immediate appointment, so I tried making one for the same day. They didn’t get a confirmed doctor for that day, so I rescheduled for the next day, still nothing no confirmed appt. I was frustrated and called asking to cancel which prompted them to make me high priority & I was given an confirmed appt for the next day. Other than the appt scheduling issue, my experience with the Dr was great and I will continue my ADHD care with Medvidi.
