Apr 15,2023This is the perfect service for people who struggle with getting to doctor appointments . The appointment was very easy to schedule. I was able to be seen within 24 hours and the clinician was friendly attentive, and knowledgeable about ADD / HD. We were able to discuss a treatment plan, I never felt rushed my physician made me a part of the process and the plan. It’s a little pricey, and they do not file insurance, but it is FSA HSA, applicable plus the added convenience makes the cost worth it to me. I have read some of the negative reviews people have posted about this service. I have in no way experienced anything similar to what those reviews are saying. My review is not fake and is a general and objective review of my experience thus far. I have come to realize the truth typically lies somewhere in the middle. I think it is worth noting that there are shortages of all controlled medication’s in the US currently. Therefore there will be issues with filling medication’s. Also let’s be honest not everyone needs a controlled medication, and these physicians know legitimate behavior. Unfortunately, there will always be people who try to take advantage of the system.

Apr 13,2023I have been seeing a wonderful Doctor that actually cares, and is fully engaged in each session. I feel heard and never judged. He is responsible, and gives me great feedback. I truly feel that my Doctor and the entire staff, are extremely caring, so efficient, and very professional. Overall, I have had nothing but positive experience's with their entire staff.

Apr 08,2023I had to see a new doctor this month because my usual doctor was out on vacation. She was very nice and professional and actually listened to me and my husband's concerns. I would definitely like to see her again (if my doctor's out) and I recommend MedVidi 1000% to anyone who has trouble finding a doctor and don't want to wait forever in a traditional waiting room. Thank you very much, MedVidi! **Heads up Publix Pharmacy gives me no problems on filling my telemed prescriptions.**

Apr 08,2023I’ve struggled w adhd since i was a child. I take amazing care of myself, abd with every effort to live optimally healthy and try to manage it without medication, i was left feeling totally frustrated and feeling like i can’t set goals because i can’t finish anything. I made an in person health appointment with my primary care in the beginning of February. Just yesterday April 6, had an intake appointment for mental health(was first available), and my next appointment (also first available) in June 21! That’s an almost 6 month wait to get something that can help me. So i came home from my appointment and decided to try telehealth. I was able to get an appointment the following morning. I talked to a caring Dr., was given a prescription. That afternoon went to fill it and the pharmacy was out. Within 12 hours, my prescription was moved to another pharmacy that had the meds, and i went to pick them up. I received great customer service via phone & text. I used a coupon code which is easily accessible on google! I recommend!

Jan 02,2023It took 11 days and multiple calls/emails to Medvidi for the prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. And the prescription has no refills, meaning you have to pay for a doctor’s visit every month. $250 for the first visit and $175 for refills - and the medication cost on top of that!! Their advertising says they’re cheaper than an in-person doc appointment but that’s only true for the first month. They really stack up the bills. Avoid this company - way too expensive!!!

Dec 24,2022I got to hand it to them - they are persistent in their ability to help patients. I was super hesitant to do anything online considering roadblocks that may be encountered. Reviews were also questionable. But the doctor was super friendly, professional and continued for MONTHS to try to fix issues I encountered. I certainly got frustrated, but despite the negative press, Medvidi did professionally follow through and I am beyond grateful

Nov 03,2022I've had an overdue prescription for 2+ months, and every time I ask for an update, I'm generically told the support agent has "requested an update from the clinical team who will be in touch soon". Patients have no access to care as MedVidi deliberately screens your questions through a general support team, leaving you with no way to receive support or followthrough on medical questions or needs, which isn't particularly safe to the patient. I was told they were working on sending my prescription months ago, and I've been out of medication as a result (despite my desperate attempts every week to get an update and their consistent promises that the clinical team is "working on it"). I love my doctor, but the disregard for patient safety and continuity of care between appointments is not safe, and the gaslighting from customer service is exhausting.
