Minisforum HX90 bought nearly 2 years ago from Amazon, complete failure occurred unable to recover anything from it... replaced under 24mts warranty (thanks Amazon) never was happy with this PC always had issues with powerbrick having to unplug from wall socket to reconnect. PC would often freeze (control alt delete) to reboot. mouse would often dissappear to edge of screen. some times would work fine for days with no issues, I just put up with it, any way I've spent my refund on a new mini PC and I've stayed away from this Manufacturer...

I made an error purchasing a V3 tablet without the kickstand and keyboard. I reached out to the company and they accommodated my need quickly after just a few emails and assisted me in purchasing the stand and keyboard at a discounted price. Thank you very much! The V3 is a great device for car gaming and Netflix and chill away from home!

Got UM690 more than 1 year ago. First one I got, stopped working within first 2 weeks. No issues with getting my money back. I though, maybe I was unlucky and ordered another one. It is still working (if anyone could describe this sort of performance as working), but crashing repetitively at random actions. After contacting the technical support, I was asked to reinstall drivers. Of course it did not help. I waited some more tried doing it again. It crushes even when playing videos, not to mention trying to play any game (nothing too demanding, all below the hardware specs, max you are getting from this beast is 5 minutes). Overall experience is terrible, inconsistent and frustrating. Best in getting "green screens". So if you like green color, it may be a product for you, but better and cheaper to buy a plant.

Ordered an HX99g device from MINISFORUM over a month ago, and still no delivery. Every time I ask for an update, they give a new, vague excuse with different dates. Communication is inconsistent, and there’s no clear plan for when I'll actually receive my order. Klarna has paused my payments due to the situation, but I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of professionalism. At this point, it feels like they're either completely disorganized or deliberately misleading customers. I cannot recommend purchasing anything from MINISFORUM. Avoid them if you value your time and money.

Over the moon with the Minisforum DEG1 docking station. Setting up was a breeze, fitted the PSU and GPU connected the Oculink to my GPD Win Mini and booted up. The DEG1 came on and the Radeon RX 7800 XT was recognised and up to date drivers installed. There isn’t a massive choice of Oculink connected eGPU docks available but the DEG1 is by far the neatest and best priced one available. I’d been looking at getting an eGPU for my GPD Win Mini which comes with an Oculink port. There are 2 or 3 on the market that come with integrated AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT and therefore non upgradable costing around £650. The other option being Minisforum DEG1 eGPU docking station with a PSU and GPU of your choice. My choice was an MSI A750GL PSU £80 a Sapphire Radeon RX 7800 XT GPU £420 and the Minisforum DEG1 dock £95 total cost £595 so for me it’s a total no brainer.

I enjoy PC gaming, but I'm also a voice actor. I use the same space for both activities, and the same gear. My Gaming PC, though watercooled, was big and loud. I researched my smaller and quieter options, and people kept recommending Minisforum. I found the right one for me - the UM890. I preordered it, and I received it shortly after it went on sale. This tiny PC is a great studio device; editing videos and audio is smooth and effortless. Gaming is even decent on it. I did miss gaming with a high-end video card, though. It seems they thought of that - I just finished setting up the eGPU dock they make, and marrying it with my UM890 Pro and an Nvidia 3070 GPU and external power supply. Now I'm in a better spot than before, and it's all been super easy. This was my experience. I've run this gear hard and it's not had any trouble keeping up. I've not had any crashes or other such worries. I've had some tech questions along the way, and thankfully they run a Discord and I was able to get what I needed. I'd easily recommend Minisforum to anyone looking for a new PC for a reasonable price.

Hab dieses Gerät vor ca. 2Monaten zum Betrieb eines TrueNAS gekauft. Lief bis gestern auch einwandfrei. Dann allerdings "starb" die Kiste mitten während eines Copy. Netzteil liefert aber 12V DC, also wohl Fehler auf der Platine. Support von Minis Forum verweigert kostenlosen Umtausch (Gerät wäre nicht mehr auf Lager) und bietet mir gegen Aufpreis ein UN100P an (deutlich schlechtere tech. Specs). Offenbar ignoriert Minis Forum hier jegliches deutsches und EU Recht bzgl. Gewährleistung. Update: Nach Wochen, und nur wegen schlechter Bewertungen hier und bei TrustPilot wurde ich nochmals kontaktiert. Dieses Mal wurde mir ein leistungsstärkeres Gerät (UM773 Barebone) für einen akzeptablen Aufpreis angeboten. Leider wäre dies aber gerade in Europa nicht verfügbar. Ganz wichtig war der Mitarbeiterin aber, daß ich meine Bewertung schonmal ändern sollte. Nach mehrmaligem Nachhaken in den vergangenen 6 Wochen noch immer keine Info wann der Umtausch möglich ist (das o.g. System ist übrigens seit 2-3 Wochen bei AMAZON und im europ. Minis Forum Online-Shop verfügbar). Zeigt also erneut, den völlig unzureichenden Service und die fehlende Kundenorientierung! Update2: Nach über 3! Monaten, zahlreichen Mails und mehreren schlechten Bewertungen ist nun endlich ein Ersatz (UM450) eingetroffen. Fazit: Künftig werde ich 3x schauen, ob ich ein Gerät kaufe, wo der Händler bei AMAZON eine nicht-EU (in diesem Fall Hong Kong) angibt. Dann lieber 'n paar Euro mehr und dafür ne deutlich besser greifbar

Mein im Mai bestellter Elitemini UM780 XTX war nach wenigen Tagen nicht mehr gebooted. Der Support war nicht sehr hilfreich, es kam sowas zurück wie "oh, kann sein, weil wir potentiell auf ein Windows update nicht vorbereitet waren. Einfahc mal alle Treiber zurücksetzen." Er bootete mal, mal nicht, jedenfalls konnte ich so nicht arbeiten und wollte das offenbar defekte Gerät retournieren. Es folgte ein wochenlanger EMail Austausch, wo mir ein Upgrade auf ein anderes Gerät angeboten wurden, wenn ich die Differenz überweise. Ich wollte allerdings nur das defekte Gerät zurückscicken und mein Geld wiederhaben. Nach weiteren EMails bekam ich die Info über eine deutsche Adresse, an die ich mein defektes Gerät auf eigene Kosten versenden konnte. Das Haus ist offensichtlich ein ganz normales Wohnhaus. Der Empfang der Retoure wurde bestätigt und es folgten weitere Wochen in denen sich einfach niemand mehr meldete, wann und wie ich nun das Geld wiederbekomme. Irgendwann im September hat das dann geklappt. Nochmal zur Erinnerung. Gestartet hatte die Reise im Mai! 4 Monate für eine simple Retoure

Thank you, Molly and the Minisforum Team! I recently purchased the UM790 Pro and couldn't be happier with its performance—it's a quite powerful computer, and I'm thrilled to be using it. After a few months, I encountered some stability issues. Minisforum's support and warranty service were exceptional; they promptly replaced the unit without any hassle. The team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, and they even provided a replacement from a more recent production run with slight design improvements. Minisforum truly had my back. I highly recommend Minisforum and their computers!

I have been waiting a month and a half for a PC that was promised 7 working days after payment cleared, according to website. Ordered on 8/22, I asked for information on 9/9 and was told just 7 more working days. 10 days later on 9/20, I emailed again and asked what's the hold-up, was told it will be shipped before October. I reached out again on the October 2nd to request a refund and they're closed for holiday until the 8th. All communications were initiated by me... nothing pro-active in the entire process... except taking my money.

There are three things that make 5 star rating: 1. Purchase experience - perfect!!! 2. UM790 pro - overall quality and performance!!! 3. Service - perfect!!! After almost one year vent start to make noise, MINISFORUM asked just for build issues and without further discussion exchanged vent. My wish is to have such service everywhere

I used minisforum v3 for several months, and after that, its keyboard broke. So, I contacted minisforum customer service and got a keyboard replacement. They were kind and respectful of my requests related to this replacement. (They also said run out of glass screen protectors. Instead of a screen protector warranty, they refund me $15) Also, just remember they are in Hong Kong, and every delivery from them should take quite a long time.

サイトにはWindows11がHomeなのかProなのか明記がなかったのでチャットで問い合わせたところ、概ねはProだが対象型式を教えて下さいとのことで、型式を伝えるとProであるとの回答を得ることが出来ました。

数日前にPC画面の右下に「Windowsのライセンス認証・・・」の淡い文字が表示されているのに気付いた。 その前に古いMicrosofft Officeをインストールしようとして失敗したのが原因と思われた。 ネットで調べたら、PCのプロダクトキーを再入力したら良いことが分かった。PCのケースや梱包されていた箱などを調べたが、プロダクトキーは何処にも書いてなかった。 そこで、minisforumにメールを出して、プロダクトキーを教えてくれるように要望した。 最初の返答は 「設定」→「システム」→「ライセンス認証」を開き、Windows システムがライセンス認証されているかどうかを確認してください。 というもので、すでに何回も確認していた事だ。ライセンス認証されていないからメールしたのだ。 再度、メールでプロダクトキーを教えてくれるように頼んだところ、あっさり教えてくれた。 本来、プロダクトキーはPC本体に貼り付けてあるものだが、最近はそうでもない物がある。中華製のPCに多い印象だ。OSを含めて購入しているのだから、プロダクトキーはPCのケースに貼り付けておいて欲しい。

Ordered a DEG1 which was not recognized by my device. Support send out a working adapter for free. Best customer service experience ever!

We ordered 39 computers including 15 UM790 Pro and 24 UM690. When we had an issue with a couple of them and were able to return and get replacements without the issue. The new computers have worked flawlessly.
