Ho acquistato un mini PC (MS-01 12900H) da Amazon che ho dovuto restituire in quanto non si accendeva. Reduce da esperienze positive precedenti ho successivamente ordinato il modello superiore (MS-01 13900H) che ha funzionato correttamente per circa 2 settimane, giusto il tempo di terminare il periodo di restituzione Amazon :( Ho contattato il Supporto/Assistenza/Store per avere una soluzione (RMA o riparazione dell'unità nuova di pacca) ed ho fornito tutti i dettagli su alimentatore ed altre verifiche tecniche che potevo fare. Nessuna risposta a parte l'informazione sulla chiusura del capodanno cinese. Sono più di 10gg che sollecito per avere una sostituzione ma senza successo. Trovo il comportamento poco serio e professionale per un dispositivo che costa 754€. Non ho intenzione di perdere questi soldi! ** Update 02/14/2025 ** Dopo numerosi solleciti, e qualche recensione negativa, sono stato contattato dal Supporto per ulteriori informazioni ed ho ottenuto la possibilità di sostituire il dispositivo. L'unità deve essere spedita ad un magazzino in Germania e dopo le opportune verifiche verrà sostituita con una nuova. Ho scoperto che complice del ritardo è il Capodanno Cinese che ha comportato una chiusura per ferie di 10gg. Per ora aggiungo 2 stelle, sarà mia cura aggiornare la recensione non appena si conclude il processo di RMA. ** Update 11/03/2025 ** Dopo svariate settimane e diversi solleciti ho ricevuto tutta l'assistenza necessaria. Ho rispedito l'unità difettosa in un magazzino in Germania ed ottenuto dopo circa una settimana un nuovo esemplare che sembra perfettamente funzionante (speriamo nella durata). Sicuramente non è stata una gestione esemplare di un RMA in garanzia .... continuo comunque ad essere convinto della bontà e qualità dei MiniPC di questo Vendor.

Bought a cpu motherboard combo (7945x).After countless emails They don't have in stock and won't ship it until March or April. They have not given me an exact date. I told them I could not wait. I ask for a refund and they are stalling for time. Scammers they are selling what they don't have. Unethical scumbags. Now I have to file for a chargeback to get my money back. Stay away from minisforum and anything they make. If their shipping time is this bad imagine what the quality of their products is !!! You can't sell what you don't have and pretend your customers aren't going to notice when you take forever to respond and ship it. minisforum replied to my feedback. They should have instead said we will refund immediately since we lied to you about the shipping timeframe.
assistenza inesistente. Ho acquistato un pc minisforum su Amazon che presenta problemi, molto spesso non si accende, lo fa solo dopo aver staccato la corrente si riavvia 3 volte. Ho contattato l'assistenza tecnica che dopo alcune email e prove da fare non ha più risposto per avviare una pratica di riparazione o sostituzione. L'unica cosa che posso fare è rimandarlo indietro ad Amazon e meno male che esiste Amazon
Forget this company. If you order directly from their store they just constantly make up excuses of why the product hasn't shipped.
I purchased a UN1265 in August 2023 and it worked fine. After a few months it failed to boot easily and on Minisforum’s advice I replaced the BIOS battery and again it worked okay but didn’t like being left with the power supply connected when not in use as this caused it to fail to boot sometimes. At the end of last year again it failed to boot easily so again I replaced the BIOS battery and at the same time contacted Minisforum as there is obviously a fault with the PC. Minisforum asked me to return the PC to a UK address for repair/replacement and this was delivered to their address on 30 December 2024 and since then despite chasing I have had nothing back from Minisforum. I have now been without this PC since December 2024 and as a consequence have had to purchased a PC from a more reputable manufacturer and at present I have lost the value of the original purchase. My advice is do not purchase from this company as the product is unreliable and customer service is very poor.
I ordered a UM790 Pro 64g 1tb from the Minisforum store in France on the 21st of January, and have heard nothing since the confirmation that the order had been placed and the payment leaving our account a few days later. despite three e-mails i have had no reply from this company. i bought direct as i preferred to do this rather then use Amazon, who would have delivered in a day. i have no idea if i have been scammed or what is happening. with the pressure from Amazon etc. on the high street and other direct sellers Minisforum really needs to up there game. i much regret this purchase and will never deal with this company despite the good reviews they get in the press.
Ordered a refurbished unit, 3 weeks ago, but they don't ship the item. No email reply either. I'm having a horrible experience with this company.
Commande passée par le site officiel minisforumpc.fr. 24 jours pour être livré dont 21jours pour que ma commande soit traitée par les équipes de minisforum. Je commande, je paie ..... et puis plus rien. Ma commande reste en non traitée pendant une semaine, j'envoie un message au support, je n'obtient pas de réponse. J'envoie un autre mail de relance plusieurs jours après plus un message par chat, je n'obtiens pas de réponse. Je regarde déjà pour bloquer mon paiement un peu en panique ... Après deux semaines j'ai enfin un message me disant que le personnel est en vacances. J'allucine juste ! Vous êtes sérieux les gars ?? Je mets 1 étoile pour le support qui est très mauvais et pas sérieux du tout, je mets le max d'étoiles pour le produit qui est très bien. J'espère ne pas avoir à faire au support si un jour mon produit tombe en panne car je sais déjà que ça va être une galère.
J'ai commandé un UM480 en soldes sur le site français de Minisforum le 10 janvier (nous sommes le 27), depuis plus rien, aucun avis d'expédition, le support me donne des dates de livraison approximatives qui n'ont pas été respectées et quand je demande l'annulation de la commande pour ces raisons c'est silence radio Edit le 28/01 : En écrivant au support du site international on me réponse par message automatique qu'ils seront tous en vacances jusqu'au 5 février et qu'aucune réponse ni envoi ne pourront être effectués d'ici là. En somme, je ne sais las pour le site international, mais je déconseille fortement à quiconque d'acheter sur leur site français. Edit : j'ai finalement été remboursé autour du 15 février, je rajoute donc une étoile car ce n'est pas une "arnaque" mais pas plus, d'abord pour les incidents précédents mais surtout pour les tentatives du service client qui essaient de conditionner le remboursement à une modification de mon avis trustpilot Edit le 15/04/2025 : j'ai acheté un autre de leurs PC sur Amazon. Il est vraiment bien, si ça ne tenait qu'à cette expérience j'aurais mis cinq étoiles. Donc en somme : bons produits, service client aux pratiques limites. Si vous voulez acheter leurs produits je vous déconseille d'utiliser leur site
Aucun contact possible avec le site français, aucune réponse aux e-mails, au "live chat" Commande il y a presque 1 mois en statut "non traité"... Les produits ont l'air bien mais le suivi est désastreux ! UPDATE: finalement une réponse, après plusieurs semaines, du site qui me donne un numéro de tracking, j'attends néanmoins de recevoir le colis avant un avis définitif... UPDATE2: machine enfin reçue ! ...1 semaine pour venir d'Allemagne... Dommage que Minisforum ne met pas la même energie pour assurer le service que que pour vous harceler (presque tous les jours) pour supprimer votre commentaire sur Trustpilot ! Ils ont vraiment un mode de fonctionnement étrange.
I am very thankful for excellent customer service from Minisforum support team, I order my Minisforum V3 25/7 2024. And have use it every single day and have worked very well very bulletproof, I really appreciate the customer service I emailed them and with no fuss any problem they send me a new charger free of charge because my Minisforum V3 charger went bad smell pretty bad it smoked and sparked from it. I purchased one of these "phenomenal mini PCs" to give it a try 18 days before Christmas. According to the company's website, new units were supposed to be ready by December 6th, so I placed my order. However, after December 6th came and went, I received no notification that my order had shipped. Concerned, I reached out to customer support to find out what was happening. They informed me that the product was out of stock and my order would be ready by the end of December. Although it was Christmas and delays seemed somewhat understandable, I decided to trust them. Unfortunately, things only got worse. Over the following weeks, I contacted them more than four times to ask about my order. Each time, customer support gave me the same response: the product was still out of stock, with delivery dates constantly being pushed back—eventually to the end of February. Frustrated, I requested a refund. It took three additional emails before they finally issued it. In conclusion, because there is no accountability for the promises they make, this company seems to do whatever they please, leaving customers feeling disrespected. If you want one of these “amazing products,” I strongly suggest buying it elsewhere!
Super Sondermüll aus China, schon das 3x bestellt und jedes mal LAN Ports und USB Ports defekt nach ca 6 Monaten. Firma ist absolut nicht Hilfreich.
J'ai acheté un Mini PC um760, Ryzen 7640hs/16go/1To. Le produit est génial, performant et silencieux. La finition est excellente . Je recommande vraiment le produit. Le prix est imbattable, je n'ai pas trouvé moins cher et la livraison était gratuite. J'ai pu échanger avec le service client par tchat pour connaître les délais de livraison. Faut juste être patient. J'ai été livré sous deux-trois semaines.
Leider wurde mir erst auf Nachfrage bei meiner Bestellung gesagt, dass der Artikel nicht im regionalen Lager ist und über 4 Wochen Lieferzeit hat. Diese Information war nirgends auf der Website angegeben. Der Kundenservice war jedoch sehr hilfreich und wir konnten auf ein lieferbares Modell wechseln. Lieferung war dann sehr schnell und alles i.o. Ich würde mir lediglich mehr Transparenz bezüglich der Lieferzeit und Vorrätigkeit wünschen.

UPDATE March 2025. I spoke with customer services and they agreed to a refund which I received today. Customer services were friendly and helpful to arrange this. Although I was disappointed with the unit, I am happy with the response. Bought a UM790 Pro in Dec 23. Unit didn't arrive til end of Jan 24. Set it all up but then found it couldn't play video or content from FB without screen going blank. Same with teams, Google meet, zoom, graphics can't handle the camera and it keeps going blank. Have have several prolonged and lengthy discussions with minisforum and AMD support who do the on board GPU. The only resolutions out there seems to be swap out the RAM as it's overheating. No drivers work, re install doesn't help. Applying drivers doesn't fix. Terrible support, would not recommend and would never buy again.
I purchased the Mini PC UM790 Pro from Amazon.com in late 2023, and it was delivered to Canada. Unfortunately, my experience with this product and Minisforum’s customer support has been far from satisfactory. From day one, the fan of the mini PC was exceptionally noisy, occasionally making grinding sounds. Despite the noise, I continued using the device, only for the fan to completely fail a year later. Given that the product is advertised with a 2-year manufacturer warranty, I reached out to Minisforum’s customer support for assistance. Initially, they offered to send a replacement fan, but once I provided my Canadian address, they refused, stating they could only ship the part to the USA. This response is baffling for several reasons: - The Mini PC was originally shipped to Canada without any issues. - Their terms and conditions do not specify that the warranty is limited to the USA. - Minisforum is a Hong Kong-based company selling their products globally, so it’s unclear why shipping to Canada is suddenly problematic. Adding to the frustration, the fan is a unique component that cannot be sourced elsewhere. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Minisforum has been unresponsive for over a month, leaving me without any viable options to obtain the replacement part, even outside the warranty program. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential buyers considering Minisforum products.
