Have already bought 2 products from their EU website - an excellent UM780 XTX and their DEG1 egpu which had a minor issue and they kindly replaced with a new one after a brief email exchange. So, price performance ratio 💯, very happy with their support as well.

Ich habe im Mai 2024 einen Minisforum UN100D Mini-PC gekauft (+ 2 Monatiger Lieferzeit). Nach etwa 4 Monaten Nutzung trat ein technischer Defekt auf - das Gerät ließ sich nicht mehr einschalten. Was dann folgte, war äußerst problematisch: Das Unternehmen verweigerte die gesetzlich vorgeschriebene vollständige Kaufpreisrückerstattung (laut Ihrer aussage ist ein Austausch nicht möglich da nicht mehr Lieferbar deswegen die Rückerstattung) Sie versuchen, unrechtmäßig 10% "Wertminderung" abzuziehen Die Erstattung der Rücksendekosten wurde verweigert Sie ignorierten die in Deutschland geltenden Gewährleistungsrechte Trotz Hinweis auf die eindeutige Rechtslage (§ 439 BGB, EuGH-Urteil zur Wertminderung) beharrte das Unternehmen auf seinen kundenunfreundlichen und rechtswidrigen Praktiken. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mag auf den ersten Blick attraktiv erscheinen, aber im Gewährleistungsfall zeigt sich das wahre Gesicht. Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier zu kaufen. Es gibt seriösere Alternativen mit ordentlichem Kundenservice, die sich an deutsches Recht halten.

Placed an order 1000$++ the website says shipped in 5-7 days. 20 days later still nothing, not even prepared for shipment! Now I have to fight for my money back even if they never shipped anything!

Quasi un moi et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande alors qu'il annonçait un envoie à la mi Novembre. J'ai commandé mon ordi le 10 Novembre , j'ai relancé deux fois sur le chat de MinisForum qui me répondait que la commande arriverait fin du moi de Novembre. Si j'avais su je n'aurais commandé chez MinisForum. Aujourd'hui je suis vraiment embêté car c'était censé être un remplacement d'urgence de mon ordi qui est mon outil de travail, ce qui implique que j'ai pris énormément de retard.

Minisforum support helped me solve 2 technical issues I was having with my particular configuration for the AtomMan X7 ti. Email support was clear, concise, and knowledgeable. I will use this brand again.

I bought Ryzen AI370 mini PC from Minisforum.com. Their product is great and productivity. I actually thought that their product is cheap and low grade, but it's wrong. The PC is very fast and high grade. Additionary, When I ask for a receipt, they responded very quickly, and polite.

Kurz uns knapp, bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem UM890PRO Barebone und dem DEG1. Der Mini-Pc ist sehr leise und läuft sehr gut. Hatte am Anfang technische Probleme und der Support ist einfach eine Klasse für sich, würde noch mehr Sterne geben wenn es ginge.

Had the controller card go out. Did the troubleshooting steps including windows repair (failed) and restore from bootable USB. After explaining all of my troubleshooting steps, I contacted support which asked me several questions, all of which I was able to satisfy. I was issued an RMA to have my PC repaired. After receiving it, they replaced it with a brand new unit. A took a couple of weeks to get the new PC, but it's wonderful. I'm grateful they covered the replacement under warranty and am very happy with the new machine!

Products are great. Any reviews online will confirm. Reliable, powerful and easy to setup. Where I was very surprised was their customer service. I have interacted with them multiple times and they always answer back in less than 6 hours. This is pretty amazing !

I had ordered two um780 XTX, and for one I forgot to select the correct region so I received the wrong power adapter. I contacted Minisforum customer support and within a day they responded and sent me a power adapter for my region and received it in a matter of weeks. It was a pretty straightforward experience.

I recently faced a noise issue with the SSD fan of my Mercury EM780, and I reached out to Minisforum for a replacement. From start to finish, their support team, especially Molly, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a minor hiccup initially as the wrong fan was sent, but upon pointing it out, they quickly rectified the issue. Despite the small delay, the replacement SSD fan arrived promptly and worked perfectly, completely resolving the noise problem. I deeply appreciate their commitment to resolving the issue and their clear and frequent communication throughout the process. Awesome machine, Great support! My TL50 that I purchased in 2022 has been working great, very fast. I recently had an issue with going to black screen and having to restart. I contacted support and received assistance from Molly right away. all correspondence has been prompt with clear instructions on how to proceed. They are replacing my unit. They have continued to communicate promptly every step of the process. I am very satisfied with the product and support from Minisforum.

I ordered my original V3 several months ago and absolutely loved the device. It is sleek, probably the most powerful x86 tablet on the market, and works like a charm (though I do wish it had a few more ports: oculink, hdmi, etc; but this isn't a big issue). I had to RMA my device recently due to a hardware issue causing lines across the screen. Luckily, the process was very smooth and after sending out my old device my new one arrived fairly soon afterward. Many thanks to the Minisforum team! I hope to see similar devices in the near and far future. To the Minisforum team: Here are some minor things I hope you take into account should your team make another tablet in the future: 1. A tablet like this could really use an OCuLink port for tasks that would benefit from an eGPU. 2. The edges of the keyboard and stand should probably be rounded off. The current thin edge tends to dig into one's legs if resting the tablet on your lap. 3. Though the front camera isn't terrible, I am confident a better alternative could be found. 4. I tend to use the tablet for taking notes and while doing so the stand blocks off the air intake which can sometimes cause the device to become quite warm (though not hot) to the touch. I am honestly unsure of how else it could be designed (maybe make one of the top air vents an intake instead of an output?), but if possible it would be great if this could be mitigated.

***Refund issued 20 days after initial contact*** I can not and will not recommend this company to anyone looking for a mini PC. Within a couple hours of opening my Mini PC and setting it up I decided that it did not meet my expectations and I initiated a return request. Per their website you have "7 Day return with a refund for any reason but the customer is responsible for return shipping". Upon receiving their email in regards to my return request they stated " I need to charge a 10% depreciation charge". Nowhere on their website is there a depreciation fee mentioned. This product was opened and then reboxed for return within hours and in the same condition it was received. If the 10% fee was listed on the website I would not be writing this negative review. I will not pay a 10% fee, I will pay the return shipping as their policy states.
