Unfortunately, the DHL delivery couldn't deliver my package at my shipment address, because their status update notification didn't work and I missed the parcel by just half an hour. They left my place without handing out the parcel or leaving a note behind. I strongly assume that the driver didn't event try to deliver the parcel at my place... Such a terrible delivery service. I immediately contacted the Minisforum support, since DHL is returning the parcel back to the shipper and refusing to return it to my place. I haven't heard any words from Minisforum support yet. Not even an automatic support ticket, stating that they're handling my case. It's a bad sign and a terrible experience for all customers, since Minisforum depends on a unreliable delivery partner. I regret buying their V3 3-in-1 tablet from their store **a month ago**, ordered on 16.12.2024! I should've gone with Microsoft Surface or somenthing else... --- **Update 28.01.2025:** Still waiting for a delivery or refund!! Customer service only stalls the refund process. **Update 10.02.2025:** Customer support is writing me "templated" replies back, with no refund possibilities. No DHL delivery status updates whatsoever. Still waiting for the delivery.... **Update 13.02.2025:** I demanded the cancellation of my order and a full refund of payment. They stall and avoid the refund!!!! IT'S UNBELIEVABLE!! I've ordered the product on 16.12.2024 and still waiting for the resolution of this issue!! According to the EU law, a company has the obligation to fully refund, if the delivery has not been successful within 30 days of ordering it.

I had a very bad experience so far with my order from store.minisforum.com Here's my confirmation order received on DEC 27th. When I ordered this computer it said it was on stock, I have been waiting for delivery until today january 14th (19 days!) I contacted your support line and now they told me that is out of stock, that doesn't make sense, again check my order date. I need this computer for work and I need it asap. I have been patient with your company,  but now it's just insulting to wait more.  My order was accepted 19 days ago and it's still unfulfilled. I will wait for your solution as soon as possible., or I will contact the better business bureau and everyone I can to show them how irresponsible and unprofessional your company is. I expect a call from a supervisor or someone that can give ma a solution.  and no more excuses. my order number is (MS50925) Jaime Alarcon

Aucun suivi de commande, une fois qu'on a payé. Ils annoncent 2 à 3 jours en livraison et on se retrouve à plus de 40 jours, sans aucune informations de leur part. Il faut attendre des heures via un chat pour avoir une réponse "merci de patienter". Aucun numéro de suivi, aucune information d'expédition, ni rien.

I have bought a couple of their products (UM780 XTX and their Portable Monitor MSS-A156). Really happy with them, until I noticed multiple leds in the monitor stopped working. I contacted Minisforum and their response was always no more than 24 hrs. You just have to have patience, I live in Australia and they initially told me to send back the monitor to Canada and I needed to pay for the postage, I asked if there were an Australian Warehouse and they provided me with an address. From there, the process run smoothly, they received the monitor and provided a refund of the product (they gave me the option for a replacement). I will definitely buy more products from them, I am waiting (hopefully) for a new version of their tablet as my next laptop.

I have Mixed feelings about my experience with Minisforum. While the pc’s are supposed to be great, the website could be better at showing information about shipping times. I ordered a pc from them that was clearly labeled as being in a European warehouse. The estimated delivery time was around a week. After several days and no replies from the support team, I get an email saying the computer has to be ordered from the Chinese warehouse first and will take at least 2 weeks to arrive. Problem is: I needed it pretty urgently for work. After several emails I got replies and a full refund. So there was a happy end at least. My tip: if you want to make sure you get your pc quickly, order it from Amazon. If you want to get a good deal and don’t care about long delivery, order it from the Minisforum website.

NAB6 Lite  12/26にPCが到着して、使用してきましたが今日までに3回ほど突然電源が落ちてしまう事象が発生していたので、サポートに問い合わせをしました。必要であれば交換もと思っていたのですが、すぐに返信メールが届き、いくつかテストすべき点についてアドバイスをもらいました。ただ、そのアドバイスはまだ試しておらず、電源をモニターからUSB-Cで供給していたのですが、それを電源アダプターに変えたところ、今のところ正常動作しています。電源アダプターを接続しても電源が落ちるようなら、テストの内容を試してみます。いずれにせよ、サポートがしっかりしてると思いました。今後も安心して利用できるかと思います。

Minisforum me ha demostrado que tiene productos de alta calidad a buenos precios. Además, he tenido un problema con el WIndows tras una actualización, y me han ayudado con su soporte para resolverlo rápidamente.

I've bought 4 minisforum PCs over the last few years and have overall been very happy with them. The products are generally very capable and a great bang for your buck. I've also had to work with minisforum customer service on multiple occasions. Once when a product was DOA and another time when a product died only a few days before the 24month warranty was up. Each time they provided a few troubleshooting steps and when they didn't work offered a replacement with no further questions. Since I am in the US and they are based in Hong Kong there was some time delay between communications and an understandable amount of shipping time, this all made sense to me. Overall, I think this company provides good products at very good prices along with very good customer service. I plan to continue buying from them going forward.

Très bonne expérience avec Minisforum, service client très réactif, réponse rapide par mail. Suite à mon absence l’équipe de Minisforum à su trouver une solution afin de garder ma commande jusqu’à mon retour. j’attends désormais ma commande sereinement. Les temps de livraison peuvent paraitre long mais rien d'effroyable dans ce monde où on veut tout tout de suite

I purchased my mini PC about two years ago. It has been working perfectly... but the bottom fan started making some noises. I reached out to support and they sent a whole new fan + heatsink at no charge at all. Absolute pleasure from the very beginning... they would answer all my questions and concerns. 100% would do business again. Thank you

Habe einen Mini pc bestellt und extra vorher im FAQ nachgelesen das es ein Lager in Deutschland gibt. Nach der Bestellung kam eine Woche nichts, (Ende November 2024) auf Nachfrage hin wurde mir gesagt das noch auf die Ware gewartet wird, diese müsste Mitte Januar bei ihnen eingehen und würde dann zu mir nach Deutschland geschickt werden: Das G7 Ti 32GB+1TB wird voraussichtlich im Januar von Hongkong an das deutsche Lager versandt. Der Transport dauert etwa 18 bis 23 Tage. Nachdem das Gerät im deutschen Lager eingetroffen ist, werden wir den Versand veranlassen und die Sendungsverfolgungsnummer aktualisieren für dich. Da mir das beim bestell Vorgang nicht angezeigt wurde und ich das nicht wusste wollte ich von meiner Bestellung zurück treten. Bisher ist meiner Ansicht nach keine Leistung erbracht worden, dennoch musste ich fast 40 Euro für den „Verwaltungsaufwand“ zahlen; auf Nachfrage hin wurde mir nicht klar beantwortet warum das berechnet wird. Wurde aber schön mit Klarna eingezogen. Kann nur davon abraten, war alles sehr undurchsichtig und mag mir gar nicht vorstellen Wielange die Wege bei etwaigen retouren dauern (und wer den Versand nach China zahlt). Extrem unzufrieden. Ich habe den pc auch direkt auf dieser Seite hier bestellt und nicht über Amazon (es wurde gesagt man müsse Kosten erheben da man mit einer drittplattform zusammen arbeitet). Nie wieder.

Though I had some technical issues with my most recent issues with my purchase of an AtonMan X7 Ti, Minisforum staff diligently worked with me to resolve my issues to a satisfactory conclusion. I’ve used Minisforum products for years and enjoy their designs and feature sets.

The quality of Minisforum products appears to be absolutely awful i bought a MS-A1 from the company and had to keep contacting them to get a solution only to be constantly asked to provide photos of what i had already provided photos of so i ended up returning it for a refund luckily i got the refund eventually but i went through hell to get it the customer service is absolutely horrible i had to threaten to make a public scene to get the refund avoid minisforum like the plague

Commande en date du 22 Novembre 2024 A ce jour dans le flou Total Aucune réponse claire Service client en réponse bot automatique depuis l'Asie Un coup en entrepôt en Allemagne expédié dans la semaine Le lendemain le colis est au départ de Hong Kong Puis délais de 15 jours pour finalement rien Toujours selon le service client Frais de transaction suite à un paiement vers l'étranger, pourtant sur un site .fr Possible frais de douane et de TVA Commande passée avec un délais d'expédition de 5-7 jours Et un mois après toujours pas de nouvelles Aucun moyen de contacter quelqu'un de compétent Aucunes réponses claires et précises Service client incompétent Commande en situation inconnue depuis un mois À fuir

I had a very bad experience with my order from store.minisforum.com, and I’m sharing it to help others make an informed decision. 1. Presale Items Not Clearly Marked: Some items are presale, but the website doesn’t mention this upfront. I only found out after making the payment and sending multiple emails. When I asked for clarification, they insisted I shouldn’t cancel the order and instead wait an unspecified amount of time. 2. Poor Customer Support: They don’t have a chat agent or phone support. The only way to contact them is via email, and it feels like you need to be extremely lucky to get a reply. There is a Skype number listed on their website, but getting a response there is also unlikely. 3. Misleading Shipping Information: Their website claims shipping takes 3–5 days, but this doesn’t apply to presale items. I was misled into ordering a UM890 Pro (64GB/2TB), thinking it would ship promptly. After weeks of emails and an exhausting back-and-forth, I managed to get a refund, one month later. This delay caused me to miss out on buying another computer on time, which led to a significant missed opportunity. All because I trusted their website. 😔 I will never order from them again and strongly advise caution if you’re considering it. Be prepared for delays and frustration—especially if you’re not an exceptionally patient person.

commande non traitée sur minisforumpc.fr après 2 semaines. il ne s'agit pas d'une préco. màj: -lors de ma demande de remboursement, il m'a été dit que le produit que j'ai commandé n'est pas disponible pour le moment. Pourtant toujours affiché normalement sur le site. -Il m'a été proposé une alternative sur un produit disponible dans le même ordre de prix. Ayant l'intuition que je pourrait toujours courir pour mon remboursement, j'ai accepté mais en devant ajouter 80e de différence par rapport à ma commande initiale. Mon mini pc complet de base se transformant en Barebone qu'il faudra que je complète de mon côté quand j'aurai davantage de moyen. -Le traitement de la nouvelle commande s'est déroulée sans accroc, même au niveau de la livraison. Mais bon, du coup au lieu d'un pc, j'ai un presse-papier qui va me coûter une blinde. J'avais pris soin de commander un produit affiché comme étant disponible. Il ne s'agissait pas pour moi d'avoir le produit dans la minute (remplacement d'un vieux pc jamais upgradé), mais il y a une différence entre un produit affiché dispo, et une méthode de remplissement de carnet de commande douteuse.
