I've purchased a minisforum v3 tablet with the v pen. I've just recived the parcel The package arrived with signs of being opened, not by the delivery company but from source. The v pen was missing, and the tablet package was with sings of being opened and manipulated. I just wrote an e-mail to the company, if they reply and clear this Up I Will update this review with the Next part of the history Update 22/08 The company contact me via e-mail. They state that the missing v pen it's because their out of stock and they will send It as soon as possible (i reply that they Will have supposed to say it when you purchase and/or when the package is sent, not when the costumer recieved the package and realise it's missing) They also claim that the DHL service should be responsible for the package being opened... Yesterday DHL claims that they recieved like that, so there is a dispute now between the two companys The say they regret the troubles, and feel very sorry for the inconvenients and offer me a deal: Keep the tablet (the one delivered opened) after reviewing It and assure that it's ok, and they Will compensate me. Or return It without any cost and recieve a new one. I reply them and told them that I Will choose the second option. I have paid for a new tablet, and any other deal Will leave me unsatisfied. So... For the quick response i Will change de original 2 star review for a 3 star. I Will update this as soon as the things get better (or worse) Update 02/09 As I comment I returned the package. They have It sin the past 28/08 (it's been 6 calendar days and 4 work days). They are "in the process of reconciling the return with the warehouse " Buy i haven't recieved any update about It. Neither they pay me the mail fee about returned items. They blame the missing Pen y another company that handle the mail system and the manipulated package on DHL (seems they doesn't seem that all mail keep saying "minisforum" In them) Rigth now I Will lower the score again. I Will keep updating Update 11/09 It has been 9 days since they contact me and give me another tracking number for the new parcel. The package has been moved to many places in Spain because:... The company put the WRONG POSTAL Code on It. I've found out after a looooooong call with DHL (blame them too and a complain has been suited) Soooo another "mistake" for the list of the minisforum company Update 12/09 After two long calls with DHL I get to change the Zip Code and the package was delivered today. This time all well packed and sealed properly. Now I have to wait for the Pen (that Will be send in another time, when they have one) and wait for the money from the returning package (the sending fee) Even if the product blow my mind the 1 star Will not change. Apparently for this company an average person doesn't worth the "good treatment". In all the mails back and forth they allways blame other people and limited themselves to "feel sorry". If you planned to purchase something think It twice... NO PRODUCT WORTH THIS AMOUNT OF TROUBLE.

Great company, the support team was very helpful with any issues I faced. Although my purchase wasn’t 100% satisfactory, I’d purchase from them again in the future :)

I have purchased Atomman G7 PT mini PC. Unfortunately, the system is not able to boot up due to one of the memories generated error based on the memtest86 test. The memory is from Crucial and M.2 is from Kingston, good brand. The memory issue is due to the vendor - Crucial product, not Minisforum problem. Minisforum provided me the instruction to test the PC and identified the problem. They have official video in the youtube to replace the memory and it is very simple to do it. Minisforum provide the reimburse for the memory, the service is trust and reliable.

I'm always a bit causes when purchasing from overseas companies, however Minisforum has so far proven themselves to be a trustworthy company, They are very quick to ship when purchasing from their online store, and they are double boxed and packaged very well. They also replaced my original BD790i (Ryzen 7945HX board) that had a small issue without question, The reason for 4 stars is due to the time it took to get the replacement, from my experience in Canada you can expect 3-4 weeks between sending a defective product in to receiving a replacement if you live in Ontario. So far I own 2 of the BD790i boards and they work amazing, the bios is a little bare but it has all the necessary features you might need including pcie bifurcation and virtualization support. Ill definitely be purchasing again, especially if they release a MS-01like product with a ryzen cpu and still maintain the dual sfp+ ports and internal drive/pcie support as many of us run software that doesn't support intel's big little core architecture yet.

Avoid this company, the PC i ordered was dead on arrival. Contacted them and i sent it back not heard anything since. This was nearly 6 weeks ago! I'm having to go through my bank to get the refund.

My UM690 suddenly stopped working and Minisforum support team was quick in their responses and identified that the motherboard was short-circuited. The team advised me to ship the unit to their Canadian warehouse which saved a lot of time and money. Minisforum sent out a free new replacement unit UM690S with better cooling system and upgrades in ram and storage within 2 weeks of receipt of my old unit at their Canadian warehouse. The shipment arrived from Hong Kong to Canada within a week and was delivered to my home the next day after paying a small Customs fee. The initial faulty unit was a disappointment but Minisforum has demonstrated it's commitment to customer care and satisfaction through it's excellent support team and after-sales warranty.

I purchased the NAB9 mini PC. It is a great device for the price! After a few weeks I had an issue with the device not powering on. The customer service was very easy to deal with. The process took a month from when I shipped it back to them. They were happy to replace it with a new device. Hard to beat the value of the device at these specs/price.

We have all heard of "Mini-PC's". Over the years, I have had so much positive experiences with Systems and Purchases from Minisforum, that i am taking the time to let everyone know. Over the last 5+ years, i have personally bought 7 Minisforum Mini PC's and on my recommendations, friends and co-workers, another 5. Just as an FYI, a MiniPC is the size of a Book or shoebox that sits quietly on your desk, but with the power of those BIG Full tower system. Minisforum, is a great Vendor with Great products. My "GOTO" for MiniPC's at a great price, for great quality, features, price and Always the latest technology. Their products, technology, pricing and innovation in small packages is outstanding, Take a look. I also want to mention, their customer focused "Minisforum Support Team", especially "Molly". We all know that at times, things do break down, this is where support is critical. Minisforum, has warehouses in various parts of the world, to help with your IN or OUT of warranty needs to get something repaired. I recently had a breakdown on a 5 year old HX90, but no longer in production or repairable. Molly and the "Minisforum Support Team", Worked with me to get me into a Current Generation replacement MiniPC for a small percentage of the Current Retail cost. They could of just said "Tuff, we do not make those no more", But instead came up with a workable solution and options that i was comfortable and pleased with. From a Happy customer, Just want others to be aware of a Great Vendor and Great MiniPC's, "Minisforum". -Vic

I have purchased the G7 pt. The price is great comparing it to other already built PCs. what I love the most is it's specs all in a mini PC. I honestly bought it because it is so small, I love the idea and can't wait to use it. I have contacted their support team few times, replied fast and did not take much time. Hopefully they do keep up the good work.

The customer service I experienced is really good. I miss placed an order for a pre-sale product UM890 Pro. I contact customer service, and they replied to my the next business to get my order canceled. And my refund was back to my original credit card after 1 day the order has been canceled.

I initially had an issue with a top of the line unit I got from minisforum, but I warranty it after about a year of not being able to fix it. New unit was flawless, I bought another one after and that one was very smooth. They seem to be able to keep cutting edge tech ahead of everyone else. Which is great.

My motherboard burned out. I contacted Minisforum, they informed me that this was a defect and they would replace my machine. Minisforum gave me simple instructions and within 3 weeks I had my new computer. Great service and communication. They are a great company with amazing products and customer service. I highly recommend them.
