So far fantastic pc. Mainly streaming, but also gaming. Plays Skyrim on ultra! other games play well, but I never see Skyrim in reviews so I thought I would add it here. Main problem was my impatience waiting for it to arrive. I just wanted it so bad. I have another mini but that one is not good enough for gaming. Have a self built tower, but it is a power hog.

Please confirm you are refunding my order. This item will not arrive in time for my sons birthday. I need the money to order a PC stocked in the uk. I asked to cancel on the 11th August. I ordered on the 22nd July.

My review relates to the delivery, not to the quality yet, I ordered the product from Amazon, but the driver made a mistake and did not deliver to our address although I have been waiting for the whole day, the next day the driver came back but just buzzed and left the house without even waiting for 15 sec we can open the door. After 15 days of not receiving the item, Amazon has not refunded nor delivered it. They said it was FBA and the company sent the item, if it is so, I lost all the time I needed for my child`s summer school.

Ordered the um790 pro on 6 June. The waiting was a bit long so you got to be patient if you live in Europe. Got the pc today. The pc worked out of the box and is pretty good. It's very silent and fast. Installing drivers now. Great product!

Meine Erfahrung mit dem Service ist deutlich besser, als in anderen Rezensionen beschrieben. Die Kommunikation läuft vielleicht noch nicht so wie man es von deutschsprachigen Unternehmen gewohnt ist aber man merkt, dass sie sehr engagiert und bemüht sind. Mein Problem wurde innerhalb von weniger als 24 Stunden bearbeitet und gelöst. Verbesserungswürdig wäre es, den Kunden darüber zu informieren, dass seine Email eingegangen ist und bearbeitet wird. Für mich war unklar, ob die Email an der richtigen Stelle angekommen ist. Ich bin da sehr zuversichtlich, dass sich der Service weiter verbessern wird. Ich betreibe den zuerst gekauften NBP7 seit einer Woche und bin bis jetzt mit der HW als auch mit dem Support sehr zufrieden. Weiter so!

This is interesting. An answer to my comments from minisforum that do not answer any of the questions. Just a comment that the "customer service" will contact me. Meanwhile I get an e-mail where minisforum ask me to help them trace money they claim they sent to the wrong bank. Why should I do that? I asked for the address in eu where my lawyers can send the letters, on answer. Minisforum do not give me a return process and want me to accept that I should get 1/2 of the return transport costs because the transport service they choose (DHL) charge a private customer a list price. Add the I was promised, in writing, that minisforum would reimburse me 100%. EU consumer law say that minisforum have to reimburse me especially when the product is not accepted as a full and workeble product. Summary Until this company get a workable process to service customers, stay away. I have since the problem with minisforum ordered a new computer from beeline. I got it in time. It works perfectly. Zero problem. By this I do not advice anyone to do like I have done, I just states the facts.

Der Bestellvorgang sowie die Lieferung verlief, wie man es sich wünscht. Nur die Rückgabe ist ein Nerven akt. Seit fast einem Monat stecke ich in der Erstattungsprozedur. Man wird Wochenlang hingehalten dabei ist es keine Herkulesprüfung ein Paket zu öffnen, zu kontrollieren und die Rückerstattung einzuleiten - ich warte heute noch auf meine Rückerstattung. Inkompetent nennt man das.

First computer bought was fine, no problems, very pleased with it. Second computer was faulty so contacted support who had us running in circles by non technical people who didn't seem to know what they were doing. PC bought in February and still no sign of replacement in July. Emails answered are friendly but make promises that never come through. Item was returned to them with tracking details so currently out of pocket until they decide to send replacement. Good for sales but it seems there is no support (at least in UK) for when things go wrong. Lucky this is a personal computer, I wouldn't advise Minisforum for business use or any thing critical. Reply to Minisforum: I don't know how to reply to your message here but I have been dealing with Lily from your support team and keep being told there aren't enough staff to deal with my problem. I am still out of pocket, having paid for the computer and paid for the postage to return the faulty item to you, and sent proof of delivery. I get fobbed of with stories but no concrete details such as a tracking number nor even a estimated date for delivery. This is the worst service I have ever received from a company that is (allegedly) not a scam. UPDATE: 12/8/2023 - Replacement item has now been received, over six months since receiving faulty item. I have no idea if this means we lose six months of warranty should anything else go wrong. We will pay the extra to buy from a local UK company in future. As the saying goes, buying cheap is expensive!

I use this as A KODI client connectiong to Jeffyfin backend and also as an superemulator Retrobat (ES). Its relay nice to fit this into this small package and attache it to the back of a TV screen :) And now I have to order the new even smaller EM680

Pre-ordered a UM690 (32GB RAM+1TB SSD) at the start of December 2022. Received shipment confirmation at the end of January, 2023. While communications on expectations could have been better I was prepared for a wait as I knew I was towards the end of the pre-order window. Ease of purchase and delivery of the product was a solid 4 out of 5 with just expectations on timing being the only negative (even that is nit-picky of me). The device itself arrived unharmed and in "good working order". The "good working order" piece however didn't turn out to always be the case. After a few weeks of use it was obvious that there might be an issue with the machine as it would sporadically die. Sometimes while doing nothing, sometimes while under load. After checking thermals & drivers I hit the forums to see if anyone else had experienced similar issues. Low and behold I am not the only UM690 owner running into this issue. Further investigating seems to point to one or more bad RAM sticks being provided with the unit. Don't really want to blame this solely on Minisforum as I'm sure they just purchased bulk lots of RAM for the devices and they may have just received a bad batch. However, I will throw out there that the lack of support with the issue is definitely a concern and would help steer my buying decisions in the future if I were to look at purchasing a similar system. Overall when it works, the product is amazing and meets all of my needs and expectations. The RAM issue and general lack of support from Minisforum (vs the community) are really the only negatives.

Great customer service experience! Ordered the UM690 on DEC. 4/22 and received the device on JAN. 3/23. Bought the mini PC for form factor and the ability to connect eGPU. I had many issues with getting the eGPU to work consistently. I contacted customer service who quickly identified the issue and provided a resolution without having to return/replace the device. I am extremely happy with what I purchased and the help I received with my issue.

Worst experience ever. Ordered PC at the end of December, with delivery expected by end of January. After 1 month from the order the item has not yet been shipped, no feedback from the support since weeks after multiple reminders. Only canned replies and blaming USPS even though the package was handled by FedEx, they seems to be lost at all times. Opened a claim in March and refused to refund cause it was USPS fault and they have an insurance when in reality it was FedEx who lost it and Minisforum couldn't even contact them to fill up a claim cause, they barely knows any English. Filled out a claim with Paypal and then finally Minisforum answers me saying that since I opened up a claim with Paypal, they won't move forward with the claim. This people are the worst ever!! Beelink all the way!!

I have so far purchased 3 MinisForum PCs. Two were fine, but the third (HX99G) suffered a hardware issue within about 4 weeks of purchase. Fair play, issues happen - but it's all about how you deal with them... I absolutely know what the issue is, but their support team refuse to listen. They had me try to reinstall drivers to fix a very obvious failed-hardware issue. Then when I explained what the issue was, what steps I took to diagnose it, what the findings meant and how it could be rectified in future models - the dismissed this. OK, so having paid £800+ for a mini PC that is now not working - OMG, their returns "process"... They ignore emails as a default, they auto-respond on their Facebook messenger account and then ignore further messages. Only when you have to resort to airing your issue publicly on their page do they respond - and then only once. There is zero follow-up, they don't "engage", so you have to rinse and repeat multiple times to get anywhere. Then when you are able to move things forward - they outright contradict themselves as to how they are resolving your issue. I'm going to refrain from outright stating that they lie, but it sure feels like it. Case in point: 1) They agree eventually to replace the mini PC. I have to send it back at my own cost. Thankfully only to the new UK warehouse. 2) They don't acknowledge receipt of it when queried. 3) They agree to send a new one. 4) When chased they say that it's been held up in shipping. 5) They then agree to send a new one, completely ignoring they have already supposedly done so. 6) When chased they say that it's been held up in shipping - again. 7) They then agreed a refund, which took two weeks to hit my account. Remember, between each of the above points, I had to essentially fight for my issue to be recognised - multiple emails ignored, Facebook messenger replied to with stock answers, ending up having to make more annoyed posts on their public Facebook page. Their products look good on paper, but they are outright failing to address well documented issues with some products, moving onto the next product and essentially ignoring users with issues where possible. I would never buy directly from them again - and I'd be hard pushed to buy anything MinisForum full stop. If I did, I would buy through Amazon, who at least have a decent and useable returns policy.

Man idk what is going on with this place but who ever orders here and they post fast shipping and I get one email 3-5 days then a other email 2 weeks waiting time how the hell is this fast by any means I asked them about the 2 different times they are sending me guess what no reply what a joke this place

Update on 30/05/203 --------- I finally received the computer on 12/05/2023, and it is corresponding to the description. It seems the company struggles to cope with the many orders, and unfortunately the customer service does not provide accurate (true ?) information to customers who have been waiting way beyond the announced expected delivery date (10 weeks in my case). The paypal dispute I raised might have accelerated the delivery though. So, this is not a scam, but I can not add more stars to the review. Given the experience I had, I don't recommand this company at all. Kind regards ************ First Review --------- Pay attention, this company is not reliable at all Order placed on 14/02/2023 for an expensive mini pc (959€). Today (2 months and an half later), the order has not been fulfilled. The mini pc has not been sent. And the company is not answering my emails. The story I ordered a mini computer to minisforum on 14/02/2023. The delivery was expected early march according to the website. On 15/03 I contacted them to check the status. They said they had a problem with the production and I was asked to be patient. On 27/03 still no news, so I requested a status by email. They said the product would be shipped the next week to their warehouse in Germany and that it would then be shipped to me. On 11/04, I start to feel very bad with that order. I send a new email as I still received nothing. They replied with an explanation of the delivery process and a tracking link that should, according to them, allow me to track the transportation from China to their warehouse in Germany. On 21/04, new email from me to request a status. The delivery was expected on 28/04. "Please be patient" they said. On 28/04, I request a new status. But until now, no news. Now I decided to report an incident to PayPal and to write this review to warn you. This company is a scam. That's clear given my experience and the many other similar reviews.

I ordered the HX 80g from Amazon on the 25th of April 2023. Delivery next day. Excellent. However, I was disappointed when I found out, that the sound was very limited: 16bit only, no surround over HDMI. Strange. I reported the issue, and Lydia from Minisforum sent me a link on the very next day: the missing sound drivers. I installed the drivers, and now everything is working as it should. Terrific service!

I have 2 PC's from Minis Forum. Both arrived on time. Both were barebones and for the most part they have worked as expected. I think people forget that Minis Forum is NOT a HP or Lenovo or Dell with tons of people on standby just dying to answer every question people have. They are a low priced mini PC company that relies on contract manufacturers and a low cost support model. The models are designed to run Windows first and foremost. They have a support website where people can ask for help in the community, and I have never heard of anyone not getting a refund or replacement for a faulty unit. But everyone needs to understand that they don't certify these units will run anything beyond Windows except the Manjaro Edition. I have the 4900H and the 6900HX. Both run Windows perfectly with no issues. But if you stray too far from the hardware or software home it can present difficulties. Just in Linux alone many spins did not support the Radeon 610M when the UM690 came out. Many still dont. Many people tried to ramp up the RAM speed to way high levels that MinisForum never certified nor support. Some raised the TDP settings which created excess heat, heat it was setup to expel at standard power levels became too much. And they were shocked that the unit froze. Expectations for Minis Forum have to aligned to what they make, not to what you think it should be. We
