Jan 11,2020Terrible customer service. I dealt with Reina via Email. I was trying to place a custom order but she never answered my specific questions. Also, she asked for the same basic information three times even though I had already emailed her the information. Then she quoted me a price of $299.00 for the product without having answered my questions. Aside from that the original product ( 24” split level monogram) was priced at $129.00. All I wanted to add was my wedding date and the price went up to $299.00!? I don’t think so. I wish I had looked at the many negative reviews before wasting my time with this company.

Jan 10,2020Absolutely worst company. They will charge your card and never deliver even months late. When trying to cancel they will deny it even though they are more then 8 weeks behind and you paid to skip the line. I have told them to cancel and they won't, I am disputing the credit card charge, they are still trying to shove the order down my throat.

Jan 10,2020We absolutely love Moments Engraved. Thank You for the beautifully designed and engraved glam pieces we now have hanging proudly in our living room. Although there was a slight delay due to the Christmas unexpected orders, the customer support was very understanding and explained the situation clearly. They also gave a $20 Gift Card as a way of saying they were sorry. To me that's the way a business should be run. Once again, thank you for adding a bit of glam to our home and can't wait to order a few more of these stunners!

Jan 09,2020I too was one of the people that had been waiting for my initial to come having ordered it Nov 24th. Fourtunatly it wasn't a Christmas gift so that wasn't an issue for me, but I do have to say I was beginning to think it was a SCAM after a while as I had heard nothing. My husband asked me if I had contacted customer services? I hadn't so I did and within 24hrs saying it was in line for posting. Low and Behold Jan 3ard I was sent a confirmation of postage plus tracking number from DHL. Jan 7th it was delivered to me I am delighted with my purchase. May I say to those who are still waiting for their purchase. I think the problem was that ME were over whelmed with the amount of orders made.and couldn't cope with demand. Jan 09,2020DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’m having a terrible issue with this company. Messed about no end on a custom piece. I paid €399 upfront. Weeks later still no mock up!! And bad customer service. I’ve asked to cancel it as they haven’t even started to job. But they say no. I had to cancel with 24 hours of the order. I’m pursuing this and my refund. They have blocked me on Instagram as I wrote a bad review... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Jan 08,2020Horrible company! They create a shipping label with a delivery date so they get paid then cancel or void the the next day. They have my money, I have nothing. Claimed they couldnt find my order. Ordered on 12/13 promised Christmas delivery now they are saying 4 to 5 weeks. It may be a custom order but seriously, it's a piece of metal on a CNC machine. Not that difficult.

Jan 08,2020Horrible company. Ordered a Christmas present on December 3rd and still have nothing on January 7th! Tried calling 20+ times and nobody answers the phone. Left several messages and nobody called back. Emailed them several times with the email address they provided. My email company sent me a message that they are refusing emails! Don’t give these people money!

Jan 05,2020I will start with I like everyone else ordered with the promise of Christmas delivery only to get close to Christmas knowing it would not ship in time and having to repurchase my gifts. I called repeatedly leaving messages without return call. The emails had a name Amy but kept promising Christmas delivery, but Christmas came and went without a shipment. I then sent an email stating they did not send and received an email there was a flood and they would have to remake. At this point if there really was a flood they should have cancelled my order and refunded my money, or at least have given me the option. So, I received my shipment and it was WRONG!!!!!! I ordered a farm monogram it was right and satisfactory but the quality was only average. I ordered two monograms with different names but received two of the same name. They stated this is how it was ordered!!!!! If you look at their site today they are still taking orders and offering deeper discounts despite not having satisfied their Christmas customers. Please do not waste your time or money on this company!

Jan 04,2020Scam business - RUN!!! Two Christmas gifts that never were!! SO disappointed and upset. I'm only giving one star because like someone else said - 0 stars isn't an option. I placed my order in November 2019 and was given an absolute guarantee that my order would arrive in time for Christmas, as it was placed before their cutoff date of December 2, 2019. I'll save you the trouble of the number of times I reached out to see what the status of my order was only to be completely ignored. I received the email that it seems multiple people here have received about how busy they were, how many workers they hired but not to worry...if I ordered before Dec 2 (which I did) my order would be shipped in time for Christmas. IT WASN’T!!! I finally got an email today talking about the "A force of nature" that damaged my parcel (that just happened to be awaiting shipping) and it will need to go back to production. How did a flood damage a product that is made to be displayed OUTDOORS???? I too am to receive a $20 gift card as compensation for their shitshow of a business but I will NEVER purchase another product from them again. I responded that since my order was damaged and needed to be remade - do us both a favor, cancel my order and refund my credit card since I already disputed the charges with my credit card company. Update - LOL! I just got the following email: "Congratulations! You have qualified for our Exclusive VIP January Mega sale! If you are looking for a custom piece to show your loved ones how special they are to you, these works of art will be a beautiful and unforgettable gift. Jan 01,2020Only giving 1 star because you can’t give zero. DO NOT order from this company. They are beyond a joke and nothing but thieves who take your money for nothing in return: 1. I ordered this parcel at the beginning of November, fully expecting delivery by Christmas 2. I have been repeatedly promised that delivery would be with me prior to Christmas Day; however they failed to do so and only dispatched it 2 days ago 3. I have never really had an apology, and despite having paid nearly $20 in delivery fees I have NEVER been offered any form of refund 4. The absolute final straw is for me to now receive a message from UPS requesting I pay nearly £40 in importation fees 🤬🤬🤬

Dec 29,2019My review is the same as so many of the others. I ordered three plaques for Christmas gifts and was promised delivery by Christmas. I inquired a week before Christmas and received the same apparently canned email, “ if I ordered before Dec 2, it would arrive!” Well Christmas has come and gone and no gifts. I had to rush out and buy something else for these three family members. I inquired again and got the same scanned email explaining they had a flood!!! How is metal damaged in a flood??? I was promised my order would ship the first of the week, Dec 30th...let’s just say I’m not holding my breath. They sure didn’t have a problem taking my money right after I ordered!!! Buyer BEWARE!!! Fraudulent Company!!!
