Jan 12,2020I ordered my pc of work at the end of November so that Could be one of The wife’s Xmas gifts or birthday gifts as her birthday the very next day and sadly it didn’t make it in time. I was told it would he delivered before Xmas and I got it after the new year. Now it will have to be one of her valentines gifts. Although it arrived VERY LATE and the customer service reps were not very helpful overall it’s a Great quality product for the price.

Jan 12,2020I placed my orders in September for 2 Christmas presents. It took about 4 weeks but that is what I was told and expected. I ordered the 24" hearts with a name across the family tree in the center and outlined in red. I LOVED the results and I think my sons and their families did too. I think it was a great and beautiful idea for the money and am so glad I ordered. And I know it will last for longer than my lifetime, while still looking beautiful.

Jan 12,2020I purchased a monogrammed letter for my husband for Christmas. I was very happy with the item; so happy that I purchased two more for two brothers-in-law. I ordered them during Black Friday weekend. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive in time for Christmas, but I took screenshots of the samples and gave them those for Christmas. I was kept apprised of when to expect them and they arrived before New Year’s Day. My brothers-in-law were really happy. They hung them up right away. I will definitely keep the monogrammed letter idea for future gift ideas, especially for folks who have everything.

Jan 12,2020I received your request for a review so here goes.... your product is superb absolutely love the quality and design, as did the couple who I ordered it for as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I received it after Christmas (order was placed in November) and I paid extra for expedited shipping because I live in Canada and was having it delivered to a US address where I would have to pick it up. Although I’m unhappy about the date of delivery and the shipping charge I would never make negative comments online without fully knowing the circumstances. I don’t know what caused your delays and backups but if it was due to the unexpected number of orders then good for you on being successful with such an extraordinary product. I just wish I had been refunded the unnecessary shipping charge. Regardless, I give you 4 stars and wish you all the success in the future. Being in business is hard and there are lessons to be learned along the way. Best of luck to you in the future. This is not my first and only order from your company! 👍

After repeated calls and emails finally got order expedited for January 9th delivery. No refund, no apology. I’m no longer a customer.
