Jul 20,2023We highly recommend Movega. We have just moved from London to Copenhagen and after seeing a lot of good reviews of Movega we contacted them. Philip replied with all of the details around costs and next steps. We received quotes from other places but the communication and reasonable price of Movega made it an obvious choice. Philip was amazing throughout. he was quick to reply to our emails and easy to speak to on the phone. He guided us through all our questions and made the whole process very easy. We were also assigned Pavel who was equally as helpful. Both checked on us throughout the moving day and were at the end of the phone even though it was a weekend. When we sent our inventory through to Philip he advised we might be over weight and worked with us to get it down so we weren't charged at customs. Our driver turned up on time through the power of Google Translate we sent the truck on it's way. 2 days later all of our stuff arrived in Copenhagen safe and sound! I would recommend Movega to anyone looking to move their household items. They get a 5 star from us!

Jul 19,2023We hired Movega for a move within the EU. It was an easy process from receiving the quote to the drop off at our new home. What made the experience excellent was the communication. Boris and his team were very clear about the process and what to expect and welcomed any questions or updates I had. The over the day of was prompt, courteous and very helpful. My only regret is that I should have hired two people for the move, because that would have made it easier in general. But the service was great I and I highly recommend this company.

From the initial quote to customs clearance, and up to the delivery of our items, the communication was always excellent. We moved from London to Copenhagen and all our goods arrived safely in less than 48hrs.

Jul 14,2023Moved us from Southend on Sea to Alicante Spain. Despite the contract stating the homeowner might need to ‘assist’ in loading and unloading, we were sent only a driver who said he didn’t do loading/unloading so my elderly father in law had to load in the uk with only grudging assistance from the driver. The price we paid was higher than I would expect for just Van hire and we expected a removal service rather than just a driver - despite this we had to employ our own unloaders in Spain, Their customs office were still querying items as the truck was being loaded despite having an inventory a week prior to the move and it took a day longer to move our items than the longest quote (Thursday to Sunday) meaning I had to take an unexpected day off work (Monday) to unload items I had expected the removal company to unload themselves. We didn’t have any breakages but several items were dented/damaged including mattresses, drawers and a dining table. Don’t expect more than a man with a van - the cost, however high, doesn’t include loading/unloading! Made an already stressful experience a whole lot more stressful and left us feeling like we may as well have rented a van and done the move ourselves.

The driver was helpful, took great care of my boxes and delivered on schedule. Would recommend to family and friends or use again! I moved from Nottingham UK to Stockholm Sweden.

Pavel, the manager who took care of my moving, is very attentive and gave all the support I needed, answering all my questions and advising me about the process. The driver also was excellent, for both loading and unloading, very polite and professional. The entire service was impeccable. I couldn't recommend it more.

Jun 14,2023I was super happy with my move from the UK to Madrid. After talking to a great many removals companies and reading some scary reviews, I was very lucky to find Movega. There were very professional and knowledgeable and sorted out a relatively complicated move with ease. I had furniture and possessions from a 4 bedroom house located in 2 different locations in the UK and did not want to use a shared load option or use vans because of the weight limit. They tailored the solution to my needs, using a 7.5 tonne lorry for a dedicated load at a price which beat all of the competition. Everything was exactly on time and they kept me up to date with status all the way through. There was no damage and nothing was lost. They were also very knowledgeable about the customs situation and how best to manage this between the UK and Spain, making a complicated issue very easy. I would most certainly recommend them to any of my friends for an international move. Thanks especially to Boris (my move coordinator), Philip, Pavel and the drivers / movers, Mariz and Katia
