Aug 14,2023The service was excellent. This was my first time hiring a moving service and it was worth it. The moving agent was supportive all the way through, I felt that half the thinking required for moving from the EU to the UK (after Brexit!) was done on my behalf, and I could turn to the customs service and the moving agent with any question I had, even very specific issues were dealt with properly and with great patience and friendliness. When the service delivered my stuff at the new place, the driver and co-driver even helped me unload more than was originally planned, since it was raining and everything had to go fast. They did this simply out of kindness. All in all, this service has been worth the money, although it was a big expense for me.

Aug 09,2023Very smooth relocation. Everything went good, the truck was quite big so there was no problem to load all my stuff. The loading process was quick and accurate, and the driver made sure that everything was properly set up so that nothing could fall down during the drive (especially my plants). Same holds for the unloading, everything arrived in good conditions and we managed to unload the truck quickly. I really appreciated that I could organize everything online and thay I received by emails prompt notifications about what actions were required on my side. So in general I think everything was really well organized and indeed the whole relocation was really smooth for me.

Informed me about customs certificate required for the move which other companies did not. And the best price, 1/3 of the cost quoted by other companies. After van was loaded and we on the way to airport to fly back I got phone call around 18 on Saturday from “head office “ that we need to pay extra 500euros incase of van being stop and control by police or whatever? Because it looks like for them that is overloaded( driver non English speakers never said anything to us ) we packed 50 boxes 2 beds table and 2 chairs so we paid as he said we may need to leave your stuff on the road if you not !!!! I spoke with Pavel about this and now almost 3 weeks later no response on email or call back !!!!! 2 broken expensive jugs and few glasses very disappointed ☹️And is getting even better they removed my review I’m sure not only mine ! Is just simply not true what u writing as your response!!!! U never said to us how much we allowed but also driver was not able to speak in English !!! U never called back as u said on the phone now almost 1 months and still no apology only now u trying to look good as I’m writing this , when u we’re taking job I had 400 calls per day and now u saying that u busy with phone calls ??? Sorry not true !!!! I think is so unfair to called people at 18 the same day after 1 h of already loaded van driving to watch uk and said when my husband is on the way to airpor to fly back home that we need to pay 500 euro or there is a problem we will have to droop some of your stuff !!! How safe is this to your customers? I’m sorry I don’t want deal with you anymore more as I know I won’t get back anything for broken stuff I just want to warn people about unclean police of yours !!!! And bad customers service .

Helpful driver who was also experienced with packing the vehicle effectively. Secured all larger items with cross bars and ropes. All fragile belongings were delivered perfectly intact.
