The driver also was very kind and in time, all the belo gins arrived in perfect shape. They are providing a very good service and I will use Movega for future movings. Definetly recommend, its worth it.

I had to move from Uk to Spain, I did not have too much hope at the beginning to find anything because I gave less than one week notice, but Michael and his team contacted me quickly and gave me a very good price and a solution. They arranged me the removal without any problem, they gave me the cheapest price that I received, and my stuff has arrived very quick (only 2 days has taken to arrive), and also in perfect condition (I sent even 3 big plants!) Without any doubt, I would contact them if I ever have to move again, thanks so much!!

Sep 21,2020Moved to Sweden Stockholm, it took from loading to unloading at destination only 3 days, which was really great and the personnel was very nice, friendly and considerate and most importantly they were on time, the driver arrived 15 min earlier and sat outside till it was time, Michael was with us from beginning to the very end. I would highly recommend this company, based on our experience with different companies this was the best and definitely come back again if I were to move. Can not Thank you enough for your hard work.

I was very worried as we were relocating as a family abroad from London to Holland, however Michael was very understanding and reassured me throughout the process. We had several phone conversations and a video call. He even gave tips on how to pack securely. We had 2 vans and 2 drivers, they arrived 1hour early and loaded all our belongings safely. Very polite and pleasure to have them help with this big move. I can highly recommend Movega.

Communication was top notch, with the sales manager responding to emails within minutes and always available on the phone. Everything was well organised from start to finish which made the move hassle free and allowed us to focus on other things. Special shout out also to our driver who was super helpful , great guy! From our experience Movega was offered both a better price as well as turnaround time than the competition.

I thought that moving overseas during a pandemic would be a logistical nightmare, but Michael made it a completely smooth and easy process for us. It was refreshing to speak with someone who wasn’t just trying to feed us a sales pitch, but who was genuinely there to provide us with a solution, and patiently gave us all the time we needed to talk through our concerns (on multiple occasions!) What Movega said they would provide, they absolutely delivered on. We are so glad that we trusted them with getting our family’s belongings safely from London to Portugal on time and with constant updates throughout. On the day of the move the movers were very thorough and quick with loading our belongings as well as unloading them at the destination. I can only recommend this company and would definitely use them again!

Sep 10,2020We needed to move quick so we gave short notice for an international move (England to Spain). They were very efficient and the response time was amazing. The mover was very friendly and helpful. Overall, my experience working with Movega Removals was very positive. We only had a minor issue and that was that the moving was schedule to arrive at 12pm but they did at 9am without notice. In any case, this was not a huge problem and we were able to move even faster! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Sep 05,2020Worse experience and very unprofessional. The driver guessed I had extra At first but after the loading the van the driver realised we did not have much and the van was only half full. I promise I will pay any fine/penalty of overweight at the border, but as we did not exceed the weight nothing was given to the driver. Still, we were Forced to pay extra charge for nothing, even with proof from our side but nothing from them of our over weight. We don’t recommend this company

Sep 01,2020We used Movega removals for our move from London, UK to Hamburg, Germany. Overall, we were very happy with the service provided, which came at a competitive price. The communication ahead of the move was excellent and Michael helped estimate the required volume as well as raising important questions e.g. which floor we were moving too. There was a slight 1-hour delay on the pick up due to a traffic jam but the driver was very helpful and efficient at loading to make up for lost time. Communication could have been slightly better on that occassion, but on all other occassions we were kept up to date and felt well informed throughout the process. Delivery was prompt, friendly and complete. I would have no worries about using Movega removals again.

Aug 21,2020I have to admit that I was nervous about searching for a removal company online. I went through the usual process of getting quotes. I think we had around 20 different quotes in the end of varying service levels and prices and eventually we narrowed it down to three companies with Movega Removals being one of them. At this stage, we were still a little unsure as to how much we were going to take and the exact dates so this is where Movega started to differentiate in a very good way. Michael was our go to man. He was always available on the phone and very patient with the many questions and potential changes. At the same time, the other two companies either would not enable me to speak to a human OR the price just went up and up. It didn't take long to realise the Movega were going to win this one. Evenutally, our house was packed and the dates fixed. With a weeks notice we had a van booked and a deposit paid for. Again, Michael made a big difference in assuring us that everything would be ok. The van arrived for loading as planned. It actually arrived early! The loading was seamless. The driver was polite, pleasant and helpful (although didn't speak a lot of English but this wasn't a problem). The van then arrived at our new home in Finland within an hour of the planned arrival time and Michael was readily and actively on the phone and available to liaise for the arrival. The van was unloaded easily and was on its way again. Payments were easy. Paperwork was straight forward. The process once we really got going was so simple. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to manage your removal or deliveries and would DEFINITELY use them again. Thanks to the team. We really appreciate it.

Oct 14,2020I chose Movega for a move from London to Brussels. I got quotes from half a dozen removal companies. Movega offered the best combination of value for money, good Trustpilot reviews and excellent customer service. Michael, the coordinator, was fantastic, always fast to respond to our questions, and the quality of his answers was always good. He stayed in touch with us throughout, making sure that everything was happening as it should. There were some minor issues, such as the driver arriving nearly three hours early on pick-up day, but it was all fine in the end. The driver didn't speak a lot of English, but it was enough to understand us, and he was very friendly and helpful. The same went for the helpers on either end, though they didn't seem to pay a lot of attention to boxes being marked as "fragile". Nothing broke, but there were some heart-stopping moments when we saw boxes with computer or kitchen equipment coming in on their side, with other boxes piled on top. Also, the helpers left several items on the ground floor, one of which we only found 24 hours later. None of these are big issues, but they could have been very problematic. Overall, our experience with Movega was very positive, and we will use them again if needed. Michael in particular I cannot praise highly enough. He's an asset to his organisation.
