Dec 15,2020Movega have been excellent every step of the way. Incredible customer service. Highly available and responsive. Lots of communication and advice, very flexible and a great price. Nobody else really came close to be honest. Pickup was smooth and our driver was excellent. Removal people are not always thought of as high customer service but the customer service was as good as a high quality restaurant. I was very pleasantly surprised. It can be hard to trust a non-conventional company that isn't based in your country but Movega go a long way to demonstrate they're trustworthy and they delivered perfectly in the end. Very thankful for the service and great communication, it really can't be beat.

Dec 15,2020Easy, fast and affordable move during hard times of Covid-19. They were on time, very professional, helpful and reliable. The communication with the moving advisor was excellent. He was very responsive, polite, and helpful. There were no bad surprises. Good price for the quality and speed of the service. I'd give 5 stars if the truck was better prepared for the rain as some items if uncovered well might get wet. I'd would hire them again.

Dec 03,2020The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish - Michael was incredible and patient with us whilst we were organising and trying to figure out exactly what we were taking. Our driver (Bartek) was brilliant in helping us load, and actually managed to drive to Austria before we were able to get over on the plane. We also had a mix up where we (I) sent them the wrong address, and they were so helpful and sorted it out without issue, arriving at the actual location within 45 minutes. I couldn’t be more impressed with the company.

Dec 01,2020I obtained at least 6 or 7 quotes from various companies regarding a move from London to Seville, South of Spain and was impressed with the ease and transparency Movega handled all my enquiries. Their quote was not the cheapest but we decided to move with this company because the manager Michael was extremely pleasant and helpful. We were given a time slot for pick up and delivery and the driver was well on time and very hands on. Throughout the whole process Michael stayed in touch and made sure that all was going to plan. We could not be there ourselves for the delivery but our friends and helpers at the destination of our belongings praised the professionalism and efficiency of the Movega driver. I would highly recommend this removal company.

Michael was very helpful and kept us updated with all happenings throughout our move. We had some last minute changes and all was handled smoothly and efficiantly. Nov 22,2020I cannot fault our move from London to Austria, at such a stressful time you just want everything to work and it did! No question was a problem, and I had many, Michael was always on hand to help me and was very clear from the start on the weight restrictions for Austria. The driver arrived as expected, very pleasant and the van was loaded quickly and he was on his way. He had a good run and we were notified of an earlier delivery time which was great. Again the driver arrived bang on time and the van was unloaded efficiently and all our possessions arrived undamaged. Price was competitive but I was happy to pay a little more as Movega were recommended to me and I am so glad I did. I would thoroughly recommend them for a move abroad and should I need that kind of service again I know who I will be contacting! Thank you so much Michael and the team. Belinda and Juergen

Nov 20,2020Well I must say how pleased we are with Movega and Michael and his team the systems they use are state of the art, calls returned very promptly and nothing is too much trouble. The removal guys arrived exactly on the arranged time, worked like trojans to secure our chattels in there two liveried vehicles and then they were off.Two and a half days later they arrived in Spain one vehicle had a blow out and was delayed (we were informed by pictures and an explanation) so no surprises. We were not in Spain to see our goods in but when we got here all was fine and safe. All in All a great company to do business with. Best wishes Stuart and Annie.

Nov 20,2020Best moving company I have ever used! Michael (our agent) was extremely helpful and responsive. He took his time to understand our requirements and provided many options to choose from. Completely flexible to packing - long storage - sending to another country. He also called during the packing to check everything in order. Always available if I had any questions. The team packed and labeled everything to great care and detail. We chose a storage option for a few months and everything arrived back in perfect condition. I am more than impressed and can highly recommend!

Nov 09,2020Worst removal company I have ever experienced. In a time of high stress, not only did the driver not turn up on time, items were damaged and we were charged more than the price we were quoted because of the weight of the items (how can anyone be expected to know the weight of their items?). In addition, the company continuously refused to provide a drop off time for us, and then called us asking us to be at the drop off address significantly earlier than we could be (we booked the earliest ferry we could). When we said we couldn't make this, Michael (the sales agent) was abusive over the phone, calling me 'stupid'. I have never been spoken to in this way in my entire life. Only use this company if you want to deal with extreme hassle, be overcharged and be spoken down to because you are a 'stupid woman'. Absolutely disgusting service, and I will tell anyone who asks to AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Nov 09,2020We used Movega Removals to move our furniture from the Lakes District to the Vienne in France. Our driver arrived on time, we had family to help us load, the furniture was packed very well, you have to provide your own blankets for protection. The furniture arrived at our French property fully intact and no breakages, the driver helped us to unload. A much quicker job than packing it up. We would definitely recommend Movega, Micheal was always helpful on the phone and ensured we were kept informed and was there to answer any questions we had. Many thanks to our delivery driver and Micheal for excellent service.

Oct 31,2020Movega were great, the arrived on time, we loaded the van in a couple of hours and the the van made good time which we were really pleased with and meant we were able to get the bed set up a night earlier than planned which was ideal. Communication was great with the company and a really good price.

Dec 17,2020We were moving from Bournemouth to Malaga and due to access at both ends we wanted a Luton van as maximum .Top tip- dont get a tailgate as your weight capacity is deminished !!Anyway Michael Murray was fantastic in coordinating.They did the first load on a Sunday (bank holiday) arrived promptly and the load delivered to malaga in 3 days time .Second load in december and again on a Sunday collection,Really good service ,fantastic price andeverything was intact at the othr end !!Compared with local uk removals who either didn't listen to us on the vechile size ,never responded or priced themselves totally out of the market you could say these were POLES apart!! My thanks to you guys for a great job
