Awful company. Ordered the three piece set towel, gown and teddy. Asked for it to be personalised and it came without. Customer service shocking and overpriced. Ended up having to get item’s embroidered elsewhere at extra cost. Won’t shop on here again.

I placed an order on 7th December which as at today (21st) is still at the Evri depot. I tried to ring customer services on the 20th December but couldn't get through so started a webchat instead. I explained I needed the items before the 24th as they were Christmas presents. I was told that they had contacted Evri and could confirm that there had been no movement in my parcel and they'd get back to me in 48 hours! Sorry - not good enough! So to ensure I received the items for my grandsons 1st Christmas I ordered a second set of items and paid for Saturday delivery (which was the next day). I informed customer services of what I'd done and they have processed a refund for the first order but when I asked for the Next Day Saturday delivery charge to be refunded to my card as recompense they said they don't have the facility to refund postage so offered me £15 credit to my account instead. I had no option to agree but did inform them that I'm not sure i would be placing further orders. It's now Saturday evening and needless to say my order has not been delivered and is still being processed at the Evri depot! I await with baited breath and everything crossed to see if my grandsons presents actually get delivered in time for this year's Christmas! A further insult was the 25% discount code I was given after placing my first order wasn't accepted either! Doubt I'll ever use this company again if performance to date is anything to go by. I can't comment on the quality of items as I haven't had them to assess. UPDATE: the original order finally turned up on the 22nd December and the replacement order is still at the Evri depot! Considering the price of the items the quality isn't great and they are a lot smaller than expected. However, what i find intriguing is the number of 5 star reviews that have been left after "fantastic" customer services following either faults with the products or non delivery! All seem to be written in a very similar manner with the advisors name in the post! Why would someone give a 5 star review after initially receiving faulty goods!? All seems rather suspicious to me- so be wary!

I ordered an item, which was delivered on schedule, however I had made an error with the order. I contacted My 1st Years customer service and from that point all communication was with an employee called Ewelina. I was so impressed with the way she dealt with the matter: she was understanding, helpful, efficient and accommodating in resolving this issue. Every time I communicated with Ewelina, her response was immediate. In my opinion, she is a real credit to My 1st Years and I’ve come away from the whole experience knowing that the company is first class, reliable and wishes to meet the needs of its customers. Thank you

Fantastic customer service from Ewelina! An item needed to be returned and exchanged as I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong colour. All my emails were answered promptly and in a friendly and efficient manner. As soon as the item was left at a drop-off point, Ewelina arranged for its replacement to be sent by express delivery. The issue was raised and solved in just five days, as the replacement arrived today. I am very grateful and I am sure my great-granddaughter will enjoy playing with her activity table. Website crashed - so order not placed Company then still took my money over £80 and didn’t send items, daily emails with limited reply. Had to claim refund through PayPal- do not use such back customer service

Saw a customised guitar. Felt it would be good for my son's first birthday. I placed order and it arrived in time and well packaged. I highly recommend this platform.

I had to check up on my order as I forgot to click the free gift I chose. I contacted expecting to be told it was too late etc etc. However to my delight, I was treated respectfully, professionally and I really felt valued. This was solely down to Aleksandra and how she dealt with my enquiry. A true professional and people person. We need more Aleksandra’s in this world right now!

I’ve ordered the personalised mugs for my family for Christmas and one of them had my daughter’s name wrong. After emailing My 1st years, Mary Joyce was the one that replied to my email. Mary was very helpful and quick to help and reply. She managed to get a replacement and also to be sent as quick as possible to be able to have it before Christmas. Very grateful for Mary’s help.

We brought the White Star Toy Box for our daughter, personalised with a message from her grandparents. The toy box is really lovely and good quality. We made a mistake putting it together and damaged a part, we contacted Customer Services, and they were so helpful. Aleksandra arranged for a replacement part to be sent, and it arrived very quickly, so now our tox box is repaired. I was very impressed with the customer service we received, who went out there way to help, which I didn't expect.

I ordered a woodland music box but received the Christmas version of the music box. After contacting My 1st Years Aleksandra advised me the woodland version had sold out but would provide an alternative product of my choice (naturally of the same value). Within 48 hours I received my alternative product. Both products are wonderful and are of high quality. Aleksandra was fantastic to deal with and provided great customer service.

I had placed an order for an item which turned out to be out of stock. Aleksandra emailed me the same day to notify me and offered me a different product or a refund. She posted my delivery on a next day delivery for me to ensure it got out before Christmas. Aleksandra was extremely helpful and friendly throughout.

the product is always great quality and this time the customer service was excellent. Ewelina was brilliant, my order was delayed in transit due to the recent storm and I has trouble locating it. She tracked it down and got me an update from the transport agent in no time! her speedy, positive, clear responses were so helpful. ill definitely be buying from my 1st years again.

I ordered a children’s personalised table and chairs which are perfect but unfortunately one chair had a fault. After conversation via email with My first years we came to a mutually agreed outcome. I would order from them again
