Messaged customer service about a damaged product and spoke to Olivia. She was very helpful, quick at sorting the issue out and getting a replacement sent out asap. Very friendly and quick response time. I will definitely be shopping back here in the future.

I received fantastic customer service from Geraldine today, amending a mistake I made on an order! Extremely quick responses and issue resolved straight away. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from this great company.

Contacted my1st years querying my order and Mary Joyce was extremely helpful - updated my order to next day delivery to ensure it arrives in time - couldn’t fault her customer service! Will definitely use the company again

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! I like many others it seems have had the same experience with my 1st years and I will never order from them again. Placed an order for 2 wooden toys on the 4th January not personalised. Over 2 weeks pass and I have heard nothing from my 1st years. I send an email requesting an update and conveniently the same day I had reply from them stated that they could see the order had been shipped. Evri sent an email stating the parcel will be delivered on 15th January and has been stating this for the last week - clearly the order is lost in transit. I email again my 1st years to let them know - my response was stating that they contacted evri and I would now have to wait 24-48 working hours for a response as that's how long they need to wait for an update from evri. I have stated this is no longer my issue and that I would expect a full refund for items that I have not received!! Didn't even have an apology for all this. Not worth the hassle. Never will I order from this company again and I will be advising friends and family to avoid them.

I ordered a first birthday present, nicely engraved with recipients name and on the 11th January and selected the standard delivery of 3-5 working days, which you have to pay for btw. On Friday 17th I received an email from the company to say that my order was shipped. That means that the company hadn’t even sent my parcel within the delivery timeframe. As a result, the present is now late. I contacted the company to let them know about my disgruntlement and although they were polite, they accept no responsibility for the delay, blamed the delivery company, even though the delivery company hadn’t even received the parcel within their predicted timeframe, and offered a £5 credit to be retrieved through another purchase within 6 months. They rejected my request to receive a refund on the delivery itself explaining that their policy is not to do this and that the timeframe is only a guideline, however there is no reference to it being a guideline when ordering, no asterisk to the t&cs, which I find very misleading. As of today, 20th, a full 9 days after ordering and the 6th working day, my parcel is only just out for delivery between 9-10pm! I’m embarrassed and upset by this experience and will not risk using this company again.

Great products and easy website, but most impressed by the customer service. I had bought two dressing gowns that were to be personalised for a friends new baby and her older sister, only to have put the same name twice. In a world of automation this could easily have resulted in a wrong product (and an upset 3 year old...) but Aleksandra got in touch directly to clarify and quickly corrected the order. A breath of fresh air!

I received excellent customer service from Ewelina. She was prompt in her responses via email and sent me out a replacement backpack due to a fault with one I had previously ordered - all within 24 hours. Superb service and will definitely order again.

I ordered some personalised gifts. They sent some incorrect (cheaper) personalised items. The customer service was appalling and offered very little in the way of a solution. I would NEVER trust this company again. I never at any point asked for a refund, All I wanted was the difference back in cash that I had paid. Imagine buying a pair of Nike trainers at £100 but they sent you the wrong kind and those were valued at £50, When you complained, they offered you a £10 discount towarda a future purchase (as if you EVER would!!!) Their excuse was that their system was incapable of refunding the difference (it's 2025 for goodness sakes!) I have only completed this review out of principal! Buyers beware if you have a problem... Good luck! The company need not respond to this email with some false concern (although it's noted on trust pilot, you only respond to positive reviews!) We gave ample opportunities for you to do the right thing. We've written off the cash

The order took over 2 weeks to despatch despite the delivery that I paid for stating 3-5 working days. There was a complete lack of response from the company via email. They stated that they would get back to me within 24 hours but I didn't get an email response at all. I had to go through PayPal in order to get my order despatched.

Awful experience with this company. Order delayed, they had assured me it would be with me within the next 24 hours and I received nothing but an email to say my order has been cancelled!!! I have received no refund. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again. Stay clear for Joyce in customer service.

Fantastic experience with this company. Olivia provided amazing customer service when she amended an order for me for my niece, even though the error was my fault. I received a beautiful personalised dressing gown of lovely quality and can't wait to give it to my niece. Thank you, I would highly recommend them.

My order was initially delayed due but prompt email communication by Mary Joyce resolved the matter quickly and allowed my niece to enjoy her gorgeous gift. Highly recommend.
