Apr 10,2019The Coat I ordered I was nothing like represented in the Advert on Wowcher via Blufish. Shocking quality that moults. I would not even use this as a dressing gown. Blufish seemed at first helpful. But have now ignored my messages for a refund. I Would seriously never buy from here again and believe that Wowcher should take some some responsibility here. The coat has wonky lining seams, is not the item shown in the picture and i would not even give this charity as a freebie Totally agree with Stephanies review also below

Feb 21,2019After receiving my longline Teddy coat priced 24 euros inclusive of postage, I am horrified at the quality. It looks nothing like the pictures online and although it meant to be worn over clothing ie. Coat., actually is worse than any dressing gown ever seen or touched. This item is a misrepresentation of what is offered. Customer service dept online clearly states items need proof of delivery and could insue handling charges as well as need unopened to get the refund, so as well as being posted to Hong-Kong is costly and unscrupulous. Awful, I will not be ordering anything else from you.

Dec 20,2018I have bought something through Wowcher and it has not arrived. I have emailed them numerous times now and all they say is sorry but you'll have to wait! It is now 5 days till Xmas and my niece does not have a present yet. They do not seem to care at all. I just keep getting a generic response of please wait 12 working days. I ordered on the 30th November! They Can't offer an explanation or a solution, I am truly disappointed by their customer service.

Nov 21,2018Lovely item but small problem when item arrived. Emailed the company in the morning, had a reply 2 hrs later....... discussed options. Problem solved. I have to say I have never dealt with such an amazing Customer Service Department, EVER. Their staff are obviously well trained, professional, yet friendly and approachable and for once have their customers best interest at heart. I will certainly be using their Web site again.
