I ordered this rain jacket and it hadn't arrived on the day it was due, I emailed the supplier and they said they would look into it , which they did , but in the mean time my rain jacket came the next day . Well packaged and the waterproof jacket was very nice . I am very pleased with the quickness of this supplier when having to correspond with them Anyone who orders one of these jackets just be patient if not arrived by the day they have given you , you will get your item .

I would really like to know how any of the reviewers managed to contact this company??!! Having placed an order,money taken & an estimated delivery date given,i have not as yet received any goods.In trying to find out where my delivery is ,i am finding it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. All i want is to speak to someone & find out where my stuff is......suffice to say do not recommend!!!

My jacket was too big UK12 l emailed them they answered same day...very good service didn't have a smaller size ..so they are going to refund me and no need to send the jacket back Excellent service Sandra

I had been disappointed in an item I had ordered as it was damaged but it was going to cost me more than 50% of the price paid to return the item to Hong Kong. Matter resolved and my refund was processed without me having to return the item. Good outcome.

I ordered an item which didn’t fit very well so decided to send it back. Not an uncommon issue with on-line ordering. From the moment I contacted the company about this, they acted in a very professional, efficient manner. That’s why I gave them 5 stars. Their replies were very helpful and pleasant. It’s clear they take customer service very seriously. Other companies could learn a lot! On this basis, I’d would have no hesitation ordering from the company in the future. Well Done!

I am an elderly gent 73 years young and very wary of "This Type" of shopping , with so many companies offering "wonderful Bargains" I have got to say that my fears with this company My blufish were totally unfounded. From stage one to conclusion , excellent communication, and yes great bargains on the day , blufish are in my opinion well worthy of your consideration. I will most certainly be back without hesitation. Thank you Blufish and I am looking forward to doing all my Christmas gift shopping with you John

Amazing Customer Service. I contacted the company to get a refund for an order. After receiving a prompt response from them, this was sorted out very quickly without me sending the item back which was great. The customer service team member was very polite and resolved my query straight away. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I am really grateful to Blue Fish for their support in dealing with my issue quickly and promptly. Had an issue with an item I purchased but after contacting them to let them know my item was faulty straight away a replacement was sent out and received A ok. I would just like to say though maybe packing may need to be a little bit more robust, I spotted the courier so I went out to collect the parcel however due to the number of deliveries they have they were throwing parcels all over the place in the back of the van. I’m afraid they aren’t as careful as maybe they could be. This is where maybe a little more protection is needed for transit. Thanks for responding and resolving my issue.

Bought a bikini and the clasp fell off when I tried it on. Have no idea how to email them as the email address I have keeps returning saying it is classed as spam.

Very happy with customer service so far! Bought a swimwear that didn't suit me and they offered a refund without needing the item back. Was happy that I didn't have to send it all the way to Hong Kong to be returned :)

Goods were faulty on arrival but replacement arranged immediately. Just got to wait another 12 working days for them to arrive. Emails were polite and efficiently dealt with.
