Sep 26,2019The quality of the product was poor. I contacted through the link on Wowcher heard nothing. Contacted Wowcher bluefish then responded immediately and was in constant contact and couldn't do enough and happy to refund good customer service.

Sep 23,2019Emailed company yesterday re returning an item and requesting a refund. 3 emails earlier on today from bluefish to confirm my info detail's and to tell me my request for a refund was accepted and was being processed. Can't complain, Great service and sorted so quickly.

Sep 17,2019The waterproof jacket I ordered arrived and I could not believe my eyes when I saw the quality of the workmanship. Frayed toggles, cuffs not even stitched in alignment and threads hanging off everywhere. Also it is by no means waterproof. Also no contact details to be found anywhere on company website surprise surprise. Do not buy from this company!!

Sep 11,2019I bought a waterproof coat through wowcher. Wowcher don’t want to discuss the matter contact blufish directly they say. I have been unable to contact blufish. The coat is NOT waterproof at all The size is XXL I ordered a size 12. Absolute rubbish quality and rubbish customer service. I will NOT be using wowcher or blufish again. Upon reading my review blufish have refunded my money back to wowcher.

Sep 09,2019I received my raincoat which was very poor quality . I tried to get a refund but was told I had to return it to Hong Kong. It was not worth the postage so I have lost out. Rubbish Item. I advised Wowcher they should not be selling this item and have since unsubscribed as I didnt get any help from them either. Disgusted.

Sep 09,2019Bought two rain jackets. Cheap price but poor quality. Certainly would never cost the original price as advertised. To return them to Hong Kong would be expensive with no guarantee that they would arrive. Wont buy from this company again as I feel ripped off.

Sep 30,2019Sent boots back as they were to tight. Their customer service is excellent, kept me updated all the way by email. I will be getting a refund no quibble at all. Highly recommend blufish.
