Oct 15,2019I ordered an item twice by mistake through Wowcher, due to the payment details being assumed from a previous order. Wowcher told me to contact Blufish who immediately cancelled the duplicate order and instructed Wowcher to refund. Wiwcher have given me a credit, rather a full refund. The item arrived today and looks to be good quality and has been given a thumbs up by the recipient.

Oct 10,2019I recently contacted Myblufish concerning the non arrival of an order I had placed. I received a response saying they would organise and send a replacement to me. I then had the original order delivered after they had sent the replacement, so I informed them of this. To my surprise they informed me that I could keep the replacement as a gesture of goodwill which is very much appreciated. I would certainly purchase from them again in the future. Excellent customer service and feedback/updates received from them
