Ordered goods from Wowcher but didn't arrive got in contact with them and no problem sending out replacements not the first time I have purchased from them and wont be the last

The cover is excellent, problems with delivery due to Covid, item was going to be replaced but it turned up when emailing Blu Fish so let them know not to send another one.

Made an order with this company through Wowcher, the order never arrived on time so I contacted the company directly,they responded immediately offering to resend the order however the original turned up so not a problem. Seems a genuinely nice company who were happy to help.

Ordered some items from wowcher from Blufish and 1 did not arrive by the due date, i sent an email and they replied the same day offering a replacement or refund, i said i would like a replacement and they said it was no problem. The next day my item arrive so i contacted them again and i got a love email back saying no worries . Very good customer service highly recommended.

The best service I have received from any site., even when there was a slight problem they replied straight away and resolved the problem there & then.. Have already bought again from this site. Thanks a mill x

The best service I have found from any of the companies that advertise on Wowcher. I am definitely more likely to buy a product when it’s advertised by Blufish.

Thought item hadnt been delivered. When I emailed they got back to me the same day and were sending a replacement out to me but we got it no problem in the end. Great customer service

i had to report a faulty item and Myblufish responded instantly and have made it as easy as possible. Very impressed so far and hopefully the replacement will be suitable for use.

Excellent service in that emails were answered within hours. I ordered boots but sadly they never arrived so a replacement order was sent and arrived within a few days. The boots were to small but this was not a problem either because a larger size was ordered and I am currently waiting there arrival. The quality of the product wasn’t the best but you get what you pay for.

So not only do these joke of a business deny receiving emails chasing your order that you haven't received, they then ask you to send a further email and reply saying they must have lost your order and have sent a replacement...nope they haven't...and guess what...yep..they wont answer your emails again.....lost money, no goods arrived...no replacement. This company are thieves...whatever you do never use them ..you will lose your money. .

Ordered Wowcher tracksuit on 29/02 and delivered today so very quick delivery. Size Medium - ordered a 10. Size ok if a bit tight on bottom. No way would this be worth £50 and a push at £15. Material quite thin but nice on.

Order arrived on time but incorrect size arrived. However, the customer service team replied to my email almost immediately and resent the order. Hoping all will be fine once it arrives but excellent response so far.

Ordered my bag on January 31st, first bag did not arrive and no communication from the company. Messaged them and my bag has been lost in transit and a new one will be dispatched. My 12 working days expired today and again no bag and no communication from the company. I have asked for a refund and am thinking this is some kind of scam. Disappointed that Wowcher would endorse this company

Awful company do not use. I'm sure its a scam.Wish i had read all the reviews. Ordered through wowcher and the item never arrived. Emailed Blufish and they couldn't find my order. I sent all the confirmations through from Wowcher and they managed to find it. Said they would send a replacement but it would be another 12 days. I have been waiting since the 7th Feb for this order. Save your money and order through a different company.

I am also waiting for a delivery to arrived which was expected on or before 17th February. I too have sent a couple of emails now. Unfortunately after reading reviews many customers are also experiencing the same issues. I will not be ordering from your company again. I am not even seeking a refund. I am seeking the 2 products that I ordered on 3rd February. Can you please advise me by my email when I will be receiving the products and where they are? It’s disappointing to see your company responding to 1* review and not customer emails. EDIT: Whilst I appreciate your speedy response to my email and current review I do not appreciate being told that today at 11:08 was the first time I brought it to your attention. I am more than happy to email your CS with my sent receipts emailed to you on 29 February 2020 at 19:58 2 March 2020 at 18:23 Thank you! EDIT No.2 - 20th March 2020. I have been told my replacement order will be here within 12 business days from 3rd March. Once again I am not surprised to find that half of my order is still missing. Can someone please respond to my email ASAP regarding the missing product once again! This is unacceptable service!! Extremely disappointed once again.

Well well! it appears that I’m not the only customer who placed an order with blufish via wowcher! Blufish, I placed an order with yourselves in January for 2 fleece hoody cardigans, 1 black and 1 navy, both size 20 via wowcher, expected the delivery around 17th/18th of Feb 2012, my delivery didn’t arrive. I have sent you 2 emails regarding this matter and I have also reported it to wowcher. If you have emails that go to your junk/spam folder then it’s your duty as a merchant to check that folder daily! These are the order nos’ 32934587 black 32934742 blue, both items size 20. I am now going to report this matter to the Consumer Board as it’s now very clear that your company is scamming people out of their money. With the amount of customers complaining of the same issue, I’m sure that the consumer board will be treating this matter seriously.

Placed order through Wowcher and I'm still waiting. I've e mailed and they did respond saying it's lost in transit and they would send another but I'm still waiting! Update on order. Received a reply and refund straight away and had great correspondence from them so now going to give them 4 stars.

I placed my order through Wowcher on 28th Jan 2020. I was supposed to receive my order on or before 11th February, but as I didn't receive it I emailed Wowcher, they told me to contact Blu Fish direct. I didn't get a response, so I put in a claim with PayPal 3 days ago and Blu Fish have still not contacted me after I sent several emails. I will not be buying from them ever... Stay well clear. Only gave 1 star as you can't give zero star.

Bought blazer through wowcher..expected delivery 14th February..received nothing and no communication. Now I cant even trace it. I'm disgusted and will not recommend
