May 15,2020Unfortunately not received my order, or any response to my emails. Ordered through Wowcher, will not be using either company again. The dress I ordered was for my nieces birthday, so I ended up not giving her a present. Disgusted with their lack of contact.

May 11,2020I ordered the two piece striped tracksuit through wowcher and it arrived today - suffice to say I wish I had read the reviews in the actual quality which I am so dissatisfied with! It this thin and flimsy when I was expected sweatshirt type thickness! I went into Wowcher to return it only to find that once they notify the supplier the return address is in fact in Hong Kong!! So a tracksuit that costs £12 plus £3.95 postage (posted from a distribution centre in Cardiff) will cost me another £6.45 postage to return! Maybe that’s what they rely on people but bothering! Will not be using again!!!!

May 08,2020How dare you ignore me. Emailed the only email address on their dodgy website several times, as I paid for my order and it has not been delivered and there has been no reply to my many emails. WILL BE REPORTING FOR FRAUD.

May 01,2020Great customer service. The goods were late so I emailed customer service and got an immediate response. Then the goods arrived same day. Unfortunately the quality of the actual fliflops was poor or this could have been a 5 star review

Apr 30,2020For the customer Service responses you definely deserve 5 stars quick to respond when delivery late and quick to respond when refund requested. Unfortunately for me the product; side stripe joggers set was extremely poor quality not worth 50p let alone the original retail price of almost £50 Lets hope Wowcher customer service follow your lead and provide a full refund quickly.

Apr 30,2020Contacted customer services when shoes were over delivery date. They responded less than 24 hours later to apologise and offered to send a new pair. The shoes arrived later the same day as my email was sent so no need. Very polite and quick response to tell them all ok.

Apr 30,2020If I'm honest I thought they were genuine until my order didn't arrive on the date said! They then said they would send out a replacement as it's got lost in transit (again nothing not even confirmation) Try to request a refund and the email for one spelling is awful! I'm starting to believe it's one big scam!

May 16,2020Ordered dress, dress very poor quality material, lots of hanging threads, broken zip and dress at least two sizes too small. Very disappointed. Have been unable to reach company. Dont use this company.
