First install of the brand and Akrum and Russell across a couple of calls were class at getting me setup with correct features and settings. Thanks lads for making it simple and giving my tips for future installs. Regards Simon
Sam was excellent, called back as promised and sorted my issue in no time
Great service from Lily. Knowledgeable and patient. Sorted the issue with the CT clamps and menu options. Great service Lily, well done!
Lily was brilliant. I am a technophobe and couldn’t work out this modern stuff - the app i spent an hour on trying to work was sorted by Lily in 5 minutes!
I had a problem with Zappi wallbox (ticket #414200) and the Myenergi company after telling me to send a new wallbox, is disappeared! Be careful when buying MYENERGI products!!
Had to contact technical support after exhausting all online guides, Forums and YouTube assistance. Darren and Sam explained each step of the way. My Harvi kept losing the signal, possibly due to being located in a meter box,18m from the zappi. Thanks to My Energi for providing a good technical and patient team.
weareev (James and Andy) recommended the myenergi systems and both my whole family is happy that we went with their recommendation! They installed the Libbi 10kW battery, Eddi to the hot water tank and Zappi 2 for our EV charging. The software controls is amazing and when we had a hiccup and bugs, Will from myenergi was super helpful via email/phone. Here's to many years of green and clean energy!
I had a firmware update issue that caused display problems with the App. The Myenergi team triaged the issue and an experienced technician call me back. The issue was solved in quick time. Great service.
Dave was brilliant on support. Managed to fix my problems straight away and knew exactly what he was talking about. We need more ppl like Dave please!
I decided on 16 panels, a zappi car charger, 5 kWh battery, inverter, water heater and a pair of backup power sockets for a total cost of £14,790 including installation. The Myenergi system installed is controlled in my case by an iPhone app which is great letting you see solar energy generated, power in and out of the battery, power used to heat water, power to house, power to car, power exported or imported from the grid. The system has been running for about a year so far with no major problems. I had an extra 5kWh battery fitted and with this I found that in the summer I could store enough solar generated electricity so that no electricity was required from the grid overnight. In the summer I can also use solar power to power my PHEV using the Zappi which means I do not need petrol for most local trips. Excess power is exported to the grid generating income. In the winter the battery can be charged cheaply at night and combined with solar energy greatly reduces my winter electricity bills. To conclude I find the Myenergi system is easy to use and brilliant at minimising my electricity costs. So I am happy to strongly recommend it.
The technical assistance provided today was expertly handled by the MyEnergi team. Since I'm a tech geek myself, I can attest to the quality of these guys. We managed to fix the problem with the two Zappi chargers, which surprised me. Regards.
Our Eddi suddenly started detecting multiple devices on the app. After a call to the MyEnergi team we got a call from the tech support team. Sam was extremely helpful and patient in guiding us through the steps to finally resolve the issue. Excellent guidance and quick response!
I engaged with the Customer Support (Ashleigh) and Technical Support teams at myenergi and the service they provided really was first class. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and helped to solve my problem quickly and efficiently.
As ever, excellent customer service from people who really understand their products and can walk you through fixes easily and clearly over the phone.
The Zappi v2 is on its own a great piece of kit, and I would have no issue recomending it to any EV owner. The after sales service and technical faults service are also excellent to a fault. Well done.
Great customer service from a lady in England who I could understand and was knowledgable and helpful. Just how it should be. This kind of customer service is what will keep me as a customer now and in the future.
I've got an Eddi and a Zappi, both great products and I've found that in the event of any difficulties the UK bases support team is easy to get hold of and solve the problem
I had initial problems setting up my Eddi internet access, I watched several video's both my energy & on you tube all of which said set up was straight forward. But in my case I just couldn't get it to load. I raised a help desk ticket and a very helpful technician phoned me back and went through it all from the begging and we got it loaded while staying on the phone.
Looking for a quote for a EV Charger , there website wont give you a quote without putting your phone number and email in, and then it gives you a rough price but wants 89.00 to do a survey just to get your quote price, never had this before with any other company, and reading the neg feedback im glad i wont be using there service .

Sep 21,2024Fault tickets not actioned - Once I chased after a week I did eventually get an email response (although was promised a call back). Also as you cannot view or update a support ticket in the portal is a missed opportunity for providing a great customer experience
