Jul 12,2023I am a very happy Myenergi customer and have a Zappi, an Eddi and a Harvi installed. They have made such a difference to our household and help us live a more environmentally friendly way of life. We are always talking about Myenergi to our friends, colleagues, and highly recommend their products. There were one or two minor issues after a firmware update and after our Eddi was fitted about a month ago. I rang the technical support and spoke to Kieran. He was polite, friendly, helpful, professional and completely understood what the issues were. He solved them all very quickly and with no fuss. It's reassuring to know that when I need to call the company that they resolve the issues so well and quickly.
