After an initial call to the Support Line, our issue was passed to the Technical Team. Apart from the initial wait time for their call back, the technical support offered by the team member Tom was excellent. He walked us through every step required to reset our system, and our issue was successfully resolved as a result

Had a problem with my car not charging from the solar using the myenergi zappi, contacted myenergi and then had a call back from Tom from the technical support team who over the next week tried all different types of things to get the zappi to work. Tom did not give up or try to fob me of he would email and call to see how thing were going until the zappi was working again.

Recomending the eddi, zappi and harvi all working well. I have the myenergi support and app ♡showing household energy usage at any time of the day. Fantastic♡thank you. I have the ev charging and there are offers for ev charging times through my supplier.

I wish I didn’t need to write this review as when I bought my first Zappi the mk1 I really was keen to support a British company even though they had lots of software blips. My first Zappi. Mk1 became faulty within 2 years of installation. Myenergi sent a replacement mk2 with an engineer to replace it. Within a few days that too was faulty apparently the mains connections block was the fault as it didn’t tighten down on the conductors, a known fault. A second Zappi was sent out to replace it and that worked up for over 3 years until a just over a week ago. Fortunately I took out their extended warranty of 5 year so now waiting for yet another Zappi to be fitted. Counting from the Mark 1 that means I’ll be on my 4 Zappi and that doesn’t say much for the quality of these charge points. If one goes on you tube “Artisan Electrics” does a comparison of all the charge points they fit and sadly myenergi Zappi seem to have a problem as he say he’s getting warranty calls from myenergi averaging two or three every day in the area Artisan covers. That’s really not very good at all. Would I buy a Zappi again, probably not, even though I like the way it integrates with my solar and Eddie diverter.

My Zappi has been throwing faults since June. In mid July they became frequent and I logged a ticket. A replacement unit was sent out 2 WEEKS later, but it was faulty, and returned (took a whole extra week just to get the installer to come by). It took 3 WEEKS on top of that, and numerous calls and emails, to get a confirmation that a new replacement would be sent. Well that’s just talk it seems. They told me they’d send it, but now refuse to actually send it. Total radio silence despite the issue being prioritised. Kudos to Fiona on the Ireland team for chasing up the ticket with the UK team, who is responsible for sending the new unit. But the UK team dropped the ball. Last month my Zappi died entirely - a high voltage piece of equipment attached to my house is throwing voltage faults every time I connect my car - a fire hazard. I’m spending hours and a LOT of money on public charging, and despite this being prioritised, the UK team still hasn’t responded or sent out a replacement. Myenergi Ireland, awesome to deal with! Myenergi UK, sorely disappointing and clearly no regard for your customers, only new sales…

Help! I recently changed my internet provider and my Zappi asks me to use wps but it doesn’t work. Any ideas? Now discovered a YouTube video that sorted the problem- thanks MyEnergi.

Massive thanks to Steve on the customer service helpline for talking me through updating, connecting my harvi and zappi to the hub. I was having a challenging time trying to get it all set up to go on the Octopus intelligent go tariff for the new electric car. Steve talked me through it all, monitored the updates remotely which took about 30 minutes and then called me back to get everything set up. Brilliant- many thanks Steve and My Energy.

We had excellent advice from Peter at myenergi. Phone helpline answered within a couple of minutes, and Peter then led us patiently through the process of re-setting our Zappi 2. We couldn’t have done it without him - the YouTube help video didn’t deal with our problem, and delighted with his service. Thanks Peter. All now good

I had an issue with the myenergi app in that I couldn’t control my Zappi charger. I submitted an email form and Tom from Technical Support responded very quickly. After a couple of emails to get the settings etc he resolved the issue. Great service.

I'm not sure why people are complaining about their customer service. I had an issue, got through on the phone in 10 minutes, they couldn't fix the problem but organised a call back with a technician within the hour and fixed the problem remotely. Everything now works fine. They're even good on their emails and ticketing system. I'd probably buy from them again based on their support alone.

I had an issue which was a disaster for me and I needed help. My car (Ionic 5) usually charged flawlessly on ac. Suddenly it started charging for an hour or so (random times) then stopping. As an end user this is a nightmare, no schedules work and you have no idea how much the car will charge as you sleep, if at all. Tom in MyEnergi’s technical support was really excellent in helping me sort the issue. Fast response and an understanding of the issue were so important to me. It turned out to be a plug issue with the car which Tom suggested from experience with others. Brilliant service. Thank you

Had an issue with my Zappi which I not have updated in a long time, got great support, help and guidance how to proceed and make the update succesfull. It was quick response to my ticket, easy to follow the instructions and a friendly and nice tone
