I had great support from Clodagh this week. She understood my issue straight away and offered good suggestions on how to resolve. She was very quick to respond to my feedback and ultimately she solved the problem for me!

Solved the issue promptly. Couldn't find the answer using the FAQ so contacted support. Supplied all the info required and Lily remotely updated the firmware and that solved the issue. All now working as expected and very happy with the support and communication. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my app on my phone not connected to my car charger Zappi. It had worked for several months and then got disconnected. I thought, and so did My Energi Customer Support, that it was an issue with the wifi connection and I spent ages on the phone going through lots of different scenarios. Eventually we realised that Zappi was no longer set up as a device on their car charger and the customer service guy went through with me on how to set up Zappi from scratch etc. I have nothing but praise for the My Energi guy who was so patient with me and i have no hesitation in recommending My Energi to anyone else. I used to have another car charger from Rolec and that was a disaster. I eventually threw it away!

Myenergi have been fantastic from day 1. Anyone considering buying one of their products can rest assured you are buying something exceptional. Their after sales are particularly good with a special mention to Chris Davis who has gone above and beyond.

Nice unit initially but it kept breaking down. Has been repaired once under warranty, then on second occasion the replacement was fitted but dead on arrival. I have been left for months with no working charger and no progress updates.

I had a problem with my Eddi after a significant software update and all my settings were lost. In short Peter the senior tech was superb, patient and very diligent. He knew every setting and what to do and offered me some useful tips how to maximise my benefits further. What a great experience…thank you Peter!

A technical support service that listens and is willing to help and support developmental work with customers to explore solutions to problems. Phone support is excellent and if they can't answer straight away they will get back to you to follow through to a solution.

My Zappi stopped working after 4 years. I made initial contact online using their form to raise a 'ticket' and sending in the required photos. After a week I just got a 'sorry we've not got around to answering' email asking if I still needed help. One star deducted for atrocious, slow, ineffectual response to online contact which wasted over a week. Tried again by phone - success, except they reckoned my Zappi was out of warranty whereas I knew I'd purchased an extended warranty. Further delay whilst this went back and forth and they found the error. Another week wasted, another star deducted. Finally I was dealing with real people allocated to my 'ticket' and at this point MyEnergi service improved. A replacement cable was shipped out promptly, and an initial issue with fitting was immediately diagnosed.

I had lots of problems with myenergi app after getting a new modem. Clodagh was brilliant and helped me through the whole thing. She needed a lot of patience as I didn’t know what I was doing. Excellent service.

Sue the agent that I dealt with was very helpful and sorted my problem out quickly. Its nice when someone follows through once you have put the phone down and then keeps you informed by email on what is happening. Great service.

Sam in Tech Support was excellent. Talked me through everything I needed to do and explained the implications of not having had the CT Clamp fitted by the installer. Sam was patient and did not put me under pressure or make me feel silly as he walked me through the set up process.

Had problems loading App onto a new phone, explained problem to their help desk, agreed a convenient call back time, received the call within 5 minutes of agreed time. Technical support was excellent, very patient with quite a senior citizen, quickly recognised the problem and resolved immediately. Well done, zappi may not be the cheapest but you can't put a price on service!

Wonderful to return to 5 Star service. I rated both a 5 and 1 star last year and was delight to receive a 5 star return I had an issue having recently switched to Octopus Energy and scheduling the Zappi charge to my EV. I Initially spoke with a gentleman called James who was very helpful and checked some things and advised Octopus was not talking to the Zappi and would request a Technical Engineer call me over the next 2 days. I received the call 2 hours later from Tom. Who was equally very helpful and he resolved the issue which was due to the initial set up with Octopus but he talked me through sorting that out My faith is restored with myenergi customer service to support a great product

We purchased a Zappi, an Eddi and a Harvi in October 2023. The Zappi and the Eddi suddenly stopped working on 15 September 2024. We contacted our installer, who advised us to contact myenergi direct, as he said that "they have been quite slow to reply to tickets for me, so a call is probably best for a quick resolution". We should have realised then that it wasn't going to be a quick fix. It is now 7 October and our ticket with myenergi has still not been resolved. The earliest date they can give us for an engineer to come out is 15 October. The "help" centre are useless; they never call back when they promise and there have been unacceptable delays in sending out a replacement Zappi. They will not book an engineer appointment until you have received your equipment. It is so disappointing. We will have been without our EV charger for a month, and we have also lost our hot water supply as the Eddi isn't working. We are really unimpressed with the aftersales support.

Wir haben uns im Juni diesen Jahres bewusst für die Zappi entschieden, weil wir neben unserem Privatfahrzeug noch das Geschäftsauto laden und mit dem Arbeitgeber abrechnen müssen. Leider gab es bereits bei der Installation Schwierigkeiten mit dem Anlegen der beiden Fahrzeuge sowie der Zuweisung der Ladevorgänge im Zappi-Profil. Der Elektriker unseres Installationsunternehmens hat fast zwei Stunden damit verbracht, ohne Erfolg. Beim Telefonat mit dem myenergi-Support gab es eine Rückmeldung, dass dies an einem Software-Problem liege, welches in den nächsten Wochen behoben werden sollte. Als es nach 2,5 Monaten immer noch nicht behoben wurde, hat unser Installateur wieder versucht den Support zu erreichen, was nach mehreren Anfragen tatsächlich geklappt hat. Daraufhin rief der Support-Mitarbeiter bei uns an, gab sich ratlos und sagte, dass dieses Problem bereits seit Anfang des Jahres besteht! Das macht uns sprachlos - für uns sieht so eine Vorgehensweise wie eine bewusste Täuschung aus. Unserem Installateur war dieser Fehler nicht bekannt und obwohl er anscheinend bereits seit längerem bestand, wurde trotzdem weiterhin online mit dieser Funktion beworben! Bei uns führt es nun dazu, dass wir die Beladung des Firmenfahrzeugs seit Juni nicht mehr beim Arbeitgeber abrechnen können und jeden Monat dadurch Geld verlieren. Vor einer Woche hat unser Installateur sogar den Direktor von myenergi Deutschland angeschrieben - bisher ohne jegliche Reaktion. Wenn wir innerhalb der nächsten Tagen immer noch keinen Lösungsvorschlag seitens myenergi bekommen, welcher die komplette finanzielle Entschädigung seit Juni beinhaltet, sehen wir uns gezwungen rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten. Die zappi schneidet bei diversen Vergleichen zwar gut ab, nach unserer Erfahrung mit dem technischen Support und der Bewerbung von nicht funktionsfähigen Merkmalen halten wir myenergi jedoch auf keinen Fall für empfehlenswert. Eine Bitte an den/diejenigen, der/die unsere Bewertung womöglich kommentiert: bitte keine Hinweise wie "Bitte wenden Sie sich mit Ihrem Anliegen an unsere Zentrale mit der Telefonnummer..." - es wurde leider bereits zu viel Zeit mit dem Anhören Ihrer Warteschleifen-Musik verschwendet.
