Shaun Excellent presentation, made us feel at ease and stopped and answered all questions Went through the course in layman terminology that made it very easy to understand and excellent examples Looking forward to the other courses in due form

Had a problem with my Eddi but Tom talked me through performing a factory reset and was even able to talk me through re-entering all my custom settings - absolute time saver and now fully functional again. Thank you all.

I had a Zappi2 installed on existing power supply infrastructure and it worked flawlessly for over a year when suddenly my remote access started to show up incorrectly. Despite a complete reconfiguration that I carried out myself I was unable to resolve the issue. The support team at Myenergi were great and very quickly diagnosed that I would need the unit replaced. Sarah Smith then commenced what can only be called impeccable service/support of the situation, very quickly booking a service visit. I sent in the requisite details and was advised that a different breaker should be installed prior to the swap, this was arranged with my installer. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the system was duly swapped over and the installation recorded in the Jumptech system. A couple of weeks later, upon review of the installation photos, the install team manager decided that (at Myenergi's expense) a follow up visit was required to re-route the power supply to the charger. Sarah once again took over and a Revisit was arranged. This second visit resulted in the installation of new supply takeoff in the meter cabinet, new surge protection and RCD breakers, essentially a full new current IET regs installation. I cannot praise the entire support and installation team enough, they stand behind a fantastic product and I can highly recommend the Zappi brand. Thank you.

We can't thank Lily @Zappi enough for her patience and knowledge today, talking us through the different steps to re-set our Zappi. Nothing was too much, and was a delight to talk to. I wish all companies employed staff like Lily! Bravo Zappi!

Really helped me through set up as my electrician who's fitted the Zappi had used it to charge so I didn't have my registration code. Lily helped me with how to go about recovering it , if you're having trouble use technical support don't struggle along.

I had an issue with my zappi charger due to incorrect installation - although it was not installed by my energi, they were still amazing. They have bent over backwards to help me resolve my issues - which I hasten to add are nothing to do with them. The help desk representative Tom has been excellent and arranged for an engineer to call to check the set of the installation. The engineer Stuart came today who was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot praise this company enough. Thank you so much. Fantastic, exemplary customer service.

There is a problem with the zappi charger and apparently a standard part is being sent to our address, but only until the part arrives can we get back in contact to organise for a technicians visit. Has been almost a week since that call and no way to track the part being delivered. Very surprised how poor the customer service has been. Cannot recommend this product if this is the after care service provided. Lucky we have a petrol car as a 2nd car.

Customer service is a waste of time, one asks a question to which no response is received, until a week later and even that was to say sorry for nobody getting in contact. I wont be investing in this product, EVER!

Excellent service from the support team; My Zappi stopped working and wouldn't work or connect with the Eddi despite updating the Zappi's firmware as requested. The My Energy App had yellow warning triangles for every item connected to the Eddi. Rang the helpline Monday am, got through within a minute, was told an engineer would ring but maybe not until the next day. 5 hours later, an engineer rang, deduced what the issue was and talked me though updating & resetting the Eddi in about 5 minutes. Everything restored perfectly!

Had an issue with gaining access to my account, and I received updates about my query. The response from Liam was really helpful and sorted out the problem very quickly. The communication was very professional and I’d happily contact them should I need help.

1. They answered the phone quickly without assuring me that my call was important to them. 2. The person who answered (Lily) was polite, kind and clearly knew what she was doing. 3. Lily quickly found the problem and said she would email details on how I could reset things to fix it. 4. She sent the email quickly . 5. It worked. This is quite possibly the best helpline ever!

The response from Myenergi was so pedestrian. I t tool a month of nagging to get a response. However, once triggered the parts arrived promptly and contractor, Lee Morris of Mozak Ltd responded very quickly and efficiently

I have just moved house and could not log into the myenergi app. I contact the help desk who were very helpful and guided me through the process providing all the information required for the set up.

I had a problem with my Zappie not connecting to the my energie app after having an Eddie removed due to having gas heating installed and water tank removed. Tried my supplier who could only help so far and advised getting a wi fi extender which I didn’t do. Rang My Energie support who got back to me and talked me through the process to get the Zappie up and running again. Very impressed with the technical advisor who sorted this for me. Great company and products.

A Zappi EV charger installed by previous house owner. Need to reset the EV charger in order to get the registration code. Suellen from myenergi GB support team gave me a great help to instruct me how solve my issue.

Truly excellent customer support. Once it was clear my zappi was unrepairable due to firmware corruption, a replacement new zappi was dispatched and a local installer arranged.... brilliant support thank you myenergi
