Von heute auf morgen geht gar nichts mehr, der Elektriker ist abgetaucht - unfassbar.
I had a connection issue with my devices. I phoned myenergi tech support and spoke to Tom who was friendly, polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Tom swiftly helped me to resolve the issue. Thank you.
My contact at Zappi helpline (Tom) was patient (I am a newbie to Zappi) honest (about variables which might be causing problems) and helpful (he set up some of my charging times remotely). He also followed up when it didn't work out OK first time and eventually we got there so that it charged at the times I wanted. Having read user comments I can see that Zappi users are a persistent and courageous lot, going into complex set-ups far beyond my elementary demand for timed charging. If they all get the standard of support I did from Tom then they should get there in the end.
I was experiencing issues with my two zappis, I strongly suggest the installer hadn't set then up correctly after a recent repair. The service team(Akrum) at Myenergy were extremely helpful via email and managed to help me get both Zappis up and running.
great support from the support line by email and phone, helped me sort out a firmware update issue. Very happy with the support team
Had a couple of WiFi and setting issues and the team talked me through them and the unit is working fine.
As installers of myenergi products for several years we wanted to keep up with the latest guidance and products. Shaun the trainer was very friendly and explained all clearly. Will certainly continue to use the training provided by myenergi.
Had a brief problem with my Zappi charger - phoned up, got through to Tom very quickly, and he ironed the whole thing out for me in no time, then sent over a few extra articles to help me get the best out of my charger in future. Highly recommended!
We inherited the Zappi after purchasing our house. It all seemed very complicated to get it working with our wifi and new account, but Suellen from their 1st line support desk patiently talked me through it. Very impressed.

I have a zappi ev charger. Sadly the software and support available from myenergi is a total disaster. Before you consider go for one of their ev chargers please read about the issues many people are having with scheduling charging. And if you have 2 EVs forget it. Very disappointed
I purchased myenergi products when the business was new and up and coming. Taking a chance on the first version of Zappi and then the hub and Eddi was concerning for warranty due to new start up. Recently updated one of my products which was my mistake due to age of product and not compatible with the product I had rendered one of my products not communicating to the others. I contacted myenergi support to try and assist with back dating my product. To my amazement not only was there quick support, I was given a refurbished replacement Eddi unit free of charge. My old unit was out of warranty by 3 years. Best service and support I have ever experienced from any business. Well done to all at myenergi.

I had a Zappi charger installed at the same time as a solar system. I didn't use the charger for some time after installing and when I looked at using it, I had a few issues connecting the charger to my network and setting up the app. Tech support were very responsive and helpful.
We recently started to have some problems with getting our electric car to charge only using excess energy from our solar panels. I made a phone call to the myenergi team with, I must admit, some trepidation. Our experience with contacting other companies for technical support in the past has been very mixed, to say the least. But I need not have worried. I found the team at myenergi extremely helpful and easy to deal with. They very quickly diagnosed a problem with the harvi part of the system, which works out where power is coming from and how much can be used to charge the car, without drawing from the grid. Having raised the issue on a Monday, by Thursday lunchtime we had received and been talked through how to install a new harvi, under warranty, and the car charger was back to working correctly. I found Sam, who was the technical advisor who talked us through the diagnosis and new install, brilliant - patient, clear, using non-technical language which made it very easy to follow his over the phone instructions. All members of the team that we dealt with were empathetic, understanding and quick to sort through the issue. On the day the replacement harvi arrived, we had bright sunshine and I asked Viktoriia, our service coordinator, if it might be possible to get a call back that day to talk me through the install, so that we could make use of the excess solar power we were generating. I was delighted to get a call from Sam to get the install done very quickly and the car back to charging from excess energy from the panels. I could not have hoped for prompter, better customer service, with an excellent turn around time and communication to keep me informed of what was going on. Thank you to the myenergi team!
Real world experience and advice. Looks at how to setup and install the device but more importantly how it interacts with the other devices and how to get them to communicate.
My experience with myenergi has been exceptionally good. My Zappi charger for my Tesla was installed almost 5 yrs ago and every time I need help with troubleshooting there was help available. Their call centre in Lincolnshire has the most polite, professional and caring members of staff willing to help. They even replaced my charger for free after warranty as my complaint was retrospective within the warranty period. Their owner had given me her personal contact and was very forthcoming with offering help.
BE CAREFUL BEFORE BUYING.I have Zappi Vehicle Charger, the socket which goes into the vehicle has cracked whilst removing from the car, not dropped on the floor. My energi are now trying to make me pay for a replacement cable and not honour the warranty. This company makes any excuse NOTto honour a defective device.

Our requirements were for a battery, as we already have solar pv and a ev fast charger. All systems are working perfectly and have definitely been a good investment.
