I had a complex network problem at home. As a result of work by my network provider, the Eddi we have could not communicate with the network and pairing didn’t work. The team at MyEnergi were very ready to help, very slick at advising me, and very patient as I followed their instruction. Everything now works perfectly. It was a very good example of first rate customer care.
Absolutely fantastic service from myenergi. The team helped to ensure that everything was in place for my new EV install which went seamlessly. Shaun our installer was highly professional in carrying our the work today and did a brilliant job. Handover was seamless and guided us through the integration with the solar system and set us up ready to go. Really great job by all involved and would highly recommend myenergi for EV chargers and installation.
Had an issue with the interface between the energy supplier (Octopus) and my Zappi. Myenergi customer support went through the problem and got it all working with real time responses.

Bailey was brilliant in dealing with an aged non techie and made dealing with my issue very easy . Also explained what more I could do on the app which has made it all the more interesting. Eddi is a great piece of equipment.

Had the Eddi installed by a MyEnergi engineer and I am delighted with both the service provided and the product. The engineer (Max) was exceptionally efficient and had installed the product within no time and gave me a tutorial on the App and website. He also was able to install a separate clamp so I can see my generation / usage anytime / Eddi anywhere and even make sure I have hot water for when I get home. We have hot water all the time and have saved 83KWh of gas usage in 16 days. Delighted, just wish I had done this sooner.
Having had my energi products Zappi and Harvi for over a year without any problems, my phone app suddenly stopped working. After several weeks my Zappi stopped working. I went through several resets as detailed online without any success and therefore rang My Energi support. The phone was answered with little delay and after a brief conversation I was told that I would receive a call from a technician. I very quickly received a call from Sam who was extremely helpful. He talked me through changing numerous settings on my Zappi whilst having to call at least five times with dropped calls. The fault was rectified and Sam was extremely helpful and patient throughout
Had Myenergi products at home for years and recently installed a Zappi at my business address. Zappi unfortunately arrived faulty, however this was sorted quickly and efficiently once reported. A further settings issue was reported and fixed same day today. (Thanks Sam). Perfect service and highly recommended!
I have a hybrid with 18kwh battery. I had a zappi installed 29 june 2024 with a solar panel array and battery. I use the Myenergi app on my phone to try to control the car charging. The app is poorly designed and full of jargon. Analysis graphs and statistical outputs hard to interpret. Seemingly muddled nonsense. The app is clunky and slow and it seems the World just has to wait while the app and the zappi wake up and respond every time you want to do something. The app screen controls on my phone don't respond in real time or not at all and you keep having to repeat touch screen actions until something eventually works. Very often the app changes commands or just does what it wants. For example if I command 5kw of car charging to use solar excess power it could randomly just run away with itself and dump all my battery power meaning I have to buy from grid. The GUI on the unit itself is poor and not intuitive to use. It keeps locking my car charge cable so I can't remove it from the zappi! This is a seriously flawed product with a sloppily crafted app which is hard to use. Until they get their act right....AVOID!!!!

Sam was excellent and talked me through the issues I was having with my Zappi. I didn't know that my Hub is no longer required with my new Zappi so I didn't need to synchronise this with the Hub. Also she arranged for an engineer to ring me back to help me to get my App working with the new Zappi which was all great!

I've had ongoing issues with my Hub losing its pairing with Zappi which has been very frustrating. Russell had the patience and time to assist me investigating not just the Hub but guiding me inside the Zappi and then altering some settings. He communicated with me regularly over the next 2 weeks to check and I was able to confirm it has now stabilised. It is so much easier with 'Tech' when someone shows a genuine interest to help rectify an issue and I'm not left myself to try and resolve

Aug 07,2024I have a Zappi, Eddi, Battery, Panels, Heat pump and a VW ID3. I recently moved from Octopus Go to Intelligent Octopus Go. I have recently had several issues with my set up. Sam sent me instructions about what to do. I hit problems. After phoning Myenergi Sam phoned back within minutes. He was excellent talking this 76 year old through the many steps required with great patience and expertise. I hope everything will now be ok. I cannot say how grateful I am to Sam. Probably the best telephone helpline experience I have had.
