After a couple of contacts though email support which did not resolve my issue, the hub was not recognising the Zappi. Russell offered to phone me so we agreed a mutually convenient time, he rang on time and talked me through the process, found it didn’t work, so reinstalled the system reestablished the connection, and then explained how to start an update of the firmware. He then helped me access the newly updated Zappi App. All of this demanded Russell’s patience and perseverance, he was very good natured and supportive throughout and three quarters of an hour later he left me with a system that was working properly. Result!
Awful! Trying to set up my zappi charger and the initial instructions I was given were incorrect - I tried to contact myenergi - no telephone numbers available - so created a service request, 9 days later they responded with a YouTube video, which started well but when my charger didn’t respond as per the video I was then stuck again - go to the FAQ’s and there are hundreds of intructions but none that appeared relevant to my issue! So what do I do wait another 9 days for another video! Contacted by installer - took 3 electricians to try and fix it, including a call to the tech team who said it was now sorted! Just tried to plug in the car and nothing I now have another error code! Poor customer service, too many video tutorials which aren’t relevant - in my opinion, aviod it’s not worth the effort! Thanks for your reply - however this is not actually the case and I have 2 electricians currently on site talking to your technical team trying to resolve the issues! Do not blame me due to your lack of availability
Had my Zappi 2 Charger for 2 years and needed some technical support. Originally I spoke to Will from MyEnergi’s technical support team who deduced my charger needed a new wifi card to get it connected to the internet. The new wifi card arrived and then I requested a call back to guide me through installing the new wifi card. Tom called me back 20 minutes after the request and stayed on the phone for half an hour to get the wifi card installed, connected to the internet & app set up. Tom was very patient and helpful. Thank you.
shocking customer service, video tutorials are far too fast to try and follow, contacted customer serivces twice, reply was "zappi is online" but this was not the problem, no contact number to speak to someone to discuss. Stay clear of this company I am disappointed with your response. I tried several times to contact you. I supplied all the relevant information you requested and it is only after my review contact was made. It is very unfortunate that you only respond to negative reviews when I contacted more than once to try and fix the problems.
My Zappi charger from Myenergi faulted so I called the helpline expecting substantial challenge and an argument but it was the total opposite. Steve listened to my explanation, sent me an email where I supplied some photos of the installation and the following day Sarah contacted me to say they will arrange for a new charger to be sent out. The customer service is first class, very helpful and quick to deal with any issues. I would 100% recommend buying a Zappi and special thanks to Sarah for amending part of the order - thank you!
Have had a Zappi charger for over two years and always found it very reliable. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working a short while ago and so phoned the Myenergi office. Have dealt with Kate there since the problem occurred and she has been extremely helpful in organising a replacement. Delighted to find that the unit was still under warranty and therefore a new unit plus a local specialist company was organised to come to fit it. New Zappi now up and running with no problems. Thanks to Myenergi for excellent service throughout the repair process!

The service today was outstanding, I contacted myenergi by phone today and a lady arranged for the technical department to contact me. David from the department contacted me and discussed my problem with the setting up process of my EDDI & HARVI, he guided me through in a very professional manner, ensuring that the set up had now been completed. From my experiece this company and the Zappi charger are not fit for purpose and I wish that I had read the Trustpilot reviews before making the purchase. The Zappi failed completely on Saturday 29th of June and despite me following myenergi’s notification procedure and making follow-up telephone calls there is still no sign of resolution. (Ticket number 369766). The resolution should be a simple matter, as my excellent installers are ready to react immediately myenergi provide them with a replacement for their defective product. Luckily my vehicle is a hybrid but for anyone with a pure EV a Zappi and myenergi should be avoided, as they would run the real risk of being severely compromised and inconvenienced, something that the platitudes contained within their replies to other Trustpilot reviews sugest mean nothing to this apparently second rate company.
The tech service team recently help me with a Zappi integration to my Eddie hub and guided me on how to resolve the Myenengy readings in the app. Tom communicated the solution in an easy to under format and I made the changes myself, so overall a great solution to my issue. Thanks MyEnergy team.
Customer Service is Abysmal Contacted them on 10th May, chased them on 16th May. Got a reply asking for a screenshot on 25th May (15 days after initially logging) and I replied immediately. Got another response on 3rd June (8 days later) and I replied on the 4th June. Now heard nothing and it's the 2nd July (28 days later) so 52 days in total for a support case to be ignored. Great product until you have an issue with it and then, well they obviously don't care. Support ticket number is 332381 for the generic responder who puts the boilerplate text in to respond to these reviews, I'm interested in how you will justify that.
Steve was brilliant. He called when he said he would and sorted out the problem very quickly. He certainly knows his stuff. I sent him a couple of photos of the tangled mess in my meter cupboard and he isolated the problem very quickly. Well done Steve, and thank you. I had previously spoken to another guy at MyEnergi about a different problem and he too unravelled that in no time. This is clearly a very competent and well-trained team.
I wasn’t getting anywhere following e mailed instructions to connect new internet router and was increasingly frustrated. Peter changed all that over the phone and patiently talked me through step by step to get things running again.
Steve was incredibly helpful in sorting out my Zappi charger app so that I can charge my EV using off Peak electricity. He was knowledgeable about the MyEnergi products and the products I had installed. He was able to provide a work around so that I could maximise my off peak power. My thanks to Darren, who today talked me through connecting wi-fi to my newly installed zappi 2.1 EV charger. Also due to problems pairing my harvi with the zappi, he talked me through a procedure to enable me to successfully complete the pairing process. All conversations were conducted in a friendly manner. Once again a big thank you to Darren.
We had a zappi charger fitted and after about 6-8weeks it stopped working,our installer contacted my energi and a replacement was sent out on the Friday and installed on the Monday, contacted customer services and they sent a link to return faulty product back at my own convenience great service

The issue was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. In addition he resolved a further problem that I’d been having with the app. Top rate service, highly recommended. 🍷
