I love my Zappi for charging my car. Having moved home it came with me but had trouble getting it to work here. The lovely young lady in technical support was so patient and kind getting it all up and working again and I am so grateful- thank you!!

Having gone on the website to re-connect our Libbi and Eddi to our new router I got in a muddle with it! But one phone call to myenergi, and Steve to talk me through the procedure made it an easy re-connection. We find both myenergi and East Green Energy (our installer) have excellent customer service. thank you both😊

Fantastic service, great communication. Akrum rang me or emailed me throughout the afternoon as he first guided me through a firmware update - must have been years since it was updated! Unfortunately the update didn't fix the problem but at 9.37 this morning received an email asking me to try to charge the car as he had made adjustments from his end and voila it worked - thanks again, oh that other helpdesks were this responsive and knowledgeable.

I got in touch with myenergi after experiencing problems with the hub not connecting to the internet. Akrum and the team were very helpful and talked me through some trouble shooting via email before arranging for a new hub to be sent out to me. This solved the problem, we were all up and running again! Many thanks

Not one to leave reviews but the service here is so awful I have to! Im an electrician who installs EV chargers and solar, last year I installed a Zappi charger. A week later there was a faulty component with the charger. Gave my Energi a call and all seemed okay they sent out a new part and said they would pay us a call out charge of £75+VAT. We done that and again the charger was saying still a fault. They then sent out a new unit, which again I thought was great customer service. Obviously still frustrating as it's the only charger I Have ever had a fault with in 3+ years of installing them. Anyway, again they said they would pay us a call out charge of £75+VAT. After a whole year of chasing the invoices every month I get the same response, please fill out these forms. I have continuously sent the form for months and get no real response other then please fill out this form. Looks like im going to have to loose the £150+VAT but will never purchase/ sell a my energi product again! I will stick to hyper volt, solar edge, fox ess etc much better customer service and have never had a faulty product

I've had an Eddi for a few years. It's worked pretty well so I thought I'd add a Zappi charger. Bad idea. These devices don't work together reliably. Tech support is non-existent. Now I have an Eddi that does nothing. Just look at their support forums, and you'll see many people complaining about the same thing. Not a single comment from anybody representing the company. Once you've paid an electrician to install one of these devices are you really going to return it? No, you'll end up writing it off as a bad idea, just as I have to. Avoid.

I have had two separate issues with my Zappi but both resolved fully to above my expectations - When things go wrong is a true test of a company... First issue was a failure of the unit. Root cause was not identified but I was in process of building so not clear was it related to the unit or building scopes ongoing. Regardless, the unit was fully replaced by myenegi using their own recommended installers. The unit was then not used for 7 months as I had no electric car but when I got a eCorsa there was an issue with charge rate which was not going above 4Kw. After several back and forths with the technical department who gave me full support and clear instructions on how to diagnose, we ended up doing a full reset which was pretty simple and resolved the issue. Thanks myenegi for your support service which has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend your products.

Had my Zappi v2 now for over a year a great bit of kit, I recently had an issue where it didn't seem to see the surplus from my solar panels. I contacted the support team and they were able to advise and resolve no fuss and now all working. Thank you myenergi and team

it’s important to know that myenergi’s software completely sucks. They break user sites when they update their backend systems, which is atrocious in and of itself. Then they force firmware updates, which simply don’t download or work, rendering the site broken. So, it works until an update or two has happened, then as a customer, they just break your site. I’m guessing, in an attempt to force you to buy new hubs, etc. In my experience, unreliable and a huge disappointment.

I cannot speak highly enough of Myenergi support and in particular Russel who took the time to understand the problem I had with our Zappi charger since we had storage batteries installed. Russell guided me through simple steps which resulted in a resolution the issues I had. My system is now working, Russel helped me reconfigured the system, correct a CT clamp that was inserted the wrong way round and upgraded the firmware and I’m super happy to be able to charge my car overnight again.

I am very unhappy with my Zappi charger. It fails to charge on an intermittent basis. It goes without saying how much inconvenience this causes when I get in the car early in the morning to set out for work to find the car didn't charge. I have to regularly re instate the schedules on the Android app after these failures. I cant trust this device any more. The technical department seem disinterested. I have emailed them on several occasions, but they are useless. I would not recommend these chargers to anyone.

I had a problem with my Zappi failing to charge at the correct rate 1-2KWS as opposed to 7+. I have solar panels and this is the main reason for choosing a Zappi as it switches automatically when excess power is avaialble. It had been working well but for some reason stopped and following the trouble shooting guide didnt sort it. I contacted customer support and was eventually transfered to a senior technical advisor who I have to say was very patient and took me through a number of button presses and actions on the Zappi itself. I sat outside for almost an hour on 2 days but the problem could not be resolved. It was decided there was a fault on the unit and a replacement was ordered by a different department. A technician appointment was made for a couple of days time but when that date came I had not received the replacement. The technician was great, very helpful, knowlegable and tolerant of tmy growing frustration. After about an hour checking the Zappi, my car and the other attached technology he fixed it and the charge is now at the correct rate. The next day the repalcement Zappi arrived and I sent it back via DPD by declining delivery. The process has been a bit tortuous and because there have many diifferent departments involved - and the company that fitted the original Zappi (Octopus who were very helpful and wanted to arrange fitting and replacement themselves +++) it became rather complicated. I am happy with the service I got from MyEnergi but there needs to be better communication between departments and more effective recording of actions taken so customers dont have numerous agents/individuals to explain to. Perhaps greater liaison with original fitters to allow easier replacement would also improve customer service. Overall positive but might have been easier.

Had an issue with zappi not downloading firmware, phoned up the support line and spoke directly to a knowledgeable engineer who helped fix the problem very quickly and easily. So pleased I chose a product/company that values support and their customers. Cannot recommend highly enough...

Brilliant support from the technical department of My Energy, new to solar panels, batteries and EV technology, the Zappi EV charger is an excellent charger recommendation from my installer, have minor issues with grid voltage all sorted out over the internet by very friendly knowledgeable technicians, thank you Russell

Having not missed a beat since installation almost 3 years ago, my Zappi failed following a power cut to my property. I contacted the myenergi support team and although I had to hang on for a while in a queue, once answered the response could not be faulted. I was talked through a diagnostic procedure over the phone and the support engineer concluded the unit required a replacement component. A booking was made for an engineer to call and the replacement component was shipped directly to me. The engineer arrived on time but the new component supplied did not fix the problem and the engineer ended up installing an entire replacement Zappi even though the warranty expired in less than 2 months time. This was truly outstanding service. You learn how good a company is when things go wrong and myenergi's response was excellent.
