It was easy to place an order. I like how Newair sent emails in regard to status of order. The product arrived in a timely manner. I set up the product and it works wonderful!

Shipment as promised and paid for did not arrive on time.
Newair was great however I live in a mobile home and the delivery driver left the box within direct view and within a few feet of the street out front. Someone would have loved to have it. Irritating.
Excellent customer service. Had a problem with my ice maker. Hillary was very quick to respond to all of my emails. They are replacing the ice maker. Very satisfied with the results.
They canceled my order and blamed it on my billing address not matching the shipping address. In reality, they had sold out and never updated the website. Now I have to wait 3 - 7 business days for the refund to find an A/C elsewhere as they gave me no alternative option before issuing the refund.
The unit did not cool down fast enough… appx 8 hrs for 10 degrees. Also, drain plug needs tubing and siphon pump to empty. I’m not strong enough to lift the unit when full and didn’t know I should purchase small table to put it on. The window sleeve could be better insulated as well. I duck taped all the joints but concerned how things will look after the tape melts on to the window vinyl. You could help with some suggestions in your literature!

Ordering directly from Newair was 40% cheaper than buying from a major home improvement store, plus Newair gave me the option of purchasing inexpensive shipping insurance. The 10,000 BTU portable A/C unit I purchased works great, is reasonably quiet, and was easy to install. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for an A/C unit.

We had two defective icemakers and Hilary assisted with both. The first icemaker stopped working right outside the warranty window. Hilary with authorization from her supervisor sent us a replacement icemaker with the only charge being postage. Unfortunately, our replacement unit ended up being defective. After several troubleshooting email exchanges and lots of hot days with no ice, Hilary was able to assist in replacing our defective unit. We received our replacement unit yesterday and today, we were able to not only run a cleaning cycle but actually have ice. Thanks so much Hilary for all of your hard work and great customer service!
My experience with Laurellee at Newair was excellent. I had a few questions about their beer froster fridge I just bought and the next day she emailed me back all the answers to my questions. Found all the answers helpful and it’s nice she was so fast to respond to the inguiry. I wouldn’t hesitate to make inguiries with them. Thank you!

When cleaning out my mothers home I came access a LUMA cooling fan unit. I thought my wife or daughter might be able to put it to good use. Only thing was is I was never able to locate the remote controller used to access all of the features. When searching online I had difficulty with having it shipped to my location. But thanks to the wonderful people at both LUMA and Newair a new remote is on its way. Their customer service was quick and exceptional. Thanks again for kind and prompt support R. Warner

Jul 10,2024Wine cooler arrived missing leveling feet for the front of the unit. Contacted NewAir via email Customer Service and Charles handled the issue with professionalism. Leveling feet were sent out in prompt fashion once I had provided my proof of purchase. Very staisfied and the wine cooler looks great! Nice and level :)
