From the moment I called within 5 days it was resolved customer rep are great and professional. Newair company stand by their policy give you options of what you need . If I can give them more star I would. Thank you

Jul 13,2024I have enjoyed their product. Usually works really good for a few years. I had evaporative coolers that needed new circuit boards and I now have leaking cooler a different model than the one that needed a new circuit board. I am still waiting for customer service to reply after I replied with Item number and the details.

It was so easy to set up and use I could not believe it! It’s quiet when making ice not loud and clunky & it doesn’t take up as much space as I thought. We are OBSESSED!
