I contacted Newair and spoke to Fern about issues with my wine cooler. In our first communications, Fern asked appropriate troubleshooting questions and was always quick to reply to my responses and has now determined my wine cooler will be replaced. He clarified when the replacement would be available as well as the return process.

I called because the door on my mini fridge exploded. I called to let them know. What I was surprised at was their rep,Laurellee, said she would try and get me a replacement fridge or replacement door. She ended up getting me a new door. Outstanding customer service!!!

We bought a relatively economical wine fridge from Newair to fit in space formerly occupied by an ice maker. It has been working flawless, but a minor display issue had us concerned. One email to Newair was all it took. With no hassle, and a very professional CSR Hilary, has alleviated all our concerns has repair has been accomplished in less than two weeks.
