This review is for the great customer service I received from Anfernee (Fern). He communicated very well and when all else failed, he kindly submitted my request for a refund. They stand behind their product which is all you can ask. Sometimes things happen.

Jul 27,2024We needed help troubleshooting an issue with our brand new Newair Nugget Ice Machine that wasn't turning on. I reached out to support and was connected with Charles who helped walk me through troubleshooting steps. After determining the unit was faulty and we weren't able to get it to turn on, he helped us secure a replacement and even threw in free shipping since we had just purchased the device. Really appreciate all your help, Charles!

The best part is the customer service I’ve been working with Charles who’s been extraordinary trying to get my remote to work which we gave up or I gave up and he’s sending me a new one. It’s so nice to have to be working with a company that has excellent customer service and actually cares . And the other thing that really stands out is that only worked with one customer service agent and to me that is a key to great customer satisfaction and a positive view of the company so Charles I think you again for all your hard work.
