Jun 16,2024Our ice machine started making a loud sound after three months. I called and spoke to Ionie, and she arranged for a replacement to be sent ASAP. Such customer service is rare these days. You usually can even speak to a human, and if you do, they're not much (if any) help. She was a pleasure to deal with and took care of our issue right away.

Jun 11,2024I love the ice maker I purchased and was really bummed it started leaking. I usually avoid contacting manufactures for bad products but I love this icemaker. After contacting Newair I was quickly connected with Laurellee Ashly Stuart. Laurellee you can tell is well trained to spot the scammers and did her job professionally to make sure my claim was legit. She continued the whole return process with me and made me feel like the company want to fix the issue. New Ice Maker is on the way and I will continue to trust Newair solely base on their excellent customer service. Any product can be great but customer service is how you retain customers.

My customer service agent Ionie Castro was able to assist me it getting a replacement even though my original was no longer in development, she was able to replace it with an equivalent (if not better) model in a timely fashion so my camping season would not skip a beat! Loyal customer has been created.

Jun 08,2024I have had TWO of their portable A/Cs and neither worked! Getting customer care is a JOKE! NEVER get a call back or anything! I can't believe the HIGH reviews like WHO is lieing about this worthless company!????? Can't even find an address for them!!!! I have called and called and called and called and FINALLY got someone on the line. Again, more delays. This is truly a JOKE trying to get help with this company.

Jun 07,2024No one helped us with a new air refrigerator that was less than 3 years old and the compressor wasn’t working properly. The repair person said it was $1200 for the compressor from new air. Ridiculous after only 3 years and no one at new air helps?
