Initially, I was excited about the New Air Stainless Steel ice maker for its perfect ice nuggets, but my enthusiasm quickly waned. The first unit ceased functioning after a mere six months of use, leaving us scrambling for a solution. Our experience with customer service only added to the frustration. Unable to replace the original model due to stock issues, the company substituted it with a lower-end model. Despite our reservations, we accepted the substitute, only to face another breakdown less than a year later. Adding insult to injury, the company refused to replace the second faulty unit, citing that I did not purchase an extended warranty for the replacement. It's worth noting that the replacement was covered under the original one-year warranty, which the company failed to honor beyond the first replacement. While the ice quality was excellent when the machines worked, their short lifespan and the company's lack of support have soured my experience. As a consumer, reliability and adequate customer service are non-negotiable, neither of which this company has delivered on. Pros: • Initially produced excellent quality ice nuggets • Fairly easy to use Cons: • Poor durability; two machines failed within a year • Unsatisfactory customer service and warranty support In conclusion, I regret investing in this product and would caution others against purchasing until the company can guarantee better reliability and customer care.

I ordered a wine fridge back in November for our kitchen remodel. It was built into my island, so I ordered way ahead of time with other appliances for exact measurements. We finally were ready to install in March/April and it was the last thing to be installed. Well it didn’t cool. I have been working with Charles Trapp since then trouble shooting. It was determined to be a lemon and in addition no longer available anywhere and since I bought it off Wayfair website and we were over the return date, I couldn’t get a refund. Since then Charles was able to offer between two replacements. I won’t be able to fit them in my island so we may have another door made for that spot. We will however have a fridge to put elsewhere. So not the greatest outcome. Charles on the other hand has been very responsive and helpful and we worked out the best solution possible. Thank you again Charles! He never gave up trying to help!

I attempted to order a New Air beverage cooler through Home Depot four times. The first delivery to my home was a damaged product. The second delivery to my home was a damaged product with missing parts. The third delivery was to a Home Depot store and was a damaged product. The fourth delivery was to a Home Depot store and was a damaged product. After the fourth failed attempt to purchase a non-damaged New Air beverage cooler, I gave up. I called New Air and asked to communicate with managerial personnel but received no response.

I have been a New Air customer for a couple of years. My nugget ice machine gave out. Newair decided on my circumstance to send me a replacement. The best customer service and managment team. They listened, directed and made it right. I was so proud that I made this purchase.

I was searching for an ice machine with a large basket as I only use it a few times a week and always put ice in the freezer for the next day. Not only does this one have a large basket, but makes ice quickly. Very happy with this purchase!

This is my second humidor from Newair. The first lasted 4 years when it went out, I was told model was discontinued and couldn’t get parts. However they made it right by giving 40% discount on new purchase. Love these humidors I keep around a 100 sticks at any given time.

As someone that works in the wine industry, I've had multiple wine fridges over the years and I keep coming back to Newair. The quality of these fridges are far better than any other brand. The are more durable, quieter and many of them have the dual temperature feature, which I love, so I can separate my white wines from my red wines. Make an investment in a Newair Wine Fridge, you will not regret it.

This far exceeded my expectations. I was blown away when I unpacked this massive humidor the use of space for singles or boxes is perfect. Excellent craftsman's ship. Easy set up and it looks beautiful! Beautiful display I'm so glad I upgraded to this awesome Newair humidor.

A Company without Customer Service can’t be a successful one, that’s why I will trust Newair in the future due to the great service received by Hilary… empathetic, friendly and very fast to response with actions and solutions… I felt really satisfied with her service…

Laurellee was super helpful. After my replacement ice maker unit broke after 2 months I was very upset. The original unit lasted only 8 months. So with the combined time lapse it was a little over a year from my original purchase. At first Laurellee said that since it was no longer under warrantee there was not much she could do. Then she went out of her way to see what could be done for me. She got approval for me to be sent a new unit anyway or get 40% off another product. Since I didn't have much faith in the ice maker that had failed me twice, I decided to look at another product. When I went to purchase the item and use the discount code the item said it would not ship to my location! I messaged Laurellee again and she handled it for me. Cant thank her enough for sticking with me through this process. It is only due to customer service like this that makes me return to a buisness.

I had a misting fan that stopped working. Warranty was one year and this happened 6 days before the year was up. After contacting Newair they are sending me a replacement for just the shipping cost (< $20). Very pleased with the entire process especially Ionie who walked me through the entire process.
